    Cheeseburger Large Fries
    Jose A.

Warning!! Five Guys portion for their large fries has diminished! The portion I received for a large order of fries was underwhelming, and I paid over $7 for them. I asked the counter person why my portion was low compared to my past 10+ years of ordering large fries. The answer I received is that is how it is. This is unacceptable! I paid last week $5 for 3+ bags of potatoes for Thanksgiving. But my barely large fries, which typically feed three, was one potato. Shame on Five Guys for training your staff not to listen to the LOYAL consumer. Horrible experience and service.

When it's late on a Saturday night and you are craving a burger, Five Guys delivers!! The order arrived in record time and it was sealed and fresh. It was made to order. Their little bacon cheeseburgers are just the right size. I am impressed with the 22 options you can add to your burger. I ordered little Fries and they always give you extra fries in the bag. I've been eating fries every day for the last 3 days - just popping them in the toaster oven to freshen...so a small size is perfect for me. I think the prices for the quality and quantity are reasonable.

Welp...I went on my lunch break. Ordered a little bacon cheese burger (cheese only) and a little fry. Needless to say, I didn't check it b/f I left and headed out. Burger was dry, overly cooked and burnt bacon. Never had that happen Five Guys...didn't enjoy this at all. Maybe it was the cooks that day or maybe this location ‍, but it was a waste of 10 bucks.

Double Pattie Cheeseburger - All the Way!!!

I get it.... I mean I really get it!!!! Huge all beef Angus patties, fresh topping on a nice bun.... But I just don't know about the prices.... This was my son and I first visit to Five Guys, and I don't think it will be our last, but this is not your typical burger joint; where I'm use to paying $6 to $8 for a burger, fry and beverage, we ended up paying about that amount for just a burger. You know you are getting good stuff when you see the grease seeping thru the brown paper bag. Ha,ha,ha.... J/K. I don't know if the grease is from the almost $4 fries that were dumped into the bag or the huge double patty burgers completed with grilled onions, mushrooms, lettuce, tomatoes, ketchup and mayo that we ordered, either way it all was very tasty, I just wasn't ready for the tab. LOL. The restaurant could have used a little tighten up, and several employee were sitting around, maybe on their breaks. They also offer complimentary peanuts while you wait.

We normally get the 30pc combo which comes with 2 drinks and fries. Good price and good food. They take the time to mark the flavors on the box so you know which is what and lets you add fries seasoning to your fries before packing it up. The service is quite quick except when they get busy then you might have a wait, but not usually for very long. The wings are a decent size, give you a nice portion of the fries, and a good amount of sauce on the wings with the option of blue cheese or ranch dressing. Their peach drink is also super delicious!! They're always nice and works to get your order ready. This is definitely our go to place.

I could come back and they will remake it but the owner /mngr does not talk to customers!!! I'm not going back. Service is terrible and food is not good either. I've gotten undercooked chicken wings before and now spoiled meat and tortilla in the gyro. Burgers have been good in the past but not interested in future visits to a place where the owner/mngr doesn't speak to customers. This location has been going downhill since it opened. The service is terrible and it was from the day they opened. The food is hit or miss and not consistent. Today I ordered the lamb gyro to-go but was not the person who picked up our order. If I was, I would not have accepted this gyro. Gyros are pretty simple to make so I'm shocked how terrible this is. The lamb is in thick strips and not thin slices. It has a strange smell and an oil film on it. I'm assuming it came to the restaurant prepared in slices and frozen as it is also VERY dry. They do not use the traditional pita bread, which is what I was expecting. They used a tortilla instead. OMG it is terrible. It's a stale, dried out on the edges tortilla! This is one of the worst meals I've had in a long time.

