Quality Culver's, with little to no problems. The service was quick, and the workers were polite. The tables and seating area seemed clean. The only problem was that they didn't give me as much topping in my custard as usual- only 4 or so pieces. Overall a nice Culver's location. read more

We have recently moved to Georgia and finally decided to try Culver's. My husband had a burger and I had the veggie burger. I was pleasantly surprised about the taste and texture of the veggie burger. It was really good. Hot and tasty. My husband also enjoyed his meal. The service was pleasant and efficient too! Went to Culvers for lunch today and ordered a Coke Zero. I was halfway done with the drink when I took a sip and a chunk of something came up the straw and into my mouth. I poured out the drink to see what was in there and found this. I have no idea what it is nor do I want to know. But I am absolutely disgusted and curious as to how this could have happened. read more

Normally it's fine but i got a double oreo concrete mixer and the first time i got it it was chunky and had lots of oreo perfectly done. and the second time it was just blended completely smooth so i went back in to buy some more of the oreo topping and they told my i couldn't do that which is absolutely ridiculous if you can charge me extra for it then why can't i buy more in a small cup?? i am extremely upset i was really looking forward to it this time i won't be coming back for dessert again im sure i can get better service at the dairy queen or brusters across the street. read more

Not impressed with this so called oreo cheesecake ice cream. Bought 4 pints and wish I hadn't purchased any. Literally 2 pieces of oreo and maybe 3 pieces of cheesecake out of the entire pint I felt like I was eating plain custard. Purchased 7/16/23. read more

Best fast food fish! I love their pretzels too. Their service is always on point. Their employees are always very pleasant too.

Ordered a chocolate covered strawberry, flavor of the day, 2 scoops in a cup. Very little strawberries and chocolate. Had to ask for chocolate to cover the scoops. They said they weren't supposed to do that anymore!! Why call it chocolate covered strawberry if there is no chocolate covering the very few strawberries? If this continues, I will not be going back to Culver's. read more

I am a fan of the burgers and onion rings. Its a once a month stop-in rather than making dinner, and it's quick and easy. However, they need to take some time to revise their professional development, as I am not sure who is training staff and management in customer service but they are doing them a disservice. They left something out of my son's order and when my 12yr old went up to ask for the tomato slice ( yes, a slice of tomato) they insisted he brung back a receipt to show them that he had actually ordered it " because a slice of tomato is 30cents". What happened Culvert on Hickory Flats? What happened to the live that went into making A double cheddar bacon burger? I came through your drive through around 6:30pm, we asked for everything on the burger. You didn't listen to me. My lettuce, tomato, and onion ended up in a box on the side. I had no ketchup or Mayo. And my burger taste burnt. Very disappointed in the service at the drive thru. I hope my chocolate snickers concrete mixer is better. The is was my first time ever visiting a Culver's after hearing so much about it. I thought it couldn't be that great as a fast food joint but honestly it was way better than I was expecting. I got the simple cheeseburger and the cheese curds, both of which I enjoyed, definitely higher standard than most fast food joints in quality. The service was also great the lady we ordered from was super kind and talked to us for a bit. Overall the atmosphere was nice as well and the restaurant was clean. I was short changed at this location by $20 and didn't realize it until I was long gone. I called the store manager, Tim Auseth and he was rude, unapologetic and refused to look into it. I won't be back out of principal and please be sure to count back your change after ordering since evidently they are looking for opportunities to hold your money. read more

