Food is always great here ! I usually get the BLT and my husband gets the pepperoni. Using JetBot makes the ordering process super easy too

A restaurant is only as decent as the cleanliness of its restroom. The restroom was beyond disgusting. The pizza was mediocre and the taste was ok. Will not be returning. read more

I stopped by this Jet's Pizza once, mainly just to try the location--not because I was unhappy with Jet's in general. Overall, it was fine. Nothing bad, nothing standout. That said, it was probably one of the better Jet's pizzas I've had. The pizza was solid, cooked well, and did exactly what it needed to do. It filled me up, and for a quick pizza stop, that counts for something. It wasn't overly wowing or memorable, though. If I'm being honest, I forgot I had even been here until recently, which kind of says it all. For a pizza place, it didn't really separate itself from the pack. I wouldn't avoid this location, but it's also not one I've gone out of my way to return to. If you're already in the area and craving Jet's, it'll get the job done. read more

By far the worse customer experience I have experienced from a general manager General Manager on duty was very rude and really would not listen our issue. Tried to explain that what we received was not what we ordered online. I will take the responsibility for not checking the ticket to confirm items we requested would be on the pizza. We have used their online system many times without any issues. This is more about how you talk to paying customer. We tend to order monthly from this location and won't be back due to his tone over a $15 large pizza with missing toppings. We will spend our $45 dollars at Papa John's or Domino's when we want pizza. I have worked in food service and have managed several stores. There is certain way you speak to people and not with a raised tone. I found him to be very defensive. I assume he thought I wanted something for free. Probably not the best person managing complaints. read more

Good deep dish pizza, speedy delivery, and good customer service. A little expensive but worth it. Will order again.

Decent football pizza. Delivers so it's the bast way to go on a Saturday when cravings set in

I ordered a pizza from you from Uber eats today and a friend picked it up for me. I normally get the Hawaiian but was hungry for pepperoni so I ordered a large and paid for double cheese. (Ha Ha) it was the worst pizza I ever ate in my life like a piece of cardboard with cheese as thin as a piece of paper. Very Disappointed normally they are very good. They missed the mark big time. I can get pepperoni cheese bread with extra cheese at Little Caesars for about $8 And it is 10 times better than what I received. Normally I don't complain I normally praise you but maybe the Hawaiian is the only the best you have. Probably will never order again. Concerned customer. read more

My first choice for quick, cheap pizza lunch was closed so diverted here. Never been to one. Didn't realize it's so small - just a walk-in place with two small wrought-iron tables outside - but the lunch special (traditional Detroit-style pan pizza) was fast & surprisingly tasty! It's so small, they only have bottled drinks - no fountain & no brewed tea & Pepsi products to boot (meh), so next time will bring a drink or just plan to take out, but again, fast, good & cheap for the pizza win. read more

If you're going to have pizza do yourself a favor and order from Jet's. This is not the place for skinny pies these pies are thick and full of a taste. The crunchy sides of the pan pizza delight more than one of your senses. Super friendly staff. It is a grab and go place so the ambiance really doesn't matter. Great pizza - would drive out of my way just to go here. read more

I was sad that the Jets in Woodstock is permanently closed, but the pizza's still good. It's cheesy bread I've never tried until this instance and it was so good. Brownie doesn't disappoint though. Just good chain pizza, best chain of pizza in the USA. Rating off of the pizza chain meter it's 5 stars no question. read more

I avoided this place for a long time as it came out of nowhere and seemed like another Caesar-Caesar concept, but I was wrong. I always get the 8 corner pizza loaded and this is a really good pizza. Detroit style and very crispy crust. Love the sesame crust, but there are other choices. If you love deep dish and crispy, try this. read more

Since there were only a few recent reviews (other than the company posting pictures) I figured I'd post. - Fast ordering online, pizza was ready before expected, food was hot, staff was friendly, steps were taken to ensure safe pickup during this pandemic (Covid). I just called and placed a very large or Yerena was super nice and sweet amazing experience. Thanks so much love

I am giving this Jets location 1 star bc this is my 2nd time ordering take out and the pizza was trash.. both times my pizza was over cooked and dry. I live 25 minutes from this location and I expect to not have my pizza burnt when I returned home. CS is lacking thereof.. the guy in the store tonight on December 28, 2022 @ 530 pm just seemed so bothered. Like I was a nuisance for calling in. Then on top of that my pizza is burnt, overcooked and dry. Not a happy customer and I will be posting about this location and reaching out to corporate. I tried to call this store and the phone just rings to know end. So annoying. If ur looking for a great quality pizza try another location. Dallas Hwy is not it! read more

Rude. Ordered $55 worth of pizza and did not feel welcome walking into the pizzeria. Being in the business for many years the customer was king. Not here I guess. Pizza was good but goes hand in hand with being cordial read more

Deep dish cheese and pepperoni with mushrooms always consistently delicious! We've never had pizza at Jets that wasn't good!

