The small parking lot is fine as I always park up front and have not seen more than a few parties there at one time. They do a lot of take out orders. Just as an update after a few months, I've been back to try other things on the menu and this has become a total staple for our family. After about a dozen visits I think it is fair to say this is the favorite, especially for weekends. There are two Peruvian restaurants in the Roswell area, both of which are owned by the same individual. The Freakin Incan is a little more upscale with sit down dining and it's located in the movie Tavern shopping center. This restaurant, the Flippin chicken, is located right around the corner on Sandy Plains Road. They have a large menu on the wall, and you can either place the order yourself on a self-serve, ordering screen, or you can have a team member take your order. Being that this was the first time we had visited the restaurant, we decided to order a couple of different items. My guest tried one of the bowls with shredded rotisserie chicken, and she said it was delicious. I tried the half rotisserie chicken and 10 Peruvian marinated wings. The chicken was definitely juicy and flavorful, but the wings tasted amazing! The Peruvian marinade provided the perfect blend of savory seasonings. It's a unique combination of garlic, oregano, rosemary, paprika, vinegar, soy, and the famous Ají red pepper from Peru. Based upon the taste of these wings alone, I will most definitely return to enjoy some more in the very near future. I would also highly recommend you come here to try the Peruvian style wings. First time but certainly not the last! We decided to give this restaurant a try for dinner and it was stellar! At first we were a little worried because there was no one in there in a Friday night but the amount of to go orders was crazy! The girl at the counter walked us through what was good and popular. She was very sweet and patient while we chose. I got the 1/4 chicken with salad and fries. OMG THIS CHICKEN. It was so freakin' amazing! The seasoning was delicious and the char was on point. We came to the place to get to know it and try the food. When you enter the restaurant it is freezing, the guy who takes your order is very unfriendly, he seems like a person of few words. As for the food, which is what matters, The chicken, ahh, it wasn't hot, you don't feel flavor, a chicken like the one at Publix, THEY DON'T GIVE YOU PLATES! You eat on a paper that tears while you use it, sides you can tell that the beans and salad were good. What surprised me is the price we spent $80! For one and 1/2 chicken they charged me $5 extra to change the side, that seems a little out of place to me, because the chicken comes with two sides included and it's only replacing. Well seasoned chicken and fries. The salad was good. The place was big and clean but smelled very much like the charcoal they advertise so I could not sit in there to eat. The lack of one star is the very reason I love the chicken is for the SAUCE!!! The sauce is not the very favored green sauce that I have been craving. Their sauce is more of a ranch with a lime twist which is not the authentic peurvian sauce I have grown to love. The chaufa (friend rice) was good. If someone bought this for dinner I would eat it but I am not going to be craving this place for dinner. The best part about this place is (obviously) the rotisserie chicken. I think it's called charcoal chicken or something.
