This is a cute ice cream shop. I'm familiar with Jeni's because of their pints in Whole Foods back home. You can try the flavors but the line does fill up pretty quick so it gets congested. I took my sister and her friends, it was about $40 for everyone. I got the gooey cake and salted caramel peanut butter in a paper cup which was good. The cones looked delicious but kind of fragile and I hate being sticky but they had great reviews about their cones as well sat on the back patio. read more

Jeni's ice cream was above average. Once you got past the protective ice crystals of what was on top before the scoop, it was decent. I wouldn't say overly creamy. Yes there were definitely good flavors. The lack of stars was the store itself. There were two 18 inch tables with two chairs each. I'm not sure what that is all about. Just to be able to sit and enjoy your ice cream rather than go out into the ice cold weather would be a good thing. Next time I'm waiting for June to come here since they don't have seating. read more

Jeni's is just decadent! Rich and creamy excellence...you really can't go wrong with most of the flavors they offer. You can tell the ingredients are quality and pretty sure not many preservatives, but who cares?! This ice cream is amazing! I almost always get the Brown Butter Almond Brittle and the Brambleberry Crisp. They are the very first flavors I ever tried when I first had Jeni's in Nashville. They are both consistently rich and delicious! Gooey Butter Cake is another solid choice. This is an ice cream experience that won't disappoint. This location in Marietta spot was a first visit for me. The service wasn't great. I don't know if it was the time of day but it wasn't stellar. Needless to say my Ice cream made it in the bowl and I went about my day. If you ever had the sweet cream and coffee flavor offered at Jeni's then you'd know why this is breaking news. For the life of me, I don't understand why they discontinued it. Either way, we are so back! This house coffee flavor is a new and improved version of their sweet cream and coffee flavor. Way more robust and flavor filled. I literally savored every spoonful. Refreshing cold ice cream truly hits the spot on June 2025 hot summer days. Jeni's is the perfect little ice cream shop located Church street in downtown Marietta. Your best bet is to pay for parking as this is a walkable town. Nestled in between other eateries Jeni's is a charming place. The a/c blows cold in there as you walk onto the black and white honey comb tiled floor. The gold railing greets you as you stroll up their ramp towards the counter. On my ce you step up your selection is thrilling. Behind the glass freezer display are so many options. The goat cheese and cherries sound divine. The flavor of the month Moose tracks is not too chocolatey but full of berries and chocolate chips. The inspiring summer flavors gives you divine options to choose from. I selected the root beer float with marshmallows. It did taste exactly like a float. The gooey marshmallows kept that foaming texture on our tongue, delightful. Highly recommend if you love floats. The flavors change each month so keep that in mind, the root beer float is a limited edition. Come by and say hi, the staff is kind and super friendly. You can sample whatever looks good, which is usually everything, the staff are super friendly and always have great suggestions, and you get to leave with a special treat, which in my opinion, I always deserve a little treat. I always love the options available and it's usually a steady full of people so you're not waiting forever unless it's like super hot out. Located near Marietta Square, this location has street parking nearby. I got Wild Berry Lavender, Toasted Smore, Brown Butter Almond, and Honey Vanilla. I've gotten the lavender before and like it. Jeni's ice cream is always an incredible experience. They always have new flavors to try and they let you try as many flavors as you want. I've always been surprised with the combination of flavors that they come up with and how good they taste. I always get the almond brittle and and sweeter flavors but the fruit based flavors are also good. The service here was very friendly and helpful in assisting with choosing the right flavors. It's a decent representation of the franchise. Located in the busy Marietta Market Square area, paid parking will be the normal expectation. And on a busy summer Saturday it was quite a walk to the store. A staff member greeted us and there was no line despite the crowds on the street. We were immediately served and sat inside. There are only 2 tiny tables, each with only 2 seat in the store. Our table was quite dirty despite there being no customers in the store. The single unisex bathroom at the back was thankfully clean. Amazing shop just north of the Marietta square on church street! Jeni's ice cream is a warm hug and a sweet smelling moment anytime of day. Tonight was their grand opening and folks from all over the Atlanta area came and waited even in spite of light sprinkling rain to enjoy Jeni's amazing ice cream. The staff are gracious and patient with smiles and a welcome for each guest. The patio space behind has seated dining, umbrella protected spaces, swings and soft surfaces for kids and adults alike to lounge and enjoy the food and being out in the community. This is the perfect location to come to any day of the week even as late as 11 pm to bring a date, treat the family, or come solo and soak up being part of the lovely Marietta community. Good service and unique flavors. Quickly served but could be more organized. There are 3 freezer areas and the line only goes to the first section and backs up out the door until you realize that you can go around the group in front of you to the next section. Was in there for the Art in the Park festival around 1pm and this was my second bad experience. We were greeted and then they only had ONE girl working during a busy festival while the other girl ignored all of us to make Waffles. I was the second person in line but they never explained how the line formed and as another couple came in they got in front, then a third couple asked which way the line went... we continue to wait... that first couple is done and the really nice girl goes to the couple who skipped me and I held my tongue and they tried 6 flavors each. The people behind me left saying it was too slow... now the line is at the door and the second girl is STILL making waffles! A group comes in and walks to the front to look at flavors. Line is out the door and the couple who skips we are on their second order and the sweet girl is letting the wife try 5 more flavors (very sweet sweet girl). Now my child is restless and the line is getting upset and are whispering complaints. Girlfinally stops on waffles and does ask who's next, takes that large group who went to look at flavors ahead of us!! We exit! That makes no sense to wait 15 minutes and get skipped twice and ignored. This was my 5th time and this was the worst! Usually there's more than 2 people on a busy Saturday! And I think the one girl was exceptional even though those couples took too long with samples but that's the experience of Jenny's but at some point you being order to your line and have better customer service to us waiting and I shouldn't have to get upset with other customers who are cutting. NOTICE WHOS NEXT IN LINE and be gracious. I've managed at an ice cream parlor and that's what we did especially during peak hours.
