love this 5 guys, always super friendly staff, hott fresh food, the environment is clean. Best burgers in town!

$16 w/tip. Really ??!! I should have listened to the reviews Little cheeseburger, little fries & water They forgot onions on the burger & it was Very Little & the bun not particularly fresh. & the music. OMG Awful That's it for me - I'll stick to Village Burger. Better beef, rolls, price & not playing heinous punk music loudly. Do they think that the average customer wants to hear this music blasting !? Just happened to be by the outlets at lunch. read more

The service staff was sooo friendly! From the person who took our order to the one who made our food they were extra friendly! Our burgers were well made and the fries were hot and crispy and delicious! Honestly it was the BEST food and service I have had at a Five Guys in a LOOOONNNG time! I had almost written off this chain as being no good anymore, but this location is doing it right! read more

We usually love 5 Guys in Woodstock. Tonight was so disappointing we probably won't go back. Burgers had no flavor, lettuce was wet and fries were greasy. Sure hope it was a fluke because it's usually yummy read more

It's not worth it for only cheeseburger cost 13 bucks, just curious with the taste But overall just like the other chain burger joint Never buy anymore read more

Stopped here on a road trip literally right before they closed. Our burgers were soooo good. The guy making the food you could tell he was very focused/paying attention to detail. Plus they gave us a TON of fries. Thank you to the team for your great service and burger flipping skills! read more

I ordered two burgers online. When I arrived they were just finishing up our order, with FRESH fries! I love Five Guys Burgers! I know when I visit I will always receive the same quality burger & fries! I ordered the double with mayo, mustard, lettuce, tomato, A1, bbq & jalapeño peppers! I also got the Fiancé a single burger with the same toppings. As always, I purchased the little cajun fries, which was more than enough for the both of us! The burger was fresh, fries were fresh & the staff were very pleasant! I will always be a fan of 5 Guys! (No picture, I was starving sorry lol) read more

Five Guys - the front of a five guys restaurant - Burgers Near Me - Woodstock, Georgia

The Five Guys like all the Five Guys that I've been to in the metro area is not only filled with great people, great service but most of all they got great food...I've been to this location many times and always left happy with a full belly. The place is by the outlet mall and while the outlet has a Johnny's Rocket...I love you Johnny but I love Five Guys too...sorry...it's not you-it's me... I usually stick to the basic when it comes to a burger. Nothing exotic or crazy...no I don't want kimchi on my burger-not that they offer it-but somethings are best left alone. Lettuce, tomatoes, mustard, Ketchup and mayo. Basic. Hot fries and to wash down all that grease; a large cherry coke.....ah....now who wants to hit Five Guys with me? 944th review 12/12/2017 read more

This five guys is your typical five guys. Parking can be tough some days. Otherwise it's pretty efficient and friendly. They have burgers, hot dogs, grilled cheese, fries, and milkshakes. The Cajun fries with hot sauce are the way to go if you like spicy. Also, they have grilled fresh jalapeños that are amazing. I typically get the little hamburger and it's the perfect size. All the ingredients seem to be fresh and are tasty. Even the little fry comes overloaded in the bag and can usually be shared. The complimentary peanuts are a nice touch. Pricing could be better, but it's not terrible. read more

I barely got any fries and my burger was messed up. Food was still good but where are all the fries I'm supposed to get and why did you take the mustard off and leave the mushrooms on. Was very disappointing. Tipped well and spent 52$ for a disappointing lunch. read more

Same great food and service you'd expect from this consistent chain. Love that they've made the changes to accommodate a more hygienic environment (in these times) while not taking anything away from what we've come to know and love about their restaurants. read more

We were the only order in with 3 burgers with fries Took forever, then stood and watched my burgers sit in the counter for at least 5 minutes waiting for fries, now burgers are cold. Also saw them use 1/2 brown lettuce on a lettuce wrapped burger. Last visit for us read more

Got my order completely wrong (loaded burger, they gave me literally meat and bread) after I made sure to clearly state my order the phone. No biggie, mistakes happen. I start driving back and so I called to ask for a new burger and they wanted to only give me the missing ingredients. I don't want to eat a cold burger because you messed up my order, 5 guys, I made sure to be really, really clear over the phone. Guess I'll go to wendy's or something now, fuck idk read more

