I am very disappointed with my experience at this Chick-fil-A location this morning. I visit often and usually spend $25-$30 per visit, but the service has been declining lately. Today was the breaking point. I placed a mobile order at 10:05 AM that included several items, one of which was a Spicy Chicken Biscuit with egg and cheese. I arrived at 10:20 AM to pick up my order. After pulling away, I checked the bag and saw that the spicy chicken sandwich was incorrect; the egg I paid for was missing. I had to get back in line, even though the drive‑thru was extremely crowded, to let the staff know. I was then told that because it was after 10:30 AM, they "no longer had eggs." That means they knowingly handed me an incomplete order instead of informing me or offering a proper solution. Instead of fixing the sandwich or offering a reasonable alternative, they gave me a brownie, which does nothing to replace the item I actually paid for. When I got home and opened the sandwich, the quality was even worse. The chicken filet was so small that it barely covered half the biscuit. Chick-fil-A is known for serving chicken that extends beyond the edges of the biscuit, but this piece was flat, undersized, and looked nothing like the standard I'm used to. The cheese was melted over the chicken, but the portion was noticeably skimpy, and the sandwich looked thrown together with no care. This entire experience was frustrating, inconvenient, and far below the level of quality and service I expect from Chick-fil-A. I hope management addresses these issues so customers don't continue receiving incomplete orders, poor communication, and substandard food. (I have pictures if needed). ​ read more

The previous operator left this store recently and it seems like this place has gone to shambles quickly. My husband ordered a meal via the app for pick up and when he arrived, the doors are locked and the drive thru blocked off. But mobile ordering still remains on. He tried to call several times and people just picked up the phone and hung up. Multiple others were circling trying to order or pick up an order. If store hours are changing, they need to update hours online and turn off mobile orders. Looks like we will be visiting the location at Roswell town center or Lassiter for the time being. We went Saturday at 4:39 and most of the tables were dirty as well as the men's bathroom, But what really disappointed me was the Market Salad. About a third of the salad was scraps that are normally should be discarded. The salad scraps were white with pink mold. I showed it to the manager and she said they were having supply issues, Clearly the premade salads should be checked regularly for spoilage and thrown out. read more

This location is under new ownership and management. And boy, has it gone down the tubes. They have redesigned the entire drive-thru system and it's changed from efficient to AWFUL. Now all cars - whether going to drive thru or into the restaurant - have to go in the same area so the drive thru line blocks people entering, and people entering block the drive thru. No one can get where they need to go, and it's a cluster. CFA used to be brilliant at handling car traffic. Some hot shot moron manager or new owner changed things and now it's worse. You've gotten my money for over a decade, but no more. I will NEVER go to this location again. You're an idiot and you have no concept of traffic flow and how to manage a drive thru layout. read more

Restaurant location: Roswell Corners 1185 Woodstock Rd, Roswell, GA 30075. Order #1625062. 12/23/24 11:15am. After 40 minutes navigating directly on your website that show how to address an order issue, direction that are wrong as there is no "help" button on my orders screen, I spent another 20 minutes contacting the restaurant since the next help page said that "orders placed on Chick Fil A website or app need to have issues resolved by the restaurant where order was placed". After 5 calls (the first 4, the restaurant picked up and hung up after the 4th ring), the restaurant refused to help, said they could not, and that only DoorDash could resolve an order issue. 48 minutes on hold to reach DoorDash who said the restaurant must resolve, so I called Chick Fil A customer support number at 866-232-2040. They also refused to help and seemed to have zero concern for the now 2 hours of time I had wasted. They did give me a DoorDash number 833-430-1315 but wouldn't give me any kind of identifying order # when asked since I told them 3x that DoorDash couldn't even look up the order based on the order # I gave them when I called. This # answered (recording) as "Chick Fil A Delivery Services". Another 42 minutes on hold and was told they couldn't handle it and they needed to transfer me to a specialized Chick Fil A department but didn't give them any info so I got to tell my story again for the 8th time (yay!). They said they could process a refund in 5 days. I don't believe that will happen at this point but either way that does not make up for my almost 3 hours of time lost trying to find a simple solution to a simple problem. I will likely never visit that Chick Fil A again, or order from them at work, and I'm on the fence about the organization as a whole based on their website instructions on how to resolve a complaint. Just remember the 833-430-1315 number if you have an issue and you can save hours of your time hopefully. read more

This store used to run like clockwork until the operator left for another store. We have given it 4 chances to see if it improves but it hasn't. Fries are burnt and cold, wrong order all 4 times even though receipts are correct and the drive thru has become a disaster with 20+ minute wait times. None of the friendly long term employees are there and have been replaced with confused at its best and out right rude at its worst. We have visited this location 1x per week since it opened. This Chic Fil A is consistently good. The staff are always super friendly and the orders are always accurate. They have really good family events with fun Chic Fil A giveaways. For a very busy location they keep the drive thru moving and hardly ever back out into Target or Hwy 92. read more

I have utilized this Chick-fil-A many times for many years, but I've never actually been inside! The drive thru works for me and my family! We came here on a recent trip with family and service was quick and friendly, and our order was correct. Note: the way they have the drive they barriers set up, you have to go around the building g to get in line, and then around again to exit! I can imagine this makes it difficult and slow at peak business times. read more

This is one super busy Chick-Fil-A stores on the Roswell / Woodstock border. I mean during lunchtime if you come here the cars are wrapped around the building and hanging out into the adjacent parking lot; they need a bigger parking lot and another drive through window to handle the amount of business as they are getting. With that said, they do a good job at getting the line moved for a minimal wait. Last time I went inside and it was also packed out, but service was still fast and friendly and had me on my way with my hot fresh chicken sandwich in no time. read more

Everything was fine till the lady in the cow mask with red lining started to sing I was about to tell her to stop because she was horrible. I also have hearing sensory disorder ( I call it bunny ears) But I thought Chick-fil-A was a restaurant? Wait there's no resting at the place just drive in. I've been coming to this Chick Fil A off and on for years. Pros: - its located off hwy 92 in front of the super target. So its pretty convenient. -the drive thru moves pretty quickly even during a busy lunch hour -the restaurant is always clean and the employees are always friendly-even 9pm at night... Cons-sometimes because of the location there can be a mini traffic jam. You have people coming from the chase bank beside them. The drive thru customers waiting and people trying to walk to their cars...it can be chaotic so pay close attention around peak hours. The food is pretty much the same as every other Chick Fil-A so I think there is no need to comment on it. read more

People are nice here but it seems they are a little ... flustered maybe? All the tables were dirty, even when there was no line. Order was wrong. Was a big deal to trade out toys for ice cream. Had to wait with two small children in line again. I've never had to do that. As a mom it's not an experience I want to repeat. Had to leave our stuff at the table or pack it all up. My order was sitting next to the drivethru line workers who were dishing out orders left and right but didn't notice mine. I love this location and have exclusively used the drive-thru. While the lines are perpetually long, the speed and service never suffer. My food is always hot and I always receive excellent service. When it's super busy, they have at least 2 people outside taking orders and payments to expedite the visit. However, my experience today shocked me. I stepped over trash to enter the store and noticed that the tables were dirty when we went to sit down. I'm hoping that this was an anomaly since it was 9pm.
