The nutty aroma from the ube hit my senses before I even took a sip, and the first taste was everything. I've had a lot of different matchas and love them all for different reasons, but this one is easily in my top favorites. We ordered the small one and split it which was more than enough and would've had leftovers if we didn't have dogs. I figured they earned it having to smell that cook for so long.
