This is my first time reading the reviews for this Wingstop location and I'm shocked I haven't read the review sooner seeing as how my husband and I ordered from this location frequently when I was pregnant. Like others have mentioned there is a serious lack of professionalism from the staff who work at this location. I'm not sure who owns this franchise, but they should really look into training the employees who work here. This review is for a DoorDash order: we ordered a meal and the store was out of corn. Instead of practicing good customer service and contacting us to let us know that they were out of corn. They just sent our meal without the corn and when we called to inquire why it was missing (but we were still charged) they did not answer the phone. We called multiple times before my husband had to drive to Wingstop and they told him that they actually ran out. He was able to get a refund, but I think it's ridiculous that they have no protocols when something like this happens. I've never had an issue with them before, but this is not how you run a successful business. I'm certain this isn't the only issue that have and would definitely not recommend. read more

East-West Connector. Cooked to perfection . I had to go back inside, to thank the cook. Lunchtime on a Wednesday, just passing by and decided to give it a try, and I am definitely going to recommend. I've never had a bad experience here, and I eat here often. Very often. Food is hot, fast and always (100%) delicious. Management and staff have made tremendous strides in customer service and overall running of the store. Dining here is always a great experience. Highly recommend this particular store. read more

All those 1 star reviews about employees being rude and having no professionalism? ALL TRUE. These Wingstop workers act like they are literally anywhere else BUT at work. No matter the time of the day or the size of the order, it's the same experience: employees trudging around like NPC's carrying on their own conversations and just otherwise orbiting each other. All other 1 star reviews about the time of receiving orders after placing them? Be ready to wait at least 45 minutes no matter what. They have so many employees staffed in the kitchen area but you only see 1 or 2 actively dropping food or preparing orders. What's the point of having so many employees just being present if they don't actively *do* anything? I'm sorry but coming here for years and the last 1.5 years has seen this place devolve tremendously. It's a glorified after school program for their teenage employees who care more about shooting the breeze, rather than do their job. Came here for a little lunch date and I had a pretty cool time. Walking in I can tell there were younger workers in the back working, solely based off of there style of clothing and their seemingly young, innocent faces.. lol. The manager was really polite and helped me out since I didn't know you couldnt purchase wings-only unless it was a 10 piece or more. I still enjoyed my mild-lemon pepper wings though. read more

I tried the new hot honey wings and it was the best wings I've had in a while. Normally lemon pepper is my favorite but the hot honey is no joke. My fries were okay but most of then were cut too thin to enjoy. I also recommend that you order online so that you're not waiting an hour for your food. Anytime an order is placed after 10pm the wings are old or stale. This has happened with the past 3 orders I've placed.

I would never recommend anyone come here. Every time I come here they are not taking walkins and they tell me it's a 2-3 hour wait for food. I have attempted coming here 10 times in the last two months and it's always the same thing. Wings - Pretty good, and I always get the Mango Hab so I can't comment on the other flavors. Always hot, never over done, so far so good. Fries - I don't know what's going on with the fries. Sometimes clumped like they were frozen in a block when they went in the fryer and came out staying clumped despite being (sort of) cooked. Sometimes it feels like they are chopped up, so all you get are tiny little pieces of fries that are hard to dip in anything without drenching your fingers. Sometimes they're just straight up raw, like they dipped them for 10 seconds in the fryer and then pulled out. Service - They take my order, the cooks are usually jamming to music, and I generally walk out with my food in a decent amount of time. I can't complain to much since they are "serving" the table. They aren't rude, they aren't nice either, they're just there. So meh. 3 stars for fries. That's 50% of my order, of anyone's order. You would expect them to be able to get that right... read more