I went in to pick up my online order today and I was impressed with their constant attention to being clean and detail. In my short time waiting for my food I saw them keeping their stations clean and staff wiping down high touch areas. They checked the tickets to insure everything was correct before wrapping it all up. The food was great. read more

Fabulous, epic, French fries! Top em' off with some malt vinegar and I was transported back to my childhood eating fresh boardwalk fries....SO amazing. Burgers are off the hook. About this particular eatery: - it's across from the outlets, big bonus. - very friendly, upbeat staff, bigger bonus. - extremely clean floor/tables, biggie bonus. Well done, we'll be back! read more

Enjoy a good hotdog from Five guys... an it was delicious.. place was clean so go check them out

A very good everything hamburger with fresh Idaho Potato fries. And Peanuts. Made a nice tasty and enjoyable meal

Don't order online or they'll misplace your order and give it to you 30+ minutes after they prepare it. Waste of time and money for a cold burger read more

Pro's: The service was great. The burgers are well made and the fries are piping hot. The employees were gracious and prompt. Con's: More of an outlet issue and less of a Five Guy's issue but parking can be absolute hell sometimes. read more

I give this location 3 stars because the food is delicious and most of the employees are nice. I've been coming to this location for about 3 years now. It's always been nice. The employees have always been friendly and food has always been good. Until recently. They changed store managers and this guy is a piece of work. His name is Adolpheus (don't know if I spelled that right). He's downright rude and mean to his employees. I witnessed him yelling at them for going too slow and saying how they contribute nothing to the store. He even got right up in one guys face ( what happened to social distancing). He's lucky they don't tell where to go and walk out on him. As for me, I will be dining elsewhere and praying for them. read more

Love their little burger! Their food is consistently good. We go here about 3 times a month so the staff recognizes us. We enjoy the peanuts while waiting for our burgers. Love that you can get the burgers made "your way "! The staff's always super friendly, which is a big plus. No complaints here! read more

Went to this restaurant today for lunch with a friend. The burgers were good, the person taking our order was friendly, the person giving us our food was not friendly in the least. It bothered him tremendously that I asked for extra napkins, he rolled his eyes and huffed off, but did give me some napkins. I could normally get pasted a rude employee, because I have been to Five Guys in the past and know typically the employees are very friendly, but today I watched as the table 6' away from us was never cleaned/sanitized. Two sets of people sat at this table and ate while we were there. During this Covid time, this is unacceptable. I feel other customers should be warned and realize that this location is not following Covid rules. I will never returned to this location again. read more

Ok, please don't judge me or think that I am sheltered but I am a HUGE fan of Five Guys! Please, let me explain... I'm not a huge burger eater. I like my burgers like Jimmy Buffet sings about them to the TEE! Do you need me to sing it to you? Ok I'll spare you! I like a thin burger dressed with all of "norm". I'm not a burger snob and don't really care for all of the fancy stuff that come on top of the hip burgers today. Now, my husband, he's a black & blue man. But even saying that he is also a big fan of Five Guys! When you walk in you will promptly be greeted with a smile. You walk up to the register and place your order. Note: make sure that if you do not want a double patty you clearly ask for a single. I made this mistake. The fixins are free unless you want something special. The fries are AWESOME! Make sure you do not over order. A regular fry is plenty for two! Once they take your order they will give you your receipt and call out your number when it is ready. In the mean time you can enjoy their peanuts that they have available. They offer the Coke Freestyle machine. Now, this is pretty cool if you understand how to use it. If not, you may be a bit taken back (LOL). Lot's of choices. Just remember to place your glass in the same area that you would think that your drink would come out of, push where it says to push, and wallah ICE appears! You have no idea how many people wonder where the ice comes from!! Ok, now to the burger experience. I absolutely love this burger! Fresh and thin! I told you I am NOT a huge burger fan but I eat the ENTIRE THING! On top of the awesome burger experience that I have AND the humor that I get from watching the people at the freestyle machine, the service is SPOT ON! I am a BIG fan of my Five Guys! Try it, I hope you will be too! read more

