The guy showed me the wings and I mean they looked okay to me however when I got home to eat them, ain't NO WAY these were mild. I got the 6 piece honey hot and rice originally (no picture sorry) but the rice was yellow, sticky, and flavorless so I switched it out for fries. The employees were very helpful, patient, and efficient. It was pretty busy between pick up and walk in orders but they handled the crowd with ease. The menu's items were plentiful and reasonably priced so I'll definitely be back when I'm around that side of town!

I had a very unprofessional experience here today. I ordered 10 hot ranch wings with fries and was…read moretold my order would take about 10 minutes. There were already two customers waiting when I arrived, so when an employee came out and called out "10 hot ranch wings with fries" and one of those customers got up and took the order, I had no reason to assume it was mine. I didn't know what he had ordered, and since he was there before me, I assumed it could have been his. About five minutes later, an employee asked what I had ordered. When I told him, he said the other customer had taken my food and then proceeded to tell me that I should have spoken up and said it was my order and that now they had to remake it. He became visibly upset with me over a mistake that was not mine. I explained that this is not my restaurant and it is not my responsibility to keep track of other customers' orders. The employee handed that customer the food and allowed him to leave with it without verifying that it was actually his order. There was apparently no system in place to make sure the correct food was being given to the correct customer. Mistakes happen, and I would have completely understood if they simply apologized. What I did not appreciate was being blamed and spoken to as though I had done something wrong because their employee gave my food to the wrong person. That was extremely unprofessional and turned what should have been a simple mistake into a very unpleasant experience.

They will not refund your money when they sell you old wings. You will need to contact your bank for refund. Horrible service with supposed "NEW" ownership. Natalie is a huge disappointment. She told me to come back for. Remake and then once I arrived, she stated that she had told me to bring the wings back. So she basically had me come there and then denied a remake. It was a game to her and there is more I can say but I will say I will never be back and highly suggest people just contact their bank for a refund and dispute the charge if you have an issue here. They are scammers selling old hard dry wings and then refusing refund. For instance, a 10 piece will have 5 old hard wings on the bottom.

This was NOT my experience this time! The food arrived and the chicken was cooked perfectly! Super tasty and moist - almost as if it came fresh out of the fryer and straight to the table. This is my first time reading the reviews for this Wingstop location and I'm shocked I haven't read…read morethe review sooner seeing as how my husband and I ordered from this location frequently when I was pregnant. Like others have mentioned there is a serious lack of professionalism from the staff who work at this location. I'm not sure who owns this franchise, but they should really look into training the employees who work here. This review is for a DoorDash order: we ordered a meal and the store was out of corn. Instead of practicing good customer service and contacting us to let us know that they were out of corn. They just sent our meal without the corn and when we called to inquire why it was missing (but we were still charged) they did not answer the phone. We called multiple times before my husband had to drive to Wingstop and they told him that they actually ran out. He was able to get a refund, but I think it's ridiculous that they have no protocols when something like this happens. I've never had an issue with them before, but this is not how you run a successful business. I'm certain this isn't the only issue that have and would definitely not recommend.

I was looking for somewhere to have dinner tonight and after driving around for a while, I was…read morelured in by the grand opening banner. This place is hard to define. It is located in a strip mall next to Wal-Mart. It is not in the 'hood - actually it is down from my old apartment, but the 'hood isn't too far away. It serves food from the 'hood, but by an all Asian staff. It is called Buffalo Wings, so one might expect the wings to be the specialty, but it also claims to have the best fish in town. How is this for the main food categories? Wings, Fish, Shrimp, Philly Cheese steak/chicken, gyro, burgers, chicken tenders or sandwiches. Under fish you can go with whiting, trout, catfish or tilapia. 6 flavors on the wings. Another interesting feature: your side can be french fries or fried rice...Interesting combo, right? Looking over everything, I went with the 8" Hot Spicy Philly Cheese Steak with a side of fried rice. The drink selection from the soda machine contained 8 choices. Again, interesting selections. 3 of the 8 were some variety of Fanta. Another was Hi-C and one was Mr. Pibb. That left Sprite, Diet Coke and coke to round it out. The restaurant was busy when I arrived, but then again it was small with only 7 tables. One available after I ordered, but it quickly cleared out. When the food arrived, she cashier gave me 2 packets of soy sauce and a small container of hot sauce. It appeared to be homemade as it was in an unmarked plastic container the size of those little ketchup bins at McDonalds. I can't tell you if the hot spicy Philly was really hot spicy because I decided to pour a little of hot sauce on it and the rest on the fried rice. I stirred the rice and dug in. Holy cow! That sauce lit me up - and I like hot things. I forged on with the rice, quickly finishing two beverages. I tried to eat the Philly through the tears, runny nose and perspiration. I noted that the hoagie was a little chewy. I would have preferred slightly crunchier bread, but the steak and cheese was good. I took a couple more bites and hit the sauce I put on the sandwich. Soon I couldn't feel my mouth, but tried to be brave and continue. Eventually I had to surrender, defeated by the hot sauce. The bread was the only thing I would have preferred improved. The cashier was friendly in taking the order and it was only a few minutes before they called me up to the counter. There was a lot of food - I doubt I could have finished even if I was not crying and able to feel my mouth - and all for $7.40. Not bad, Atlanta. Give this place a try!

It has a drive thru but don't mistake that for fast service like I did. The drive thru menu doesn't show prices and you have to call someone to place an order. The intercom doesn't work. So I called and ordered the wings and shrimp plate and added one piece of whiting. I pull up to the drive through and they ask me to park because it'll take about 20 minutes. Everything is cooked fresh to order. So when I got my food it was hot, straight out the grease which is really how fried seafood should be served. I got the lemon pepper sprinkle but honestly it wasn't needed, it was good though. Everything on my plate was well seasoned, fried perfectly, and delicious. This will be me go to fish spot but now I know there's a wait. Also the inside is big and has plenty of tables to eat in if you're out and about. 4 stars because the drive thru and no prices posted

Because of that and with online and phone orders coming in, the wait was a bit longer than expected. I ordered the chicken, shrimp, and steak hibachi along with shrimp egg rolls.
