The service is slow however they are very polite and do try hard to keep up. I enjoyed the drinks and food very much I will be returning for sure. They have a great pub experience it's warm and romantic not so much of a kids kind of place. Everyone in my group enjoyed their meals and we had great conversation.

Searched Yelp for a restaurant to stop at on our way to ATL. Hart & Crown Tavern had excellent reviews and the menu looked tasty! Cute pub in downtown Madison- adorable town! We came around noon for lunch on a Monday, was not very busy. Our waitress was excellent and attentive. I ordered the crab cake sandwich- really wasn't impressed with the plating, was pretty underwhelming when I saw my dish. However, the sandwich was delicious and I really enjoyed the fries! My husband was disappointed as they were out of the pork belly for his PLT sandwich, so he opted for fish and chips. He wasn't a fan of his dish but I loved my sandwich. Overall, food was tasty, service was great, town is adorable, highly recommend!

We finally got to try this British themed restaurant and bar on the Madison square. The restaurant is stylishly appointed, and tastefully blends a historic look with a clean and modern kitchen viewable behind a glass partition. Plenty of parikng available on a Thursday night. The server was enthusiastic and helpful with my gluten free request. The salmon and carrots with mashed potatoes worked out well, and was delicious.

This has become our go to place!!! Everything is made in house. EVERYTHING... including the sour, infused sugars, behind the bar. Rebecca the day bartender is creating and bringing back those flavorful drinks of prohibition time!!! With freshly infused sweetness and hand squeezed sours. A good selection of bourbons, gin and vodkas. Ask and she will be creative. If there is a problem do not hesitate to talk to Neil... he will fix it and make sure you are happy. Scotch Eggs.... hand made and always served with the runny yolk. Sausage coating is full of flavor.... Chicken Pot Pie... loaded with chunks of chicken and potatoes. Bangers and Smash.... Fingerling potatoes and sausage.... All smothered in a garlic butter sauce. Fish and Chips... Very flakey batter, cooked to perfection.... The BEST thing on the menu.... hands down... Lamb Burger. Never had one before this one... and oh my goodness. Juicy, filling, bun with just the right amount of toast to it...... hard to imaging ever going back to a beef burger again. The sides are also flavorful. Potato wedges are the "fries".... But... the mac and cheese is so creamy and satisfying. One word of caution... they are so busy on the weekends......

They offer bar seating, tables, and booths. The service has always been top tier and is something that always has me coming back. That, and their Patty Melt! If you haven't tried it yet, come in and make sure you do. The Hubby and I have stopped in here plenty of times, especially when we lived closer to Downtown Norcross. Most recently we decided to drop in while in the area for a few appetizers and a nightcap. The food (as always) was amazing. Portion sizes are wonderful for sharing and the flavor is always on point. I also discovered a sriracha that I fell in love with here!!

We had to be heavy handed with seasoning our own dishes, and even then, there were specific flavors in each dish that made it disheartening to eat. Some of our food came out cold or lukewarm, which was disappointing. Even our sodas lacked flavor as it seemed to be mostly carbonation (there is only one free re-fill with sodas). The most damning was the portion compared to price. The spring rolls, pictured in this review, were two rolls cut in half and priced at $13.95. The service is also underwhelming. The amount of parties in the restaurant in relation to the availability of our server did not leave an amazing impression. I looked forward to this tavern due to the high and numerous reviews, but one must keep an eye out for the demographic posting them and see if they match your taste.

The building was an 1893 cotton warehouse still with the original roof so it may throw you off a bit. However, when you enter "The Hive", it's gorgeous and welcoming! The owners Mark & Jennifer are so open and inviting you can't help but settle in and feel comfortable! Cheyanne was our bartender and boy can she mix some fun and creative cocktails! From the New Fashioned to the Screaming Cicada, she has definitely mastered her craft! The whiskey and bourbon Mark is crafting is unique and delicious. With his wife's passion for everything bee's, the added honey influence is very pleasing to the palate!
