Today I sat at the counter and had two chili cheese dogs and an order of chili cheese fries. I think that'll be my standard order going forward, as the chili is where it's at. Dogs were great, as were the fries. Food came out quick and the fries were extremely crispy, which is just what you want when they're slathered with chili. They still had a great crisp bite when I dug in after I ate my first dog. By the end of my meal I had a slight sweat going from the heat of the chili, but it was a perfectly delightful spice, not anything overpowering. The ladies working the restaurant were quick, efficient, and friendly. I say it again: I can't wait to be back. Two chili cheese dogs, chili cheese fries, and a Coke for $12.50. Can't beat that!

The food is phenomenal and the service is always impeccable and homey. The main guy Toko and his family run this truck and sometimes his kids are with him. Often they place a table out and play island mixes which is great to sit and relax while you enjoy their food! For this trip I always have to get the Chicken and Shrimp. I tried the Lamb today and that was also good if you prefer this. The Mac salad is sweet and everything mixed is savory and delicious. One of those meals you sit down, close your eyes and just go "wow". The food is so simple, but great. Enough to kick your mouth in with flavor. Again, find them and try it for yourself. Fish miss: The fish was not filleted perfectly. My fish had more than a few bones, so watch out for those. The actual flesh of the fish was underseasoned, which made some bites amazing and other bites mid. This is my own personal preference, but I don't like fish skin, and the skin was left on. The Sides & Wings hits and misses: The fries and hushpuppies were decent. The portion of fries were smaller than I am used to, so I was thrown off with that. My husband enjoyed his shrimp and wings combo, but the wings were on the smaller side. Overall, the food and service are good. It's clear they are just dealing with the usual grand opening growing pains.
