I really wanted to love this cafe because I heard so much about it. Firstly, the ambiance is great. It has a minimalistic interior with beige accents and some greenery. There is water, wifi, and restrooms. Drinks come out very quickly. Seating is a bit low and some tables are wobbly, but there are outlets all around the room. Service was fast. - Matcha Latte w Oat Milk: I wish they had other alternative milk options like nut milks. They serve two types of matchas: one pre-sweetened and one that is just matcha. I needed a matcha so I searched what was nearby and cafe comma came up. It's a small place in a small shopping center. A parking up front is really only for 15 minutes. What you'd only need is this. Not really a location for a sitting and working for a long period of time. The seating is not really comfortable, so I would recommend just coming in to get whatever pastry or drink you want and moving on. I've been checking out different coffee shops lately, and next on the list was Cafe Comma. I don't actually drink coffee, so I usually go for the tea options. Inside: The space is cute with a clean, modern, minimalist vibe, definitely Instagram-worthy. Lots of greenery and natural light make it great for photos. The location itself is pretty small and was fairly busy when we went. Since it was my first visit, I'm not sure if that's typical or holiday related, but the line moved quickly. People tended to grab their drinks and leave, so seating wasn't impossible to find if you wanted to stay. Service: Service was good. The cashier was friendly, personable, and made a point to engage with each customer. Despite the crowd, the wait to order and receive drinks was short. Pricing: Prices felt standard for a coffee shop. I ordered one drink for about $6 and some change. My sister got a drink and toast, and her total came to around $18 with tax and tip. Food & Drinks: I ordered the sweetened matcha with oat milk (for stomach friendly reasons--iykyk). It was good, especially if you're a casual matcha drinker, since it wasn't very strong. They also offer an organic matcha, which I'd expect to be more matcha forward. My sister got the apple spiced chai latte, which she enjoyed. I tried a sip, and it tasted like apple spiced cider blended with chai, perfect for the season. She also ordered the brie apricot toast, which was a generous portion and easy to share. The thick-cut pain de mie was crispy on the outside and soft inside, topped with brie and a hearty spoonful of apricot preserves, plus a small arugula salad on the side. I've said it before and I'll say it again- this is THE BEST coffee in Atlanta. The store itself is very aesthetic, complete with cement walls and loads of plants. Since the back wall is all windows there's plenty of natural light, and the metal sign makes for a great photo opportunity. I've had the food in the past and haven't loved it but the drinks are stellar. My go-to is the Iced Caramel Crème. It is in the sweeter side, but if you like caramel coffee, you will be wowed. All of the iced drinks come in the clear branded cups, which allows you to see the beverage in its full glory. There are benches inside to sit at and moveable tables to rest your food and drink on, but I wouldn't think this is a great place to sit and do work. However, if you're catching up with a friend, it works great for that. There are also sometimes tables outside if the weather permits. There are a few parking spots right outside that are 15 minute parking, and much more in the deck right next door. And it's free! read more

I always love a good coffee shop, especially when there is a nice clean, aesthetic to it! Café, has a unique selection of coffee, both in their regular menu and their seasonal menu. I feel like the coffee was very fresh, smooth, and flavorful, bringing a great balance of flavor and coffee. There is parking directly outside of the coffee shop or there is a parking deck that was free. One downside of this coffee shop and that it's a little bit smaller in there aren't traditional chairs and tables. There are finch lake seating with smaller tables that are limited. So, this would be better if you wanted to grab and go versus sitting. I do think it is a great place to sit in, however, if it is crowded, then be prepared to grab it I feel like I received great service, the person who is taking my order. It was very kind and knowledgeable of the menu. If you do go to this coffee shop, I definitely suggest that you grab something that is not in your typical coffee order. Get the vanilla latte and get that unique flavorful coffee or Matcha. Walked into this well designed cafe , with a lot of expectations, but maybe it was the timing that didn't work out well. Came in towards half hour of the cafe closing and instead of a coffee bean aroma, we were welcomed by a cleaning products smell. The lavender latte lacked flavor, the pastry was good. Last time I was here was over 5 years ago and I came back with friends this time. The coffee was just as great and the service was friendly and quick. I had the Black Sugar Latte with oat milk and I liked it because it wasn't too sweet. You are able to get half sweet instead of the full sweetener they put in the coffee which is great for someone who doesn't like very sweet coffee. The avocado toast was great! They put so much avocado on it which I like. There are a few spots out of front for 15 minute parking and right around the cafe there is a deck with plenty of free parking! As big as Atlanta is, and as many ethnic varieties of food they have, sadly they've been lacking when it comes to a really good coffee shop. Until now!!! I went to the one in Vinings, located in a little strip mall. It doesn't stand out much, but this is HANDS DOWN the best coffee I've ever had in