Yesterday (7/13/2019) we stopped in store#1264 for some chicken. I ordered a 20 pc picnic to go, the girl at the register said there would be a 20 min wait, because it hadn't been dropped yet, I said we would wait. we waited, 45 min. After 50 min I inquired about my order she said still 13 min. In the meantime we head arguing between the girl in the front and someone in back. It appeared that there was no manager on duty, the store was dirty. While waiting we observed numerous drive-thru order mix ups. The store lacked management, training, and courtesy. Absolutely horrible service. I went through the drive-thru and ordered. The lady mumbled my order back to me correctly. When I got to the second window to pay, they gave me a bag of food without one of the sides or hot sauces that I had specifically ordered. They only gave me 1 out of 2 drinks I ordered and no straws or silverware. I asked at the window and they said "they didn't see it on the screen" and proceeded to close the window in my face. I had to park and go inside to get everything they had missed and when I asked an employee for hot sauce, he walked up to me and said nothing but glared at me until another employee behind him said "it's over on that table" with no indication of where the table was. Bojangles is always delicious, and granted the food was hot and fresh but let's talk about what a customer does NOT appreciate (by customer, I mean me.) Days like today, when it is pouring down, I don't think it is right to have to sit with our window down while rain literally soaks me and my car because your loud speaker is so low we cannot hear if the window is up and your awning (if that is what you want to call it) is so small it only protects your speaker. I waited and waited with water splashing all over my car and face and finally when the girl decided to take my order she kept asking me to speak up. Can we just order at the window!? The people seem nice but on MULTIPLE occasions I got to the drive through intercom and they said "give me one moment" and then it proceeds to take 15-20 minutes for them to get back to me to take my order. All I wanted was French fries. They literally refried the fries hard to a crisp and threw some extra salt to the point that it wasn't even edible. I keep giving this location chances but they continue to fall short. Today may be the last straw. Waited 20 minutes just to place our order and another 25 minutes to get it. Every time we visit this location - more often on weekend visits - they leave something out or get something wrong. Today was no exception to the rule. We ordered a chicken supreme combo box with honey mustard and sweet tea and a fish sandwich combo with 1/2 sweet/unsweet tea. They repeated the order as they handed it to us 25 minutes later and we headed home. Yes, we should have checked (huge eye roll at our failure to learn our lessons the first...second...sixth + times before). So, we arrive home almost an hour later and SURPRISE! The fish sandwich was missing and a grilled chicken sandwich was in the bag. There was no honey mustard or dip of any kind for the chicken combo box and the 1/2 sweet/unsweet tea was so syrupy, we're certain there was no unsweet in the mix; neither had they included straws for the drinks. Past errors - all weekend visits - steak/egg/cheese biscuit missing egg; sausage/egg/cheese biscuit missing sausage; steak/egg/cheese biscuit missing egg & cheese; receiving small BoRounds when large was ordered and several times they were missing all together. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. Fool me this many times - why can't I get it through my head?!? The food, when we get what we ordered, is tasty. I ate at this Bojangles for a week because of location. Service was always poor. On two occasions, I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich. The first grilled chicken sandwich took 23 minutes to be ready and the second grilled chicken sandwich took 17 minutes to be ready. During one of my long waits, a customer walked in and ordered a very large order. An employee, in front of a manager and multiple customers said, "How the S%$# are we going to get this done?" Worse restaurant ever!!! I asked for peppers and was told that "no one" felt like cutting the peppers today. On 3 difference occasions, I received an incorrect order! I even went back twice for them to fix it and still received an incorrect order. I was not happy with this location. We stopped through the drive thru and told them about the sauces we want. When we got to the window they were not friendly. Coming from the food industry I know how you should act to customers and if I acted the way they did, I would be in trouble. We got to the second window and they didn't give us any of the sauces we asked for. When we told them, they told us we have to pay for each sauce. I don't mind paying for the sauces, but they should've added it on from the beginning when we told them. They said if it's more than 2 sauces on an order we have to pay each sauce which doesn't make a lot of sense considering if we have an order with multiple people not everyone, why can't each person get a sauce? They gave us attitude about getting the sauce. After leaving we became aware we also did not have any silverware. We had to stop at another place to get some. Very unhappy with this.