This location has very poor customer service. Your food is never ready at the promised time. Also, when you pay for extra items they always seem to forget it out of your order. They have young kids working in the store and they have no customer service skills whatsoever, they are laughing and joking and being belligerent. I honestly think the manager of the store hired her siblings. Got into a huge argument with the manager when asked if she could wash her hands and put on gloves after she was picking her pimples that were bleeding when she came up to take the order from in the kitchen area. Wing stop = don't stop! This was not only a bad experience it turned worst when I reached out to management and got no response. This was my first time going to wing stop and will definitely be my last. The food was cooked with a rancid aftertaste. Not sure what that was all about but I did want to get to the bottom of it. Terrible customer service. I ordered food on door dash. I called to make sure they didn't forget my 4 sauces. I got my food & there was no sauce. My food was cold, fries didn't have seasoning on them. I called the restaurant back, they asked me if I wanted to come get the sauce...... why would I want to leave my house in 20 degree weather to go get some sauce, if I wanted to go get sauce, I would have went to pick up my food. Whew where to begin... I ordered my wings around 2:55pm on Sunday. I'm told they'll be ready in 15 min. So I head there. I arrive about 3:20pm and there's two others waiting on food and a lady ordering. I pay for my food and realize shortly after my food isn't ready. So I go get a fountain drink in the meantime while I wait. As I'm waiting the front cashier is constantly complaining about the people she's currently working on the shift with and how the other people (who I'm assuming was not there at the time) are better workers. That in turn, make the current employees uncomfortable and their not performing at their best. You could feel the tension. Meanwhile orders are still not being brought up to the counter yet. They lady who seem to be the manager finally calls for a gentleman that was waiting before me and gave no apology for the wait. I then was called at 3:45, almost an hour later, again no apologies for the wait. They still continues to have open and unprofessional conversations though out the store as I left. I then returned home to find my half and half sauces were two sauced one way and the rest of the wings were sauced the same. Oh yeah and I wanted a Powerade but all those were out as well as other drinks. I just settled for a Cherry Dr. Pepper. Also why are all the wing stops dinning areas still closed. It looked as if they just extended the kitchen to the dinning area as they rushed to make more ranch sauce, etc in the open dinning area that they have closed off to customers. If I could make this a negative number I would. 3 times we went to get a order every time it was wrong. Initially ordered classic combo bone in wings. Got back to work boneless. I tried to eat them 1-2 I admit but couldn't do it. I don't like boneless. Once I got off work I called to say the order was wrong the young lady asked if I still had the food I did. She said bring it back and they would replace the order. Went back to the restaurant the gave them back the wrong order which they threw away. Happily got the order again classic combo bone in wings. Dishonest establishment, Mark Anthony advised on more than one occasion "China" would call me and issue my refund. The order was old and had been sitting and I arrived to pick it up within the specified time and was incorrect. When China hung up on me for the second time, she said call corporate or do what you want to do but I am not issuing a refund. I don't even know where to begin. I love Wingstop and it's a go to when I can't decide on food. However, this location has an awful staff. I walked in and all of the "kids" (because that's exactly what they looked and acted like) were on their phones and didn't want to help. I sat there looking like a fool. Most of the time they have my order right and others I don't ever know what to expect. The staff lacks customer service and now that DoorDash has become very popular it's even more important that the staff pay attention. Save yourself the trouble by going to the J Buffalo Wings which is on the opposite end of EW connector. I firmly believe that service starts as soon as the waiter/cashier begins to take your order. As I was clearly stating my order and informing the cashier what I wanted, 5 seconds later she goes "Oh, I'm sorry. I wasn't listening..." A lovely way to start my first Wingstop experience in 4 years. I brush it off out of hunger and begin to wait on my order. I get called for my order and I was immediately underwhelmed by the presentation of my wings. Lack of wing sauce and a struggle on my part to understand how the wings can look completely different from the promotion photos advertised to bring a consumer in. My order was difficult to eat as they were overcooked and lacked flavor for me to enjoy. I ordered the original hot flavored wings and was disappointed to taste no heat at all. The most enjoyable part of my meal was the fruit punch I ordered. I wasn't able to truly enjoy my fries as the restaurant appeared to have ran out of ketchup.
