Terrible management. Rude for no reason and literally saw them lie to another customer. Only one star because the food slaps.

I love five guys for their milkshakes and most of all either their burgers or hot dogs. But five guys stop charging so much for the food and stop giving me to much fries because I don't have room for them. The fries was a joke but the pricing wasn't. Love u 5 guys. read more

Terrible experience! After working a full 12-hour shift at the hospital, I was really looking forward to my burger. Instead, I was given someone else's order. I sat in traffic for 40 minutes to get home, only to open the bag and find 5 lbs of fries and a bunch of wrong items I didn't even order. After a long day, this was the last thing I needed. Completely unacceptable, and I won't be coming back. Not sure how hard it is to read an order and have it ready especially if it is put in ahead of time. read more

We had take out for the family last night. One regular fry and one Cajun fry. When we got home we had two regular fries. My son called, they said to drive back with the receipt that was on the bag. He came back empty handed. They wanted to give him Cajun seasoning to put on his cold fries. So I called to speak with the manager. He instantly started screaming at me and did not want to let me say a word. He hung up on me. I understand that fries are not that important. What I do find important, is how unprofessional and rude the manager was with me. We have been going there for a good ten years. They will never see another cent from my family. When I called corporate they asked about a receipt number. I told them the manager kept it. I have been in this area for forties years, and I will let people know how to expect to be treated there. read more

Y'all. This baby hit the spot! So well we had it two nights in a row.. We ordered online (yay) and hopped in the car to pick it up. By we I mean I placed the order and hubs got in the car - duh. The estimated pickup time was off by a little, maybe 8 minutes or so, but waiting a few minutes for fresh burgers is totally okay in our book. Both nights we ordered bacon cheeseburgers ($11.89) with ketchup, mayo, mustard, grilled onions, grilled mushrooms, lettuce, and tomato. The regular cheeseburger (or bacon cheeseburger for that matter) is a double patty - so if you are looking for a single you have to order a "little" burger. If you get the standard double with cheese they place the cheese sides towards each other so you get this layer of american style cheese product. Speaking of "american" cheese product, you will not catch me dead buying this at a grocery store, or ordering it from any burger place really; I always get cheddar if given a choice. But here it works and it works so well. It is so much creamier than real cheese in a way that just compliments the rest of the burger. (It also works well in macaroni and cheese mixed with some other real cheese, but I digress). I don't think there is an option at five guys for any other cheese and I really don't care because this burger is perfect. This is a step way up - or a flight up - from fast food restaurants and your typical cheeseburger. The quality of the ingredients is so much better than you will find in a drive thru and it really is worth the extra cost. The burger was so juicy, lots of toppings, and really was just a tasty thing to munch on. Love all the topping options (and super love how they are unlimited and free!) and the char on the burgers. The sesame buns are simple, yet so so satisfying. I love love love their cajun fries and the regular order is massive. If you don't have any dietary restrictions or otherwise do not care, please do yourself a favor and get some cajun fries. They are amazing when they are fresh. AH-MAZINGGGG. Fried food always makes my tummy hurt so I figured just the burger would be a better choice. I exercised restraint both nights and my digestion is really glad I did. All in all, after scarfing down my burger I didn't even feel too bad - which is unusual for me. Win win. The staff was friendly both evenings and our burgers were just to our specifications. Five Guys is one of my favorite burger places in the Atlanta area. Their prices are a little high, compared to a typical fast food restaurant, but they offer hot, juicy burgers that are very flavorful. One thing that is nice about their burgers is that they offer unlimited free toppings. They have around 15 different toppings to choose from, including grilled mushrooms, grilled onions, green peppers, jalapeño peppers, BBQ sauce, and A1 sauce. This location in Roswell offers milkshakes. Their shakes are cold and refreshing. They have most of the traditional flavors, and you can mix some of the special flavors, such as banana, Oreo cookie, peanut butter, coffee, malted milk and salted caramel. read more

