This location had really nice employees. The cashier was helpful and recommended the most popular food options. We really enjoyed our food. We ate inside and workers were actively cleaning the location. Anytime I am in Atlanta, I try to go to Bojangles. My chicken sandwich was so moist and flavorful. The potato rounds were crispy. Rude incompetent employee, I went in the store to use restroom and wash hands before eating my food I purchased thru drive thru. After using restroom I was informed restrooms are for paying patrons only. I informed him I was and he told me I was lying and to get out his store, I then asked for his name and he replied DONT WORRY ABOUT IT and to get out his store aggressively, mind you it's 7am and I'm a woman, I felt totally unsafe. this is all on camera btw. I had to ask another employee for his name or who he was and he replied hes the manager. Being a manger your the face of the brand, clearly he needs to find other employment besides customer service. I have tried all Bojangles locations between this location and Athens. This location at Franklin Gateway is by far run and operated by the most professional people in the entire Bojangles Georgia footprint. I will pass every other Bojangles from here to Athens just to go to this location (even though it is 10 miles past my job location). Every other location needs to be closed and/or everyone fired. The food is always good and the service is by far the best you will get at any other location. I don't know who the district manager is but he/she needs to be fired and the people running the Franklin gateway location need to be promoted. I door dashed from this Bojangles in Marietta and had one of the best fast food breakfasts I've ever had. The chicken biscuit was absolutely perfect--crispy, juicy chicken with a soft, buttery biscuit that hit the spot. The Bo Rounds were just as good: hot, crispy, and full of flavor. Best of all, everything was fresh and hot--nothing cold or soggy. That really stood out to me because I usually DoorDash fast food, and it rarely arrives fresh or made right. This location is convenient and easy to get to. We actually went twice in one day because it was convenient to a soccer camp our daughter was attending. Went in for breakfast first and the drink area was absolutely disgusting despite it not being busy at all when we went in. I luv their chicken! Similar to Popeyes from back home, Bojangles' Famous Chicken n Biscuits is my favorite here in Atlanta. The chicken is slightly spicey, moist and fresh. I ordered a 2 breast dinner, with Cajun Pinto beans and Mac-n-Cheese as my two sides. And the biscuit! Everything was excellent. The store was clean inside and out, brightly lit, but not overly so. Me and my friend ordered a chicken sandwich and some strips. They were out of chicken sandwiches (which they had a very hard time explaining) so my friend just ordered strips as well, and we paid for those meals. They were ALSO out of fries, so we were asked to pull up by the door and wait for our food. We sat there waiting for roughly 20 minutes before we decided to drive back around to the window (the door was locked). As we suspected, they had completely forgotten about us! We watched as they scrambled to put the fries in the fryer (at this point, I would have preferred a refund, but they stopped talking to us). Another 20 minutes goes by, and some employee who seemed to be high stumbled out to give us our meal. The fries weren't salted in the slightest... but the worst part? This is Bojangles' store #1264. It's one of the newer Bojangles' stores to open in metro Atlanta. It's grand opening was Tuesday, May 9, 2017. It opened at the corner of Delk Road on Franklin Gateway, just down the street from the new Atlanta United FC Training Ground. This is just off I-75 exit 261 (SR 280 west (Delk Road) - Lockheed, Dobbins AFB). The City of Marietta is revitalizing this part of town, specifically Franklin Gateway (formerly Franklin Road) between Delk Road and South Marietta Parkway (the South 120 Loop). They've already made a lot of progress. I pass by this Bojangles' every morning on my commute into work. I watched it transform from an empty lot to a brand spanking new Bojangles' in what seemed like almost a blink of an eye. I grew up eating Bojangles' in North Carolina and I've noticed as the fast food chain has slowly expanded in the Atlanta area over the past 17+ years. Still, at the time of writing this review, there is only one Bojangles' located in Atlanta ITP (inside the perimeter), but the company inching closer and closer. This Bojangles' is the closest to Atlanta on the northwest side with the others further up I-75 and I-575 deep into Cobb, Cherokee, and counties beyond. I stopped in for lunch with a coworker and enjoyed a two-piece fried chicken dinner for $6.77 (tax included). This included a leg (drumstick), thigh, biscuit, and two "fixins" (sides). We both got two-piece dinners. For my fixins, I got dirty rice and coleslaw. For my coworker's fixins, he got mac and cheese and green beans. I thought the chicken was delicious. Admittedly, I think Popeyes' fried chicken is tastier, but it's also greasier. Bojangles' chicken isn't as greasy, so I can eat more of it before feeling sick. The leg and thigh (dark meat) dinner is the way to go. I've always liked Bojangles' biscuits. Again, perhaps not the best, but reliably buttery and tasty with no need for jams or spreads. The sides are OK. I've never found them to be memorable or remarkable, but not bad either. The store itself looks great. It's new and clean, inside and out. Inside, there were TVs playing the news (CNN). There was a sweet old lady who took our trays when we were done. Outside, the parking lot was nicely paved and the grass manicured. Normally, I'd give a run-of-the-mill Bojangles' 3 stars, but due to the newness of this location, I'll bump 'em up to 4. read more

