I went here for lunch and ordered a turkey sandwich. I received my sandwich and immediately noticed a hair in my sandwich (as pictured). I went back inside and they seemed annoyed that I had come back. They also seemed annoyed in general when I had ordered. I tried my best to be polite because I know these things happen and they can't control everything. They did remake my sandwich, but I'm not sure if I'll be coming back here. read more

Great little spot to grab a coffee and breakfast. Not much seating but there is outside.

Small & quaint, plenty of parking and easy to run in and grab an order. Staff is friendly and eager to take orders. Orders come out carefully made to order and come with the appropriate utensils, and side requests (butter, cream cheese). Price is great and hours work well for all! I am a fan! read more

I come in every Sunday for bagels. When I was a kid living in Florida my dad always brought home bagels, cream cheese, and the newspaper. It was a family tradition that goes back over 40 years. When I moved to Ga I could never find any good bagel places. That changed when I found soho. They have awesome bagels, especially the Everything bagels. Hi, my name is Charlotte and I am a carbaholic. So when I say that this bagel place is top tier, just know that I'm a connoisseur. I've been known to patronize a handful of bagel purveyors in my time and they have their place if you want a more "exotic" bagel. But if you want a legit, authentic bagel that doesn't have to hide behind green chiles or cinnamon crunch topping, this is the place to go. Keep in mind, I've seen them close early on the weekends because they sell out before closing time but I'm still willing to sing their praises on the internet because they deserve it. My personal favorite is a garlic bagel BEC with salt, pepper & ketchup, because I like to think of myself as cosmopolitan. My husband is a fan of the egg bagel with lox & all the trimmings. I've taken my parents a box of breakfast pastries from Soho before; but as they are apathetic eaters with no taste whatsoever, I was offered no feedback. I assume they were at a loss for words with appreciation. One of these days, I'll go in and get one of their frisbee-sized cinnamon rolls for myself... If I'm not mistaken, they sell (probably brew) Alma Coffee - so they're also supporting other local small businesses. Love that! Go buy some bagels (just not too many, please & thank you) and tip the people well. They're up EARLY to feed Cherokee County and they're also very nice. That is all. read more

I've been eating bagels here since I was a little kid. I even lost one of my first teeth eating a chocolate covered donut from here. In the 20+ years I've been a patron, I don't think I've had a bad experience once. The staff here is always friendly; they're a part of the neighborhood. The bagels are always fresh, and they use some of the highest quality ingredients: Boars Head. Out of the many places I've traveled, throughout the U.S. and even abroad, no bagel has even come close to what a simple egg and cheese, plain & toasted bagel from this place can do. Updating my review from a few years back. Gotta go from 4 to 5 stars. We find ourselves here before or after long bike rides. It has become a local favorite when we crave that unmistakable salty, doughy bagel goodness. The staff is sweet and fast. I prefer the everything and ultimate-cinnamene bagels and also the plain If you want to be sure of a selection you'd best call early in the morning and have them hole your selection. I'm kind of a bagel snob... I have rights... Brooklyn born. Delancey street family. Jewish. Mother went to high school with Danny Kaye... Nuff'said. Bagels, went there at 7 am, some were warm most were not. Ordered everything, sesame, poppyseed, egg, and salt... everything was great. Not quite as chewy as I would like but still fantastic. Poppy and sesame were good as well still has high marks from me. Egg bagel was a bit too yellow for visual affects. Salt was lest like of all, perhaps it was the salt they used. I don't know. Only had a glance of one and someone in the family snapped that up Before I had a chance to scrutinize. Ahh, next time. I'm impressed that this shop is much much better than the other shop on Towne Lake Parkway. Plus the people were much friendlier. We haven't been here in quite a while with covid and all, so on my way home from Cartersville I detoured down Bells Ferry and got my wife a bagel sandwich, some bagels with cream cheese for later, and some pastries. As usual, it was all perfect! The people who work here are always engaging and funny, and the cinnamon rolls are the best in the area, which is important if you, like me, agree with Spike Jones that a bagel is "a donut dipped in cement"! (I like their bagels, don't get me wrong, but as a southerner I'm rarely ever excited by bagels alone). Give this place your business! I'm so glad they weathered the storm of covid, and I hope to eat here for years to come! read more

Stopped in for some bagels this afternoon and they did not disappoint! The bagels are huge and are super yummy! We ordered the lox with capers, lettuce, tomato, cream cheese and onions and the sausage egg and cheese on a poppyseed bagel. Both were delicious! Service was quick even though they stay really busy! I found this place while in the area thanks to Google reviews. I called a bacon, ham egg and cheese sandwich in. The staff was very responsive and friendly. My issue is the value for the quality I received. I paid over $7 for this bagel sandwich. While quality of the sandwich and bagel was decent, having only one piece of ham and a couple pieces of bacon made for an underwhelming experience. (See the pic) Maybe I am spoiled from the delis I used to visit while living in NY but in my opinion there are better breakfast options in the area. read more

I like this convenient local hangout. When you don't want to mess up your kitchen, and only want to getaway for a quick bite, this place is comfy and hassle free and not as noisy as the big chain coffee shops. The egg white bagel with cheese on a plain toasted bagel was scrumptious. Plenty of coffee for self serve refills. I even took fried eggs on a bagel for $2.50 to go for family. This is such a convenient place to run in and grab bagels. It can be crowded at times, especially weekends and they will sell out of things so get there early or call and place your order so they put the bagels you want aside. I love getting bagels with cream cheese, but my mom loves getting the bagel breakfast sandwiches. I'd love to try a donut from here as well but haven't since I always just get bagels. They also serve croissants and biscuits with a large assortment of bottled drinks. They have breakfast and lunch. The lunch has boars Head lunch meats which I've tried before in a bagel. My moms favorite bagel is the jalapeño bagel and I really enjoy the honey whole wheat. This is a great place to pick up food togo as the dining area inside is small.
