After waiting more than 10 minutes, no one arrived. I called the store a second time and was then informed that I had been parked in the wrong location the entire time. The delay was caused solely by the inaccurate information provided by your employee. When an employee finally came outside, the situation escalated unnecessarily. Instead of addressing the issue professionally, I was treated with aggression, disrespect, and hostility. I was threatened with having the police called on me even though I was simply trying to receive the groceries I had already paid for. The employee handled my groceries in a careless and reckless manner by throwing them into my vehicle. Their actions appeared to show a complete disregard for my property, attempted to damage my vehicle through their reckless conduct. No customer should ever be treated in such an intimidating and disrespectful manner. What should have been a simple curbside pickup became a hostile and humiliating experience because of your employees' conduct. As a first-time customer, I was shocked by the lack of professionalism, the poor communication, and the unacceptable treatment I received.