Around 11:20am I went to this location and ordered a 9 piece Bo Bite via drive thru. I started eating and saw a long piece of hair fried into one of the pieces of chicken. When I took it back and asked for the (GM) manager, Alex I think is his name came to the register and had an attitude. He never apologized or anything. As he started to open the register I mentioned no apology or anything? He got an attitude and said I'm not fucking finished. When he said that I escalated back on him. I am I repeat customer. I've even written a great review about this location. It really upset me for him to do me like that. Then this Mexican younger girl came over and started lying like I started it and recorded. The guy cursed at me multiple times before others came over. I cursed him back in response. I have never been so disrespected. A couple of the workers that recognized me from grabbing breakfast every other morning came over to me and mentioned that the GM is a hot head and this is not his first issue! 1 star because the lady at the window was sweet. My Bo rounds were barely warm and they forgot the cheese on my biscuit. I told them they forgot my cheese and they handed me a cold slice of cheese in paper. I'm expecting ready to eat food, when I go through a drive through. Why did I go into this place in the morning ordered a large French fries. The manager a bald "no offense" Mexican guy yells over the intercom I need medium fries. I said I want a large he say don't worry I got you. So when I get them why they put a medium fry in a large box. I mean you couldn't even see them just the towering box. The restaurant was meticulously clean, great Christian music was playing, and the staff was extremely friendly. Absolute dogshit service. You get to sit in the drive thru line for 15 minutes because I swear you must be half brained to work here. Just do yourself a favor and go to gourmet cafe 10 seconds down the street. They definitely just take your order whenever they feel like it, and with no sense of urgency. This is my 4th visit to this Bojangles and not one single time has my order ever been right. Tonight I got a 12pc chicken finger family meal with French fries, sweet tea, and honey mustard. What I actually got was 10 pc of chicken tenders with mashed potatoes and coleslaw, no sauce and unsweet tea. I was asked to pull up so they could make it fresh...22 minutes later that's what I got....This is something I would normally have gone back in to fix since it was completely wrong but the doors are still locked and they won't come to the door... they just look at you and turn their heads. Since I sat in line for 22 minutes, that meant there were 22 minutes worth of cars wrapped around the building and it's not worth waiting all over again. I asked the gentlemen was there something else to compensate he states no so I asked how long were they out of pork chops he stated a few days I asked if corporate knew he then asked the gentlemen at the drive through who appeared to be the managers on duty and he said that CORPORATE WAS RATIONING THE PORK CHOPS !!!! BUYER BEWARE! Especially if you ever go to Store #1264 at Kingston and Franklin in Marietta/GA. I went through the drive thru on 4/3/19 and the woman said my card was declined. So I gave her another one. When I called my bank they said she tried to run it a few times. Well, it posted. So I paid for the order twice. I printed out the snapshot of both my bank card and credit card showing that they were both charged and brought that to the store along with a copy of the receipt. The manager didn't seem to understand how something can be swiped on the 3rd and post of the 4th. I guess he thinks I'd take time out of my day to present my bank/CC statements all so I could steal $3.18. He also said there should be 4 transactions, not sure what that means. Basically, they ran a charge on my bank card, then ran the same charge on my CC and refuse to do anything to remedy it. First time visit this morning the scene was brightly lit and appeared clean. There was no wait inside or out but I like to go into a place so that I can observe the score and actual environment. I admit I know of Bojangles but since I don't eat spicy food or fried chicken it really offers me little options. I ordered a egg and cheese biscuit which totaled $2.43. The biscuit was way too hard almost crunchy and barely warm. When I got to work the cheese hadn't melted so it was just laid on top of the egg which was the only thing hot on the sandwich. Will I be back? Nope because to order such a simple item and it isn't good was a waste of my time and money. They had way too many pans of biscuits so maybe management should rethink cooking vs serving lukewarm or cold biscuits.