Atlanta!!! I will say, the servers seem a little snooty, and if you're not 20 years old you may feel a little out of place. But it's worth it for the coffee! Wow, their creative lattes are an absolute work of art! I ordered their signature iced caramel latte and it was perfectly balanced not overly sweet, and you can tell they use high-quality espresso. The whole minimalist aesthetic inside is so clean and peaceful. I got espresso and oatmilk cortado. The espresso was smooth and creamy. High in acidity and a little bitter. The cortado was ok oatmilk masked the flavor but not the bitter taste. Both drinks were served in paper cups. Not sure if they have mugs, I forgot to ask. Decent quality overall. I came here on a Friday morning with my best friend to grab a matcha latte. We decided to order the matcha latte with pistachio creme (thanks tiktok lol). Apparently a lot of people saw that same tiktok and came in to order exactly that lol. The matcha is sweet and the creme on top is a perfect addition. It was like drinking matcha ice cream honestly. They have a lot of cool and unique flavored coffees like a churro latte, butter pecan latte, pistachio creme, cookie butter and much more. They also have some nice breakfast pastries and bites too. All had a thick slice of nicely toasted bread. Crispy outer edge and soft,fluffy middle. Yum. avocado toast: a good hefty portion of avocado with red pepper spices. Garlic egg toast: a good portion of egg. Boiled although I did expect fried or scrambled eggs, but still nice. I didn't taste the 'garlic'. Apricot&brie: didn't taste the Brie really and they gave a little too much apricot. Churro latte: not too sweet. Could really taste the cinnamon Purple Heart: much better when mixed thoroughly or suggest not using a straw so you can taste the taro sweet cream fully Strawberry lemonade: excellent. Not too sweet or tart. Plenty of parking since it's in a shopping center however, the seating in the actual café is not desirable. Hard wooden benches and only a few small tables. I wouldn't even call them tables. They were more like TV tray type contraptions. The space inside is a bit tight , so even having 10 people in the café felt crowded. Just as we were about to order. The shift changed. We know this because the person managing (who turned out to be the owner) walked up and told the gentleman that was about to take our order to clock out. We were expecting the next person on duty to take our order. Not a problem at all. Instead the owner came back to where the orders are placed and waved us out of the way. It turns out there was an issue with a previous customer's order that needed to be addressed at the register. If the owner or someone behind the counter had simply said something to the effect, "Would you mind waiting a moment I have to resolve this customer's issue" and/or My apologies for the delay" I wouldn't be righting this review. There are a few parking spots in front of the of coffee shop and I was able to get one but it was not busy. During busier times, you'll most likely have to go to the parking garage that's not too far from the shop. This place is decorated with plants and it looks so good! The space felt clean and inviting. The guy who took my order was also very nice. I ordered a sweetened matcha latte and when I took that first sip I told my self to drink it as slow as possible because it was sooo good! Now I'm enjoying the coffee. Apparently it has three shots in it, but it taste like a regular latte to me. I think the shots are just weak. I'm not sure. Places like this make me want to become a food critic because at the end of the day it's about the entire experience and the customer should be appreciated for being there in the first place I haven't even tried the avocado toast I got yet which is something that isn't that hard to do so maybe I'll be back for that cause it looks pretty alright. Ended up here on a whim! I was actually in need of a quiet space to take a meeting and my husband brought us here. I was pleased that they had multiple sugar-free flavorings and got a coffee with vanilla that was quite good. My husband had their s'mores iced coffee and it was full of marshmallows! Cafe Comma is a hidden gem of a cafe in the Vinings area. The signage is so muted against the tree-lined complex that it took us a few drives before we were compelled to try it out, but we were hooked after our first visit. All the expected cafe drinks are here - teas, coffees, and lattes. But I believe Cafe Comma truly shines with their signature lattes. I had a black sugar latte that hit the perfect spot between coffee and caramel-like sweet notes, and it didn't hurt that it was easy on the eyes. In fact, I've since followed their Instagram page, where it's difficult to not salivate over pictures of their new or seasonal drinks. I've yet to try out the edible side of their menu, but it's a robust offering of delectable-sounding bites. The baristas and servers here are helpful and unpretentious. When my indecisive husband lingered over the menu, our server was all too happy to suggest a few favorites and even ask him about what types of caffeinated drinks he tended to enjoy. During our few weekend visits, the vibe was chill and even studious at times. I managed to read a book from cover to cover with nary a distraction. The only drawback is seating. There are plenty of low, non-traditional seating areas but a only few small tables (along with a few outdoors), so there were weekends when I would have liked to come and get some work done, but I worried about not finding a decent workspace. read more

Based on my interaction with her I would not come back. Customer service and kindness is as important as the quality of drinks. Customers have many other options to choose from.
