My family and I were in the area and decided to stop at Stevie B's. Stevie B's is a pizza and salad bar restaurant in Hiram GA. The restaurant offers a lunch and dinner menu. I would say that Stevie B's is an affordable dinner to have without breaking the bank. They offer a wide array of pizza options ranging from your classic cheese and Pepperoni to Taco and Hot Wings Pizza. I really enjoyed their pretzel bits because I have never seen them before in a pizza restaurant. Also their salad bar is humongous and is filled with delicious fruits and vegetables. One unique aspect of Stevie B's that stood out to me was that their plates were mini meatal circles. It was interesting to see this in a restaurant but I loved it because it was like you were making your own mini pizza. If you are traveling with kids don't worry because Stevie B's is kid friendly and has a huge arcade for them to play and burn their energy off. In addition the restaurant offers a ton of seating ranging from small to big tables. When we were their the restaurant was spotless and the staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. If you are traveling to Hiram GA, I would definitely recommend Stevie B's to anyone. When I am back in Hiram GA I will definitely be coming to Stevie B's with my family.

Well-maintained bar; looks updated and potless after coming here for 10+ years.

Always fresh, continuously reloaded bar, with more than just plain old pizza. I have always likes their fresh dough flavor, it goes a long way to simply have fresh ingredients on pizza. As always their dessert pizza was also yummy. Soda machine was mostly down though. Was not crowded, and staff stayed outta our hair. Perfect choice for a quick dinner after a school chorus concert on a Monday night. It was quiet and peaceful as well. We felt completely at ease.

The 3 stars I gave to Stevi B's is not because of the food or service. That was pretty good. I gave this place 3 stars because it seems as though they have a problem with crowd control. There were a lot of people there with a lot of children, and it was chaotic! I sincerely believe that when the restaurant is chaotic, and full of people everywhere, people can sneak in and help themselves to the buffet without paying. I did not go to the arcade area, but according to my children, the machines were either out of order, or rigged. As far as the pizza is concerned, I had no problems with it. My personal favorites are the loaded potato pizza, and the macaroni and cheese pizza. Nice place overall.

The place was not crowded and floors were not swept. Most of the employees were wearing shorts playing on their phones. The pizza was good.

Worst pizza ever. I gave it one star because I had to. And Chuck E. Cheese is so much better than this place. It's not even funny.

So so. 2 and a half stars, which rounds up to three…read more Short version: not really recommended, though you could do worse. Definitely a "quantity-not-quality" kind of place. When you walk in, you pass a bunch of gumball-style dispensers and a not-so-clean, overcrowded fish tank. The windows aren't very clean, but neither is most anything inside. It's one of those places where about every third light bulb is out, there are boxes stacked up against the walls, the hostess has her own meal she's eating while she does other things, etc. The food is okay. Not terrible, but not great. Very standard Chinese buffet items: General Tso's chicken, egg drop soup, black pepper chicken (the black pepper chicken was actually quite good), lo me in, etc. Some of it may have been out for quite some time, depending on the time of day you arrive. The service was adequate. Not friendly at all, but not terribly cold. The hostess/server stopped offering refills on my drinks at a certain, indicating she was ready for me to leave. But she did a pretty good up to that point, but then I guess she reached her "limit," if you will. The guy making the sushi behind the bar was friendly, though he didn't address me in English; just smiled broadly when I thank him for making the food. Dessert is standard cookies-and-cake-out-of-a-box, but they also have a cooler of self-serve items like those crunchy Hershey's ice creams on a stick and small cups of ice cream. This is the only Chinese buffet in the area, so if you've got a hollow leg and a hankering for a buffet, this is your only option. All that said, for the amount you'll spend ($12 during the week, $15 during the weekend, and then add on $3 for a drink and the tax), you're looking at $20 a head, and you could get better quality food at Panda Express, if not the same volume of it. I won't be back, but it was worth the shot.

We were originally going to dine in for Hibachi, but this location also serves AYCE( all you can eat) KBBQ & Hot pot. It is one big restaurant, but it has a hibachi and sushi side, as well as a Korean barbecue and hot pot side. So if you want Korean barbecue, it's gonna be on the other side of the building. They can't bring hibachi/sushi menu foods to your table if you do the Korean barbecue and hot pot, and vice versa. I'm not the biggest fan of places like KPOT/kbbq & hot pot, but my friend was visiting us from out of the country. He insisted we do the kbbq & hot pot side of the restaurant. I do like volcano, restaurants, even though I don't typically like doing both barbecue and hot pot I decided to give volcano a chance. The reason why I don't like these places is because the meat is usually cut too thin so it's better to be on hot pot. But the seasoning and the hot pot is usually not the best so it's better to eat it on the grill . I opted to do only the Korean barbecue only, but if you want hot pot, it's a five dollar up charge. You can't just do only hot pot. My friend ended up getting both because he really wanted to try hot pot. Despite the name being korean barbecue, they actually had a lot of Chinese seasoning. If you look in the picture below, there is a Chinese barbecue seasoning. It's delicious. I love this dry rub that you can dip your meat into. I seriously think the dry rub was the best seasoning they had on the sauce bar. The sauce bar you could make your own sauces, as well as get some Korean side dishes, like kimchi and radish. They also have a small buffet area where they have noodles, Rangoon, dumplings, french fries, chicken nuggets. I really like their stirfry noodles. It was really flavorful! I highly recommend also getting some of the appetizers on the menu that is not on the buffet. They have corn cheese,Ramen, Korean rice cakes, veggie dishes, and more. I really liked the beef radish stew. I think I had four bowls of this. It was delicious, the beef was so tender, and the broth was just so flavorful. It's funny because my friend also tried the soup and he agreed the beef soup had more flavor than his hot pot . I did notice a problem with the meat being too thin for the grill because it burnt very fast and it sometimes stuck to the grill, but it wasn't as bad as their competitors K-Pot kbbq. Our server was very kind enough to change the grill anytime it got super dirty or if too much meat stuck on the grill. I also liked that the grill was really hot and it actually cooked our food. This is the main reason why I don't do both. I prefer going to a restaurant that specializes in Korean barbecue or go to a restaurant that specializes in hot pot. Despite our grill being very hot, I noticed mine friends hot pot took a long time to boil. I made sure his stove was actually on and it was on the highest setting. I took about an hour for his hot pot to actually start boiling, they do bring in pimping hot pot broth at the beginning. He was still able to cook his meats, but vegetables and thicker cuts of meat, took him a long time to cook. Oddly enough, the star of the show for us was the drinks and the desserts. We ordered three lychee bubble tea. It is a little on the sweeter side so I would mix it in with a little water or ask for a less sugar. But it was really refreshing and delicious. They have a few desserts like Chinese donuts, sesame balls, and a whole ice cream cooler. The ice cream was great. It's individually wrapped, and had three flavors, vanilla, chocolate, and strawberry. Their service here is very nice. I was greeted by other servers and staff. I also like seeing that they feed the staff. There was a little corner where the staff was able to eat, which always makes me so happy to know that they take care of the them. Would I come here again? Probably but I'm sticking to only Korean barbecue. Only because the hot pot took forever to actually boil, and I preferred the dry rub which taste better with grilled meats. I would come here often if it was Korean barbecue with revolving sushi. I love volcano's sushi, and if they did Korean barbecue with it. That is a dangerous combo for me. I would be here every weekend.
