We moved and live closer to another Jersey Mike's and have another one near work. Have not been to this location in quite some time. Stopped by around 8:30pm on a Wednesday night because my kids wanted it and we were in the area. I was not expecting it to be very fresh. I was blown away not only by the quality of the ingredients but the quantity. HUGE sub with super FRESH ingredients. My daughter and I split a giant Italian. My son got the big Kahuna cheesesteak. We all loved it. This location is worth the drive! Service was also quick and friendly. Two thumbs up! read more

#43 best in town. Keep rocking Jersey Mikes. Been during lunch hour and the line moves pretty quick.

I have enjoyed a sub from this Jersey Mike's via take out, pick up and dine in...This particular Jersey Mike's is tucked in on the side of the large shopping center on Barrett Parkway that is anchored by the likes of DSW and Bed, Bath & Beyond. Parking can be tricky if you are looking to get right in front of the place. They share their little strip of the mall with several other spots that all stay busy. However, if the spots in front fill up, which they will, grab a spot in the massive lot the shopping center has! Service has always been decent here. When doing dine-in or take out, the employees are helpful and friendly. Never any issues or attitudes provided as a side to my sandwich. I will say that on one of my online order pick ups, we did run into an issue where they did not have multiple of our ingredients, including bread and instead of reaching out they went ahead and made our sandwiches sans particular ingredients as wraps and explained when we arrived. Given that we love Jersey Mike's for a multitude of reasons, including the bread, we probably would have decided to go elsewhere for dinner if they would have given us the heads up. Overall, we enjoy this location of JM and will certainly revisit when the craving hits and we are in the neighborhood. read more

Let me begin by saying that I love Jersey Mike's. I usually visit the one on Sandy Plains and Roswell Road. Today's visit was more than I could take. If management would like to reach out, I would happy to provide details. Someone needs to seriously address your trainers attitude. Let me be clear, this has nothing to do with the rest of your staff as one was very apologetic to me. My rating is solely on one individual which lacks customer service. read more

The service was excellent! I got the 'giant' Chicken Philly because we're moving and I thought I could cut it up for lunch, dinner and breakfast too. They did That for me w/out being asked! It's so delicious that I'm trying hard to not eat it all right now! read more

If you're ordering from this store for pickup or delivery ,you better hope you want it Mike's way. And the notes section... don't even waste your time. I think they might actually do the opposite of your notes. At least that has been my experiences. If you're watching them make your sandwich you can coach them through it. If it wasn't for the "opposite" thing with the notes I'd say that maybe they can't read. read more

So this was the first time I had been to a Jersey Mike's location and I'm not in a big rush to go back. It's not the food but the workers. I dealt with 3 guys - one took my order and sliced the bread, meat, and cheese, the next built the sandwich, and the third rang me up. If I didn't know better, I'd swear they were zombies. I mean expressionless and oblivious to simple common courtesy when told thank you, etc. I had the sandwich to go and it was a typical "Italian" sub. What will keep me from going back, at least to this location, was the total indifference of the staff. read more

This is the location to visit if in the Acworth/Kennesaw area! Brandon and his crew have it together and always provide great customer service and quality food! Highly recommend stopping by the grab a quick lunch or dinner! You won't be disappointed!! read more

Very good service and talking to the workers was a pleasure they were all chill. Food was great too so overall was great!

Have done take out a couple of times since last review and both times our order was correct and food was was fresh and good. Also, appreciate the restaurant manager reaching out after prior review and experience. This motivated us to give this location another chance. As a result of our last couple of meals and manager caring about his customers and staff I wanted to update review and share. read more

Unfortunately Jersey Mike's has gone the way of every other chain sandwich shop. Prices go up and the food size gets smaller. Got a philly cheese steak and it was literally the size of a hot dog. Not good. read more

Service was personal and on point. Sammy a bit dry for me. Big Kahuna, big price. Two meals! Will go back.

Had an issue with an online order I made online, it was completely my fault, but the guys in store were super nice and able to help me out a lot! Great customer service and great food! read more

I can't believe I haven't written a review for this place yet. Well, I'm a Jersey girl who eats Jersey Mike's when I'm not having a vegan day. This place never disappoints and they don't even make fun of me for asking to see the tuna first. They're always polite, efficient and quick. read more

I love Jersey Mike's. I use them for work meetings Brandon and I hope that his name is awesome. Jersey Mike's is the best sandwiches of fish and the guys at work they're really nice. read more

Jersey mikes is a little different from subway subs where they have a hot sub menu that is so good. Philly cheesesteaks and chicken Parms that are delicious and the cold cuts are slightly different because the cheese and meat are sliced right in front of you. I think that makes a difference in other pre packs meats like subway offer. The prices are slightly higher but good size portions I think it's worth the price and the staff is so friendly and helpful and it wasn't just us I saw and watched other regulars and seniors get amazing service. They also do Bert's big adventure which is really touching so support these guys! read more

This location is easily one of the best. The food is always consistent and good. The staff is always super friendly, and the store is well kept and clean. read more

Super clean with great food and service. Always a go to spot for a quick lunch with friends near Town Center.