First of all the owner/manager Kevin is a great guy! Very friendly, very professional and very efficient. We decided to order a slaw dog for my friend, and chili burger for me and some fries to share. Man I gotta tell you my chili burger with mustard and onions was fantastic! It's a 1/4lb merger patty that's cooked to perfection, nice and juicy, and the chili topping was delicious! My friends slaw dog was perfect she said and the dog was good quality and the slaw was a great addition to the dog. I'll have to try the chili-slaw dog next time. Another great surprise were the French fries; they were cooked to a crunchy perfection and although they may have been frozen they were real potato fries, large and fried to the exact perfection! They also have BBQ, shrimp, ice creams, cookies, all kinds of stuff! I never expected to find such a great little cafe right on the Silver Comet Trail. Kevin says they've been there 7 years so apparently they're there to stay. I'm glad to know about this place this will be my new stop along the trail when I'm riding. We decided to stop by for lunch and we were the only customers there. The restaurant seems to have taken on some Caribbean flair, with a photo area adorned with fake flowers, a bar that was barely stocked, a DJ area without a real dance floor and ViP area that if you have a mobile disability you probably won't be able to get to. The manager on duty was Cassandra and she was very nice and the music playing was very tropical. The ambiance was nice, then we were given the menus. The word Havana implies that it would have traditional Cuban foods, not sure if they consulted a Cuban or even competent Caribbean chef. Perhaps the drinks are good but I will the food left much to be desired. My husband ordered the nachos and the chips were store bought and extremely salty, combine with the canned cheese and the unseasoned meat it was not very good at all. In fact my husband took three bites and he couldn't eat anymore. It was beyond salty and inedible. My daughter ordered the empanadas. On the menu pictured it says empanadas, hence leading one to believe that it would be more than one. However, the empanadas meant one and somehow or another, you the customer are left to figure this out when one empanada arrives on a bed of Lettuce. She also ordered the steak tostones cups which were overpowered with the guacamole. My daughter loves guacamole but the ratio guacamole to steak was too much and the two half strips of steak were not enough to balance out the flavor. I had the hibachi, the steak arrived so badly burnt that it curled up and the charred pieces of steak were inedible. The vegetables surrounding the little bowl of burnt rice were ok so I happily ate that. My husband who never complains asked our very sweet waitress if she could get the manager. After he went through the issues with the food, she was extremely open to the issues and explained they are in the process of tweaking some things. I expressed I would happily pay for the veggies that I ate and the empanada that my daughter ate and the tostones as she ate two of the three sharing the second. The manager then took our full plates away. We were a little taken aback to get the bill of 50% off when we hadn't taken three full bites of the inedible food. I wish this business success however, maybe the chef is new as well. We will not be returning to eat, perhaps the drinks are good because the ambiance seems nice and the music was amazing.

Chairs and tables are jammed pretty close together but I don't think this is a a problem because I think most of the business is carryout / takeaway. There were no other customers present on the day I ventured in. Customer Service The woman who took my order and prepared the food was seated in the dining area reading something on her phone, with her head resting on the table when I arrived. She seemed friendly, but tired. And there was a bit of a language barrier issue when I was asking questions about the menu. Price / Value Prices are on par with what you'd expect. Food They have a pretty diverse menu. In addition to wings, tenders and burgers - they have cheesesteaks, reubens, french dips, club sandwiches, nachos and ramen. They also have some unexpected dinner options - spaghetti & meatballs, baked tilapia, fried shrimp and teriyaki chicken. It's not listed on the menu - but they also have ice cream and milk shakes (see photo). I wanted a burger, but they only had American cheese and I'm not a wing fan, so I opted for the chicken tenders. They are not hand-breaded tenders, they're the flash-frozen kind you'd find in a cafeteria or a grocery store. I was so happy to see crinkle cut french fries, but about 80% of my fries were over-cooked to the point of being crunchy like potato chips (yet, somehow they weren't burnt. It was almost like they'd been dropped twice.) And they were completely unsalted. See photos. Overall This is definitely a Yelp 2-star, meh - I've experienced better' but I'm bumping them up a star because they're a small business and a new business and I don't like dishing out anything less than 3 stars under these circumstances. Since this is one of those meals that I can make quicker and cheaper at home (frozen tenders and frozen fries) - and not much else on the menu appealed to me, I doubt that I'll be back any time soon. I would've marked them on my list as a place to swing by for french fries on my cheat day - but since they botched the execution on those, it's still gonna have to be Zaxby's. Lol. When J ventures on for wings, I'll be sure to update my review. I wish them much success.