Honest burger; honest prices. The menu was a wall of confusing text. Took a few minutes to figure out what was going ton and place an order. It wasn't just me. Plenty of people were standing, pressing their backs against the counter, taking in the whole thing and attempting to make sense of it before wandering over to place their order. I decided to try the snack pack, which is basically a small fry, drink, and a type of single-patty burger of your choice. Let's see now. Positives: . Burgers taste great. . Fries are crinkle cut (yum). . Most of the snack packs are less than $5. Negatives: . Burger patties are very thin. I would recommend going with a double patty. . Fries were overdone. Other oddities include things like... difficulty finding utensils, could not find any condiments other than ketchup, and staff running around blindly trying to match food to person with the little table number markers. Still, I would go back there again if I was in the area. I had some ice cream, too. It was pretty good. HOW TO READ MY REVIEWS: 1 Star - Does not approach edible. My first experience with Culver's was in west Lafayette Indiana. About 10 pounds later... To my happiness. They came to Georgia. Great ice Cream and best burgers around. They do a very decent job at chicken, fish etc Great I've cream 4 stars instead of 5 because they are getting sloppy at drive up...forgot an item 3 times straight. Horrible, went after church with my grandparents very excited as I had seen it while on vacation but had not gone. The wait was so long, then the woman at the cashier was just whispering. She no matter how much we asked would not speak up. When we got our food, it was only okay at best. The Root Beer float was disgusting. We got charged for no tomato and they still left the onions on my burger. We called in and the lady would not answer any questions and was just rude. We wasted our time and will not eat here again. Came here for the first time the other day and I was actually pretty impressed with this place. As soon as I walked in i noticed the restaurant seemed very clean and and neat. Clean restaurants are always a plus. I ordered a single patty cheeseburger meal that came with a medium fry and drink. I'm a big fan of sweet tea so anytime I try it somewhere I'm usually very critical of how it tastes, and at Culver's it was great. The burger itself was pretty good as well. The patties were thin, similar to the steak burger patties at Steak 'n Shake, although I wold say I liked Culver's burgers more. The fries were amazing. Normally I'm not a fan of crinkle fries because they're too thick and potato-y for my liking, but not at Culver's. Their fries were perfectly crispy on the outside and not a bit soggy. The potato to crispy ratio was on point and they came out HOT. Not warm, or lukewarm, which is amazing for fast food fries. I wasn't able to try their frozen custard ice cream unfortunately because I was in a rush, but I'm eager to go back and give it a shot because I've heard it's amazing. As I was leaving one of the employees even told me to have a nice day which was so nice because I don't think that happens very often at fast food restaurants. Overall I give them 4 stars because 1. The customer service was great, all the employees were very kind 2. Loved how clean the restaurant looked and felt 3. Hot fries and good sweet tea 4. The food came out fast and they had a good variety of stuff on the menu. 5. The food WAS good for being fast food. Better than Wendy's, Burger King or McDonald's. I was so happy when this Culver's opened up. I use to travel to Milwaukee a lot for business and had Culver's every time I was up there. Love the fried cheese curds and butter burgers. They also have some awesome frozen custard. This place is not for those looking for a healthy meal, but for those looking for an excellent tasting fast food meal. read more

Was disrespected by cashier with purple hair tonight. I'm not a regular and had some questions about some menu items. She rolled her eyes, sighed, was very evasive in her response, gave half answers. I could tell she was annoyed. I asked for receipt and she refused. My wife's order came out wrong and she treated her the same way. I spoke with the manager about the incident. On the way out of the restaurant, she obnoxiously yells across the restaurant at us to have a good night like a bully in middle school would do to their victim. This place is packed ALL DAY! I finally tried it out for dinner a couple of nights ago and picked up a double butter burger with small crinkle fries. The meat is pressed super thin ( kinda like Wendy's but thinner) and it was a bit over cooked (kinda dry and crispy). I was expecting the quality to be better but it's okay for what it is. The fries were cooked perfectly. I also tried their flavor of the day custard which was the raspberry cheesecake. Vanilla custard with chunks of cheesecake topped with real raspberries! Super yummy! Place reminds me of a Steak 'n Shake combined with Dairy Queen. Not a huge fan of the food but I will def be back for the dessert! read more

First, it's busy because it's new. So mistakes and kind need to be worked out. The food we got was excellent. You need to know; order your condiments when you order your sandwich. They come plain. We had a little of everything. Burgers are better than Steak 'n Shake and I like Steak 'n Shake. Not greasy. The bun is excellent. Everything was cooked great. Fries are crisp and hot. Need some salt but I prefer salting my own food. Cheese curds are good but would have been better if they were hotter I think. Fried shrimp was also great. Ice cream is the bomb. Point blank period. Plenty of people working, all super friendly. Will be back. Best fast food place around. read more