The deep dish pizza pizza is amazing and if you text in your order you get 15% off and they always have awesome coupons. Love this place recommend to everyone. read more

I called to plac an order at 9:30 the person on the line told me they dont take order at 9:30. I thought they closed at 10! interesting

I write this review with disappointment because over the years this establishment has provided great service and very tasty food. However except for the front cashier the staff is very cold and unwelcoming and would really benefit with customer service training, the food is no longer worth the bad service. I hope others can have a more positive experience. read more

Best pizza locally. Quick delivery and spot in order. The selection is huge and I'm a fan of their thin crust.

2nd time ordering pizza delivery. 1st time was hot and delicious! Today, naw, it would only be colder if it was in the refrigerator disappointed to pay almost $30 for pizza that's hardly better than frozen. read more

Great pizza!! Love the deep dish. I get so tired of competitors pizza. This is a great choice!

I am totally impressed with JETS (off Dallas hwy.) Every-time I order the young man who has taken my phone order has been courteous , efficient, helpful, patient, speaking kindly and clearly. Whether I go to pick it up or have it delivered the guys have been a pleasure to do business with. They routinely deliver on time or earlier than quoted by several minutes. My kids love their pizza and the varieties that they offer. I appreciate the competent employees at JETS. I highly recommend JETS JETS was new to us when we moved here 3 yrs ago and we order frequently. read more

Have been ordering for several years and pizza is always good. What has changed drastically is their service. Recently ordered a pizza on a Friday night at 6:30 with a delivery time given to me by Jet's as 7:26. I called 3 times between 7:40 and 8:20 asking about expected delivery. Was told that truck had been sent out 15 minutes prior - I live directly behind the restaurant. 2nd call I was told they were short on drivers. 3rd time they said it would be another 15 minutes. So now I'm hungry and grumpy - I asked mgr what he intended to do and he said "what do you think I ought to do". He finally said they would refund my credit card - that never happened. When drive r finally arrived she said she'd been stuck in traffic. read more

We ordered from Jet's for the first time over the weekend. I found the ordering process a little confusing even after going online. They have so many different types of pizzas - with regards to crust type & size. For instance - they have a square pizza - but they also have an 8 corner pizza that is square - but it has more corners - I think it's baked in separate pans for people who like pizza crusts - which I find surprising because no one in my family will even eat crusts but me - and always thought I was in the minority - but, as usual, I digress. They also have a turbo crust, thin crust, a deep dish and New York Bold Fold. Then on top of that you can have your crust "flavorized" with butter, poppy seeds, parmeson, romano, sesame seeds, garlic or cajun seasonings. Whew! My head was swimming. We settled on 3 small pizzas and a chef salad - the small, deep dish pizzas. The toppings were very fresh - and the cheese was good and plentiful. I also ordered a chef salad - and it was amazing! The verdict - the Barbecue Chicken pizza was the best - the - All Meaty pizza was a close second and the Jet 10 (kinda like a supreme pizza) was a little disappointing. Three small pizzas and a salad set us back over $40 so we definitley won't make this our new 'go to' spot because if we'd ordered our regular meal of 2 large pizzas, wings, etc - it would have been WAY too expensive. The final verdict - the staff was EXTREMELY friendly - the guy who took my order over the phone was super charming and friendly (and patient) and even the delivery driver was friendly & funny. I wanna see this place succeed - but to do that I think they're gonna have to streamline the menu and offer more 'specials' and 'deals' geared towards families. But a place with a friendly staff, great produce and pretty good food - I can't give 'em less than 4 stars! read more

Caterpillar in your salad? No? Well don't worry, it doesn't get fresher than this. We ordered an antipasta salad and a large pepperoni deep dish. This lovely little guy greeted my husband as soon as he opened the salad. The first manager I spoke with asked if we wanted a new one. Uh, no thanks. Please don't send me anything else from your garden...er, kitchen. Regional manager did take care of the matter. Matt was very apologetic. And I will say I do love the pizza here, but it's ruined. I'll never order again. read more

Jet's is the best deep dish pizza around. The other options are great too! It came delivered like it was just out of the oven. All I want to eat now that I am pregnant is pizza. I stopped by Jet's on Friday for a slice of pepperoni and I finished the slice before I got half way home. It was soooo good! OMG!! I am headed there again today for lunch. The deep dish crust was so buttery and fluffy not real doughy tasting. And there was the perfect sauce to cheese ratio. 2 snaps up!!! read more

