For as popular as this place is I'm super surprised it doesn't have worse Yelp reviews. The burgers are completely flavorless and onion rings were terrible. They have a toppings bar that is fresh and kept clean. I know they offer shakers with seasonings in them and some sauces in squeeze bottles but no seasoning of any kind actually on the burger. Salt and pepper at the very least. McDonald's has more flavor. That says something! read more

We have eaten here many times over the years. It was one of our goto places when the pandemic began. My wife and children really love the chicken tenders. The tenders have gotten smaller and smaller over time. I'm not impressed. read more

Cheeseburger Bobby's - Kids chicken tenders meal with additional toast. - Burgers Near Me - Hiram, Georgia

My family went here after a day of shopping. The kids were tired, and the rest of use were starving we were greeted as we walked in and were helped while ordering. The employee that took our order was very helpful and patient with all of us trying to figure out what we wanted. The food was great and they checked in on us multiple times while we were sitting down to eat. We will definitely be back! read more

I was at the location in Hiram ga, the associates were awesome I forgot their names but the entire staff was on their game point. It was on 2/29/24. That group represents team work. They greeted us with . I will definitely be back. Food was good. I was thinking could you let them know how me and my sisters enjoyed ourselves. It was the lunch hour. Keep up the good work. I will definitely recommend Bobby's to my family and friends. read more

Some of the best hamburgers and fries I've ever had. Very busy place at mealtime for good reason.

The food is good. Greasy but good. A little high priced for burgers and fries but everywhere is high

Great food and good service. I like being able to choose my additions to my burger myself. Love the onion rings!!

Food was delicious. Had the Carolina Burger and Chicken Tenders. The tenders reminded me of chic-fil-a in a GOOD WAY. Service was great and the food was made quick. Always love seeing them cut up the potatoes fresh for the fries. Definitely a 5/5 experience for a burger spot. Bonus points for the name reminding me of Bob's Burgers! read more

This was my first time visiting. I was pleasantly surprised. I ordered the Carolina Cheeseburger with Onion Rings and everything tasted so fresh all the way down to the perfectly sliced pickles. The onion rings were very crispy and cooked to perfection. I love a good cheeseburger and onion rings. I ordered online and my food was ready when I got there in 10 min as promised. Staff was friendly and attentive. I plan to visit again. Delicious food! read more

First timer. If you mourn for Fuddrucke's.... Come check out this spot. The staff was friendly and the toppings were fresh and plentiful. Anyone with gluten allergy BEWARE!!! I just put in an online order for two hamburgers. One gluten free and one not. I have a gluten allergy which I wrote in to my order to be careful. They did not put in which was gluten free and which was not. I ate what I thought was gluten free because the bun was not as soft and that's how the buns normally are, Also I have been working all day and starving. I was wrong and ate a few bites of the regular bun before figuring out I was wrong and now really sick. Please teach your employees the importance of allergies. Thank GOD my allergy isnt deadly but some people have it worse and could be in the hospital because of this mess up. read more

Great hamburgers and they have GF buns available. Only complaint is when we take it to go it gets too cold by the time we get home and we are only 10 minutes away, about 5-6 miles away. read more

Does not know how to take orders and up charges you I like the food but not the service

I love this place! I have been here a few times and the customer service is always stellar. First of all I love the condiment bar. I can have all the pickles a girl can want....yesssss! It never takes that long to get my order and it's cooked fresh. The French fries are always hot and I love how they walk around with extra fries to give to anyone that may want them..how can you not like this place? They also walk around with mints and offer to refill your drinks and take your tray. It gets better just wait for it....kids can eat for 99cents on Monday and Tuesday's. Im never disappointed when I go here and my daughter loves the grilled cheese sandwiches. Good food, good service, I don't think you can go wrong going here! read more

