This place is a no frills cookie shop. They are all essentially the same as the next crumbl. This location was clean and the employees were friendly enough. Service was quick. You order on a tablet and it is quickly prepared. The cookies are decadent and really rich. They do contain a lot of calories so go easy. They are easy to eat! Visited back in December. After lunch with the family, we had a craving for something sweet. My son really wanted Crumbl cookies, so we hopped in the car and drove to the closest Crumbl. We arrived at this location about five minutes before closing. We were prepared for them to turn as away and would have understood, but to our surprise, they still took our order with no complaints or attitude. Like most Crumbl stores, the interior is small and meant for grab and go orders. We ordered a six-pack of minis. We ordered a variety with some seasonal flavors such as peppermint, peanut butter munch, and more. We immediately dug into the cookies as soon as we left and they were still warm and gooey. They were amazing. I don't eat Crumbl cookies often, but when I do, I'm reminded by how much I enjoy them. Four of us shared the minis and got to sample of each flavor. read more

I finally made it over to my first Crumbl Cookies and what a delicious experience. With the grand opening a couple months ago they're doing a phenomenal business. So 2 things, 1. Never realized how popular they were. 2. They make a wide variety of delicious cookies. So from the flavors of the day I went with the French Silk Pie, Peanut Butter Puffs, Cookie Butter Lava ( Biscoff) and Milk Chocolate Chip. And because I can just about walk here, the Chocolate Chip and Cookie Butter were still warm when I got home. Lol A little tricky to park when busy but a great location. Clean, friendly and good service. The self order is nice because it's a very big screen and user friendly. A very nice first experience and welcome addition to the area. read more

They have different flavors so much fun to watch. You can order ahead of time. they have a kiosk when you walk in the door they're always quick to serve. The cookies are delicious. Not my favorite cookie place to be honest. But for half-baked interesting flavors it's fun. I would say that this is a place you come for an experience rather than everyday consumption. But still give this place a shot. The best one we got was the peanut butter cookie versions (probably preference). The others were sugar cookie based (even the chocolate chip one) so if you aren't a big sugar cookie fan probably not your cup of tea, also if you done like soft/half-baked cookies probably won't be your go to. Dangerously delicious! These cookies are a little more pricey than I'd like, but are MASSIVE and usually extremely tasty. The flavors change out weekly (check social media pages). I've tried too many cookies to remember. You can download the app to earn points towards rewards dollars to use on your purchase and also to track and review the cookies you eat so you can remember which ones you like. I also enjoy ordering in the app for pickup. Otherwise, you will order at a tablet once you arrive inside the store. The store is open where you can see the cookies being made and smells good everytime you walk in. Staff is always friendly here and quick. Parking is a little tight during busy hours. Anything Oreo I highly recommend and most of the cream cheese iced cookies. Definitely stop in if nearby and see what flavors they have for the week. Just know once you start following their social media pages you'll want to come in every time they have a tasty sounding cookie flavor. read more

Finally got to visit this place I have heard so much about from my grandkids! I selected an assorted 12 mini cookies and they were sublime! My favorites were Milk Chocolate Chip and Strawberry Cake... yummy. What I wasn't a fan of was the price ($24.99 for some tiny mouthfuls) and the lack of welcome/ engagement from staff. All do it yourself on a screen followed by a request for a 20% tip! Are you kidding?? The staff member who brought my box over to me at Pick Up didn't even say 'have a nice day'! Leaving only 2 stars bc I ordered my $70 worth of cookies early today and when I picked them up tonight they told me they were out of the ones I wanted the most. Also, customer service was dismal. Walked in to use kiosk a little earlier today. Placed my order and stood there for a bit on my phone multitasking. Not expecting anything to happen yesterday, just chilling doing my thing. Employee walks up and asks if I'm there for pick up. I respond by saying no, I just placed an order. She starts laughing and walks away. I guess she somehow thought I was expecting them to drop everything they were doing to fill my order... Not in the least bit. Had I asked for my update on my order? Had I done anything at all? Anyhow, when I asked her if something was funny... She didn't seem to want to engage. So that's when I told everyone I could leave if that made them feel better. Then I decided they weren't getting my business, and I will say that the young man at the counter handled my refund seamlessly. He also passed along his manager's contact information no questions asked. That's the only positive part about my experience. read more

I have never been into a crumbl that was this dirty. paint peeling off of window seals, trash all in the floor. My boxes had chocolate all over them and were not neat at all. Watched an employee take cash with her gloves on and then go back to the work she was doing. Another employee wearing jogging pants with "playboy" going down the leg. Super bummed they changed their hours to closing at 11 instead of midnight on the weekends. We packed our car and drove there cause everytime we've went was later at night on the weekend and to our surprise it was closed. I live 35 minutes away from this place. I drove there today because they had a flavor that I really wanted to try - French Silk Pie - on their menu for the week. I placed my order, paid (including a tip), then waited in line for my order to be filled. After a moment or two, one of the employees came out and told me that they don't have that flavor right now and that if I wanted to wait - it would be an hour. Really? At 4pm in the afternoon?