This location on Dallas Highway across from the Avenue used to be our family's go to for pizza delivery. It was always hot, fresh, and delicious. Today I am ending that relationship and will be using Peace, Love, and Pizza from now on. On my last two orders at this location, I was told incorrect delivery times, and today learned that Jet's is handing off their deliveries to second hand companies such as Door Dash. I only learned that when I got a text from Door Dash telling me that my food was on the way. I did not authorize Jet's to provide a second hand company my home address or my cell phone number. I do not use these delivery services and am not pleased with being misled. The food arrived 30 minutes later than promised, was cold, and the order was incorrect. While Jet's did offer to fix the error, it was going to take another hour to receive. We just ate sandwiches. read more

First time visiting this Jet's location and while the pizza was decent, the service was disrespectful. While waiting to inside with my 6 yr old son to pick-up my pizza and wings, the staff is having a conversation and every other word is a curse word. Would have made a complaint however there was a manager on duty so seemed like business as usual to curse in front of customers and kids. Would not attend this location again. read more

Deep dish Sausage Supreme was the biggidy bing-bang-BOMB!!!! Took my order in no time, and some hipster kid, with tattoos, and big holes in his ears, was totally polite and professional at the transaction! 13 years ago, was the last time i felt it......BUT IN any companies that offer delivery, its a hiring choice. Ive got 3 chinese tats on my right arm, covered by long sleeves. My chinese symbols represent "philosophy, respect, and power ". Warning West Cobb area. Stay away from Jet's Pizza ~ 3600 Dallas Hwy, Marietta, GA 30064 The worst pizza I have ever had in my entire life. Both pizzas and the cheese bread was way undercooked and doughy. I've been up sick since 4 o'clock this morning and probably going to miss today's work and end up with salmonella and E. coli. Also the ranch dippers was nasty, it was all buttermilk, gross. If I wanted to be torn up, I would have gone to Krystals. Enjoy my $30, your never see me again if I survived this weekend. read more

I am extremely disappointed! I have order from here before but this past order took 2 and 1/2 hours on a weekday! The website said it would take 1 hr to be delivery. We called 1 and 1/2 hours in and they said the driver left 15 mins ago. At 2 hours we called and they told us they ran out of dough and that our pizza would arrive in 15 mins. Weird that our pizza has been out for delivery for 1 hr now. At least it did eventually get our food so there is that... read more

Our new favorite take out / delivery pizza. Sorry Papa John, but you have been kicked to the curb. Jet's makes it so easy. I order online, tell them a pickup time in the drop down menu, then pick up at my desired time. All the account information is stored online. Pizza is so good. Had the four corner pizza tonight with pepperoni and green peppers. Previously have dined on the thin crust large. Either is a good choice, and more than enough for two people. Most underrated item is the garden salad. The ranch dressing tastes awesome. I'm sure it's some cheap concoction, but I like it. Until someone is better, Jet's is my choice for takeout pizza. Sorry about that Papa. read more

The deep dish has us hooked. For a chain, it's a good pie. It's one of a couple places we rotate for delivery and it's for the price and the deep dish we use them. The garlic bread is tasty for those who love garlic. Delivery time is normal and their website is great to order online. read more

Their Detroit Style pizza is AMAZING. The crust was so yummy! I ordered their Salad. It was okay. But the pizza made up for it!!!

I absolutely love their pizza, but I've been wrestling with their website for years. It used to be just unusable. They'd ask for your zipcode, then take you to a page that asked you for your zipcode again. Okay, it looks better now, but yesterday I placed an order online (I thought, because I got to the very end of the order and couldn't find the "submit" button") and drove up there. They didn't have my order because apparently I hadn't completed the order. I swear I looked, but couldn't find a submit. BUT, that turned out to be a good thing. When I went up there to pick up my order and they didn't have it, I ordered it verbally. The order came to about $13 for an 8-corner pepperoni and a couple of topping. That was $10 less than if I had ordered it online. Someone please correct me if I'm wrong. I came home and entered a fake order again, and confirmed that it was indeed $10 more to order a pickup. I checked it again just before writing this review. Don't order online. If anything, call them up in person or just go up and wait for your order. Screw their website. It looks nice and is more easily navigated, but I don't trust it. Having said all that, their pizza is AWESOME. Sorry that I can only give you 3 stars. read more

delivery driver showed up with a damn attitude. the wings were SHIT, and the romaine the chicken caesar salad I ordered was almost frozen, and barely had any chicken in it.