I have been driving by this place for years saying to myself hum I need to check it out and I finally had the chance today when my daughter asked for a cheeseburger for lunch. I love how cute the kids burger is. Just the perfect size and just the right amount of fries. I also ordered her a kid size Oreo custard. I ordered a Turkey burger which was one of the best I have ever had and was so happy that I could dress the burger myself. I mean they have the freshest toppings in a salad bar style setting with plenty of seasonings and sauces. My daughter really enjoyed her burger and can't wait to return. Oh and the custard was heavenly as well. Prices are very reasonable. read more

2nd visit in a month - Dissatisfied. Gentleman taking orders was the only pleasant part of the experience. Staff making burgers were a bit distracted by a guy who came in just to stand at the bar and socialize. Burgers were half-ass assembled (at best).. Our order consisted of 3 of the same type burger (Smokehouse)... we asked for pickles on the side but pickles were placed on the bun for 2 of them and the 3rd burger had ONE pickle on the side. The fries were still mushy and many stuck together (see picture)... oh, and BBQ on burger was like 1/2 teaspoon (TOO light)... Even with limited seating, it took as long as it would have taken had the restaurant been packed with a line waiting to order. Needs attention to say the least. read more

This is a review for cheeseburger Bobby's. When I walked in the first thing I noticed is how packed the customers looked in the dining area. As another reviewer stated ( Sherri L. ) there weren't any place for me to wait for my order. I found myself constantly moving from one side of the restaurant to the other to get out the way of patrons dining in. The staff was nice and friendly and greeted me with a smile. Once I received my food I proceeded to the condiments area where there were very limited space to get my toppings. I literally bumped elbows with other patrons. There weren't a spot to place my food as I prep another to go plate with condiments. It felt really awkward. My turkey burger was ok, but it was very salty. I've never had an extremely salty turkey burger from my normal Kennesaw, GA location. Therefore, I wasn't expecting it to be as such. I never order the fries because I don't like them. There is barely any potato in their fries. They are usually too salty. I give this place 3 stars because of the cramped dining area, and the salty food. read more

First time here. Kinda thought this was similar to a Five guys but nooooo. You get to add all your toppings! That's awesome!! I am definitely a "can I have a salad on my burger" kind of girl. So when I realized I got to build my own burger, oh I was happy. The simple pleasures in life. I did have coupon for $2 off a combo that originally brought me in along with my burger cravings. I will have to admit the place was rather cute. Had that diner feel to it. They even walked around offering mints to the customers. Gotta have fresh breath after huffing down a juicy meal. I may have been overly ambitious on how much I could fit on my Double mushroom Swiss but it didn't stop me from eating it. I'm glad I wasn't on a date because my husband may have realized he married a slob and not a lady. Nah he knows my love for greasy for. I got a couple shady stares from other patrons on my inhaling of my creation. I used napkins after I swallowed. Don't judge me. I have my indulgences. That's the reason I go to the gym: to eat fat juicy burgers. Things that impressed me were the freshness of all the food. From the patties to the toppings and the fries. Plus I didn't feel like I had too much grease in my meal. Also, the staff were very polite and made certain to continuously clean the tables and condiment bar. With a high turnover rate, it's important to keep things tidy. Though they specialize in burgers, there are chicken sandwiches and hot dogs on the menu along with ice cream sundaes. Needless to say, I will be back. read more

Very delicious burgers. I didn't give 5 stars because the price is a little too steep for the burgers. They do give a big helping of fries; however, I think they can come down at least a buck or two on the burgers. read more

The food is great and the customer service was superb. I liked the look of the restaurant but the seating was a little confusing/cluttered. You can put your own toppings on your burger which I liked and the beverage area has a nozzle for water. I had the blue cheese burger with fries for about $9.50 (don't remember the name or the exact price). The food was delicious and I love that the fries don't come salted. I added 3 packets of ketchup and the fries were perfect. I can't wait to go back! read more

The best in the area for burgers and fries, all you can eat fries come with every burger, double win that they're delicious and fresh!

Worst CBs in the ATL area. I've left twice without eating, due to over cooked, burnt burgers. The Sandy Spring location is always perfect!