Just left the Barrett Parkway location, went to lunch with a co-worker ( shouldn't matter but I'm African American, he's Caucasian) . We get to the door, he enters first, just behind him are a Caucasian male and female entering too. Being a gentleman since my co-worker has already entered I let them go in front of me. I stand in front of my co-worker as he orders, she then skips me to take the other 2 peoples order. I say to her "I don't know why you skipped me" to no response. Not wanting to make a scene, I go to the end of the line and ask her again after she has taken the other 2 peoples order, to which no response again. I love Jersey Mike's, but minorities be ware! Won't be back to this store! read more

I have been extremely satisfied each visit. I am surprised to see negative reviews. One review had a picture of moldy bread. Unfortunately I just can't go back after seeing that. read more

I just got fantastic and FAST service here. They were very happy and clearly in a great mood. The Philly was tasty and fresh, not overcooked are all. I'm in town on business from Houston and decided to try this place for lunch. While there are a few Jersey Mike's back home, I had never tried it before. For reference, I am comparing my experience here to Jimmy John's, my favorite 5 star sandwich shop. Let's start with the sandwich - I ordered the Italian to compare to the Italian Nite Club I get at Jimmy John's. Bread and meat were of subpar taste and quality - there was also a TON of vinegar on there, and the vinegar ain't good either!...they use an olive oil 'blend', lol - cheap, a recurring theme here...Honestly, I prefer Subway. I ordered the meal combo w/ chips and drink to the tune of $10.01 - then when you pay there's a screen to leave a tip - again lol - I just paid ten bucks for subpar food and you want a freakin tip for the :30 seconds it took to make the sandwich?...lol Then I got an iced tea and they don't even have the sweetener there- you have to ask for it - cheap The napkins basically dissolved on contact so I had to use like 5-6 - cheap I went to the bathroom to wash my hands and they had a faucet you have to press down to get 5 seconds of water - the paper towels were crap too - cheap - good thing I didn't have to go #2 cuz the tp looked cheap too! So you may think it's me who's cheap to be nitpicking, but remember, I'm comparing everything to Jimmy John's which is less expensive, MUCH Better tasting, and they have better napkins, tp, and faucets - lol Suffice to say, I won't be trying the Houston Jersey Mike's anytime soon. read more

Really disappointed in this place. Sent my wife here because I enjoy their subs. She ordered a chicken sub and was served steak with peppers instead. From what she described, the crew wasn't listening to her order, and just served what they wanted. Even my Italian sub was below average and I'm a fan of their subs! I was hoping for a good experience and getting her on board. Rather, we were disappointed, and doubt if she will ever be back. read more

Online order made perfectly. And I am super picky about my Sub in a Tub. Love Jersey Mike's! There wasn't a line of patrons, and my order was ready 4 mins early. Busy parking lot off Barrett Pkwy/Lakes, but I made it there and back to my office in 20 mins. read more

Good food but horrible service at the register by Michaela. She was unfriendly, didn't give our drink cups, and just stood there staring into space. When I asked for cups, she ignored me. When the sandwich maker said, Michaela, cups!, the cups she handed me were greasy to touch. I passed them back across the register to her and helped myself to ones. She never said a word. So rude. when we walked out the door, she looked right at me. The two sandwich makers deserve the tip I added to my check, but she certainly doesn't. (Visited 8/22 between 5:30 and 6 pm) read more

If I could give a zero I would. Walked in at 7:45 pm tonight, Sunday, with close time at 8:00 pm. Open sign flashing "open." Was initially greeted (not greeted) by a female employee headed to drink station who shouted to someone in the back. The female came from the back shaking her head in a negative way stating "we're going to be here all night," clearly upset I had come in 15 minutes prior to closing. I left without ordering and won't be back. They obviously don't like to do their job they are paid to do. Surely they could've made a sandwich before their closing time within 15 minutes! read more

I was asked if I wanted a drink and chips with my sub. I said yes because I wanted a cold soda. I try the ice machine countless times with no success. An employee walks in with a large bucket of ice and brings it to the back. The manager on duty then proceeds to tell the next customer that he recommends no drink because they don't have ice. I then asked the employee if they had any ice at all. She says " no im sorry we dont". Well they did and I saw it get brought in. Manager did nothing at all to compensate my purchase. I tossed my cup after I had paid for a drink and gave a tip. Very frustrating. Poor customer service and honestly a failure by the manager. read more

I can truly say that I had a great experience at Jersey Mike's this evening. Brandon was exceptional. He was very attentive to what my needs were. When i was torn between which sandwich to choose, he explained that he could make it to my liking. I really appreciate the way he went above and beyond the scope of his job duties. Brandon is truly a great asset to this company. read more

Love jersey mikes. GO SUPPORT BERTS BIG ADVENTURE March 30! I love the customer service here. The staff is super friendly.

My girlfriend & I frequent this location ! Always quick & efficient customer service . I'm not a stickler for the over the top "omg I'm so happy to take care of you" type of establishments . However they do greet with a smile & make sure you're not in there any longer than about 5 minutes . The hot subs are all really tasty but , let's be honest ; how can you mess up a cheesesteak + bacon ?! Will be returning & highly recommend it . read more

Holy shit! I've had Jersey Mike's all over metro Atlanta. It's been good with no complaints, but nothing can compare to the overall quality and service I got at the Jersey Mike's in Kennesaw off of Barrett Parkway. EXCELLENT. Way better than Jimmy John's. Firehouse isn't food. Highly, highly recommend to any college kid or adult living in the kennesaw area read more
