The place is by the outlet mall and while the outlet has a Johnny's Rocket...I love you Johnny but I love Five Guys too...sorry...it's not you-it's me... This five guys is your typical five guys. Parking can be tough some days. Otherwise it's pretty efficient and friendly. They have burgers, hot dogs, grilled cheese, fries, and milkshakes. The Cajun fries with hot sauce are the way to go if you like spicy. Also, they have grilled fresh jalapeños that are amazing. I typically get the little hamburger and it's the perfect size. All the ingredients seem to be fresh and are tasty. Even the little fry comes overloaded in the bag and can usually be shared. The complimentary peanuts are a nice touch. Pricing could be better, but it's not terrible. read more

I went in to pick up my online order today and I was impressed with their constant attention to being clean and detail. In my short time waiting for my food I saw them keeping their stations clean and staff wiping down high touch areas. I give this location 3 stars because the food is delicious and most of the employees are nice. I've been coming to this location for about 3 years now. It's always been nice. The employees have always been friendly and food has always been good. Until recently. They changed store managers and this guy is a piece of work. His name is Adolpheus (don't know if I spelled that right). He's downright rude and mean to his employees. I witnessed him yelling at them for going too slow and saying how they contribute nothing to the store. He even got right up in one guys face ( what happened to social distancing). He's lucky they don't tell where to go and walk out on him. As for me, I will be dining elsewhere and praying for them. read more

Went to this restaurant today for lunch with a friend. The burgers were good, the person taking our order was friendly, the person giving us our food was not friendly in the least. It bothered him tremendously that I asked for extra napkins, he rolled his eyes and huffed off, but did give me some napkins. I could normally get pasted a rude employee, because I have been to Five Guys in the past and know typically the employees are very friendly, but today I watched as the table 6' away from us was never cleaned/sanitized. Two sets of people sat at this table and ate while we were there. During this Covid time, this is unacceptable. I feel other customers should be warned and realize that this location is not following Covid rules. I will never returned to this location again. read more

I like my burgers like Jimmy Buffet sings about them to the TEE! Do you need me to sing it to you? Ok I'll spare you! I like a thin burger dressed with all of "norm". I'm not a burger snob and don't really care for all of the fancy stuff that come on top of the hip burgers today. Now, my husband, he's a black & blue man. But even saying that he is also a big fan of Five Guys! When you walk in you will promptly be greeted with a smile. You walk up to the register and place your order. Note: make sure that if you do not want a double patty you clearly ask for a single. I made this mistake. The fixins are free unless you want something special. The fries are AWESOME! Make sure you do not over order. A regular fry is plenty for two! Once they take your order they will give you your receipt and call out your number when it is ready. In the mean time you can enjoy their peanuts that they have available. They offer the Coke Freestyle machine. Now, this is pretty cool if you understand how to use it. If not, you may be a bit taken back (LOL). Lot's of choices. Just remember to place your glass in the same area that you would think that your drink would come out of, push where it says to push, and wallah ICE appears! You have no idea how many people wonder where the ice comes from!! Ok, now to the burger experience. I absolutely love this burger! Fresh and thin! I told you I am NOT a huge burger fan but I eat the ENTIRE THING! Been a while that we do not eat hamburgers, but this place brought back that wonderful taste n we enjoy the fresh made well season french fries with their skin on it. Ok. Been here a few times now since they opened. The taste is good when you get what you order. My husband has ordered 3 bacon burgers in the past month. Only one made it home with bacon in it. We always get them to go since he works from home everyday. I should not have to ask each time if the bacon burger I fact has bacon on it. As an avowed burger addict, Five Guys Burgers are rated #1 in my book. Constantly cooked and dressed as I want it, the regular cheeseburger is my favorite burger of any place I have ever been. The fries? Unless you are eating for forty, do not order the large fries. I swear they present you with a bag of five pounds of fries, hot and cooked to perfection. (This is not a complaint by any means!). When my wife and I go, we order a regular fry and get enough to for both of us and several other armies. Awesome is all I can say of this place. Hamburger was wonderful. My wife and I really enjoy the way our sandwiches were prepared. The french fries were the poorest french fries I have ever received at a Five Guys restaurant. I commented on the back they looked undercooked to the French fry chef and he told me they just looked that way cuz they were Washington potatoes. They were undercooked and not the least bit crispy in any way nor were they golden brown. By the time I arrived home they were absolutely soggy and I only live 5 minutes away. The test of a true french fries Chef is somebody who knows how to turn out consistently wonderful product regardless of where the potatoes came from. This was the WORST Five Guys I've ever been to, and I've been to a lot of them. Not all Five Guys are created equal, and this location definitely proves that. The "large" fries were just the cup, with a few, and I do mean only a few, leftover in the bag. I asked the guy if that was their usual amount, and he said yes. I could have gotten more fries for less money at McDonald's. I consider Five Guys to be a high cut above McDonald's, and expect much more for the higher prices they charge. That's not the worst part though. My husband waited by the grill, as he noticed that 2 out of 3 of our ordered burgers, were already made, so he thought it would be ready to pick up shortly. At that point they actually ran out of burgers, and had to go get more to fulfill the rest of the orders. He saw our burgers just sit there, already made, for over 3 minutes, before the last of our burgers were ready for pick-up. When we went to eat them, they were barely warm and tasted like crap!!! If we weren't running late for an appointment, I would have returned the entire order, gotten a refund, and stormed out. If this had been my first time at a Five Guys, then I would never go to another Five Guys ever again. It was a horrible experience, and absolutely NOT worth the high price. I will NEVER return to that location. If I could rate it 0 stars, then I would, because that is what this location deserves!!! read more
