I am, shower, very particular with my Carne Asada you have to put the perfect amount of seasoning and the right kind of seasoning along with cooking it a certain way to get a good asada. My favorite course, was the bacon, along with the farmhouse bowl. It was the perfect blend of meat, potato, herbs, & fresh eggs. The customer service at this Waffle House restaurant was the BEST!! True Southern hospitality!! So sorry because I am drawing a blank on the young woman who helped us that morning. She was so nice to the 5 of us. She made our day!! Other staff members also made us feel welcome. We were all even given these cool liitle Waffle House hats for being first time WH visitors, and they took our photo too. We all sat at the counter so we got a great view of where they cook our food.