I go to this location about once a month. The quality is really unpredictable. Sometimes it's pretty good. But, about half the time the fries are soggy and they get our toppings wrong. Most recently, the entire bag bottom was wet. Not from grease. Just like, watery. It got into the fries and the hamburger buns were actually soggy. No weird smell but it really ruined the dinner which is not fun when you pay $60 for dinner. I keep giving this place my business, but I think it's time to find another place for fast 'gourmet' burgers. read more

I love 5 Guys. Friendly and great service. Everything is supposed to be. The cashier said she'd only been working there for a week... But she hustled and did everything right. We got our food. Ate it. My wife was getting a refill and the manager overheard her say the Coke was out in one machine... And he apologized and came and refilled it. The machine was then acting up and giving him all kinds of problems but he stuck with it until it worked. Great location. read more

I had a great experience today and wanted to put it on Yelp. My family and I stopped here to pick up lunch. The cashier was very friendly and greeted us as soon as we walked in. The store was spotless despite it being busy. There were several orders ahead of us, but we didn't wait long at all. We hit one snag however - the fry cook (probably accidentally) doused the fries in salt. I alerted the burger cook who I think may have been the manager, who with no questions fired up another batch for us. I really appreciated that he didn't reprimand the fry cook. He told him how to make it better next time and that was that. It was nice to watch their teamwork. Our fries were piping hot and our burgers were cooked perfectly. So glad to have this place in our neighborhood. We'll definitely be back. read more

This is the first time I've gone into this five guys restaurant and won't go back. It took five minutes to order because they were all cooking and understaffed. I waited for 15 minutes to see two of my three hamburgers get put in a bag and then they apparently ran out of meat had to start cooking more meat for my third hamburger. Another 10 minutes later they ran out of fries so standing inside for at least half an hour. I drive 20 minutes home and after all that was missing my third hamburger. I called back to request a refund and got a woman who copped a major attitude with me and begrudgingly gave me a refund. I should have asked my tip to be refunded as well! read more

Stood in line for a long time while the cashier took a long order on the red phone hanging on the wall. I even started joking that I should call in and place my order while I was standing in line. Then it took 20 minutes for them to a fry up a burger for me. My order was simple: cheeseburger all the way and fries. Still it took 20 minutes. Went in for a simple order and came away disappointed. They have two songs saying peanuts are available but when you ask they say they are out. Thee are 3 boxes of peanuts right by the front door. Then went to get get an unsweetened tea and they only have sweet out. I know these are small concerns but it is what I came in for and disappointed that they don't have it together here. The food is good. We usually don't come to this location because the times we have called in to pick up the person that answers places me on hold and forgets about me I've waited 12 minutes once and the following time 4 minutes. We prefer to drive just a few minutes further to the Northpoint location. I know their food will always be good and always get great services staff is very friendly. read more

We put in a simple order of four sandwiches online to be picked up. It had been a long day and we were eager to sit down as a family to enjoy Five Guys. Once we got our bag of food home, we realized they had shorted us two of our sandwiches. I called back the restaurant, indeed our other two sandwiches were sitting there. Y'all, I love the Five Guys franchise food in general. I have just had multiple issues with this location. The wait at this location seems longer than most - but I can actually live with that and not the reason for my two stars. They can never get my order right. You all know that if you are a person that doesn't like mayonnaise, I don't want that anywhere close to my burger. Most recent encounter I asked for (among other things) mustard and bbq sauce. My burger came out with mayonnaise and mushrooms. I despise both of these things. And they were loaded on thick, not just a simple scrape it off. I never send food back, and would have if i was in the restaurant. But this was a to go order and didn't realize it until I was home 15 minutes later. With the commute and how long they take (even when you place an order online because they don't start until you arrive), I wasn't going back. At $10 per burger, they should get it correct. Waste of good money on a bad burger (would probably be a terrific burger if you want gross mayonnaise and mushrooms). read more