These guys are terrible. Period. Waited over 25 minutes. Skipped my order multiple times. Were too busy talking to the pretty girl at the register. read more

First time we try this hamburger chain that was recommended by Daughter in Law. Wife order a Cheese Burger with onion, mushrooms, tomato, green pepper , mustard n ketchup. I order Hamburger with lettuce, pickle, tomato, mushrooms, mustard n jalapeno pepper. We share a large French Fries. Been a while that we do not eat hamburgers, but this place brought back that wonderful taste n we enjoy the fresh made well season french fries with their skin on it. I'am one happy guy today. read more

Too expensive! Loud heavy metal music playing food was ok but can get better food and better value almost anywhere else.

I had an excellent experience here. Food was delicious, hot and fresh, and wow the cashiers and kitchen help were overwhelming friendly. You can tell they like working there and with each other, I really like the vibe here. I'll be back again! Keep up the great work! read more

Burgers are good and greasy, fries are still the star of the show here. High priced new wave fast food fancy burger joint pioneer.

Ok. Been here a few times now since they opened. The taste is good when you get what you order. My husband has ordered 3 bacon burgers in the past month. Only one made it home with bacon in it. We always get them to go since he works from home everyday. I should not have to ask each time if the bacon burger I fact has bacon on it. The first time I can understand but 2 times in a month...it is absurd. Double check your order then check it again. read more

This place has always been a favorite always hot and busy. The hamburgers are great and delicious. The fries are the best. Also the burgers are customizable. Great burgers and great staff. The place was buzzing with people, but I got my order fast

As an avowed burger addict, Five Guys Burgers are rated #1 in my book. Constantly cooked and dressed as I want it, the regular cheeseburger is my favorite burger of any place I have ever been. The fries? Unless you are eating for forty, do not order the large fries. I swear they present you with a bag of five pounds of fries, hot and cooked to perfection. (This is not a complaint by any means!). When my wife and I go, we order a regular fry and get enough to for both of us and several other armies. Awesome is all I can say of this place. Don't believe me? Visit and take time to read a few of the reviews of this chain all over the U.S. Also take note of which Idaho farm the French fries are from that day. read more

Hamburger was wonderful. My wife and I really enjoy the way our sandwiches were prepared. The french fries were the poorest french fries I have ever received at a Five Guys restaurant. I commented on the back they looked undercooked to the French fry chef and he told me they just looked that way cuz they were Washington potatoes. They were undercooked and not the least bit crispy in any way nor were they golden brown. By the time I arrived home they were absolutely soggy and I only live 5 minutes away. The test of a true french fries Chef is somebody who knows how to turn out consistently wonderful product regardless of where the potatoes came from. He's probably following the timer on the side of the machine instead of paying attention to the food he's preparing. read more

I'm not a beef eater but my daughter is. Huge burger. She loved it. No turkey burger options.

This was the WORST Five Guys I've ever been to, and I've been to a lot of them. Not all Five Guys are created equal, and this location definitely proves that. The "large" fries were just the cup, with a few, and I do mean only a few, leftover in the bag. I asked the guy if that was their usual amount, and he said yes. I could have gotten more fries for less money at McDonald's. I consider Five Guys to be a high cut above McDonald's, and expect much more for the higher prices they charge. That's not the worst part though. My husband waited by the grill, as he noticed that 2 out of 3 of our ordered burgers, were already made, so he thought it would be ready to pick up shortly. At that point they actually ran out of burgers, and had to go get more to fulfill the rest of the orders. He saw our burgers just sit there, already made, for over 3 minutes, before the last of our burgers were ready for pick-up. When we went to eat them, they were barely warm and tasted like crap!!! If we weren't running late for an appointment, I would have returned the entire order, gotten a refund, and stormed out. If this had been my first time at a Five Guys, then I would never go to another Five Guys ever again. It was a horrible experience, and absolutely NOT worth the high price. I will NEVER return to that location. If I could rate it 0 stars, then I would, because that is what this location deserves!!! read more