I had their cheese burger, fries, and ice cream. I have to say everything was good. Great customer service too. They have a buffet set up for toppings... lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, mayo, ketchup, bbq sauce, etc. They even have a setup for seasonings. They come around and offer you more fries and little mints. I and my family and friends been coming here for over ten years, actually ever since they opened. I have absolutely nothing bad to say about this place. The food is great. You basically order your burger or food at the counter, you can order different size burgers, all handmade and cooked to order. I always order a large burger plain, no cheese, cooked medium, then I go to the condiment bar and load it up with mustard, chopped white onions, and jalapeños...magically delicious! Once you get your food they have a condiment bar with anything you can think of to put on your burger or food. Also, they give you endless fries. I usually get so full on the burger I can barely eat to many fries (which are hand cut and fried on the spot from fresh potatoes) and while you are eating a server walks around offering more free fries. They have great iced tea. The staff are ALWAYS polite, and they've had several people on staff working there for a long time, and everyone is always smiling, so someone is obviously taking good care of their employees. I have never been let down here and I hope I and my family will continue to enjoy coming here for many more years. read more

Cheeseburger Bobby's is a good spot. It's in a good location. The food is delicious. I had the original cheese burger with cheddar. It's juicy and will hit the spot with a side of their hand cut fries. They service is good as well. They are very friendly and will gladly recommend any of their favorite menu items. They have a 100 health score, which is a huge plus for me. One star is deducted only because the area where we sat wasn't swept or wiped down. They must've been short handed on this particular day. But besides that, I recommend Cheeseburger Bobby's. read more

My family and I decided to give this place one more try. We were here several months ago and it was filthy. We decided to go in this afternoon and nothings changed. Every table top was dirty, we had to ask someone to wipe it off for us. The bathrooms were disgusting. I gave it two star's because at least the people working there were nice. My fries were all stuck together and tasted like heavy grease. My burger was better than McDonald's but pretty mediocre. Sayonara Bobby's burgers! read more

The girl took my order, single black and blue burger with onion rings meal. (Olivia rang me up) Then when my buzzer went off, my plate was with fries, so I said I ordered onion rings. Another lady said I will need to be charged for the onion rings. (It was the employee's fault, not mine, but whatever.) I was rang up for $0.37. Thirty seven cents!! Really? You had me get out my credit card for that? And then my burger was a double, not single, so I was over charged because that was not what I ordered. Hey Bobby, make sure your employees learn to listen and ring up orders correctly and if they make a mistake, it should be on them. Two stars because the food is still good even if the service wasn't. read more

Went for takeout. Ordered the "bucket list" burger with an over hard fried egg. I added pickles and the Bobby's sauce. I also ordered a "slaw Dog" with an order of fries. This place reminds me of Five Guys but better. The burgers are a lot better and not as greasy. Very friendly staff. read more

First, I'll say that two stars may be a bit generous for this place. I didn't have high expectations for this place to start, but my husband was dying to check it out after discovering that they had Twinkie shakes from a road warrior spot on Good Day Atlanta. So, we checked out the locations on their website and headed out to Hiram. Since I'm limiting my calories, I ordered a plain burger with just mushrooms and onions. The sides options are only fries, so I just had the burger. My husband had his Twinkie shake and bacon cheeseburger. The set-up is similar to Fuddrucker's in that you dress your own burger. They serve fresh cut fries like Five Guys, and the burgers are flat like Steak 'N Shake. The taste...well, at first, I thought I would say, "this is like a burger I make at home." THEN, I refused to insult myself in that way. So, I think the best way I can describe it is like the burger I made when I first learned to cook! Didn't know I was actually supposed to season it, but I was so happy to be cooking so it didn't matter much. Unless, you are interested in reminiscing to your childhood cooking experience, I suggest keeping your $8 for burger and fries and go to a fast food restaurant or make it at home! Either will be better. Sorry Cheeseburger Bobby's but you didn't make the cut. :-( read more
