I hadn't been to Arby's in ages but was nearby yesterday and hungry, so I decided to go through the drive thru. I was happily surprised to see they had burgers on the menu, which were not available years ago when I last visited another location. I was also surprised to learn that they now have a choice of fries between their famous curly fries and now a crinkle option. I ordered the number 5, which was a bacon burger, and opted for the curly fries and a medium soda. The burger tasted decent. It wasn't a bad burger. But also, it was thrown together kind of sloppily. The fries were mostly crispy and good. I wouldn't mind a sloppy but fine-tasting burger if the price matched the experience, but it didn't. I paid just over $15 for a relatively unremarkable burger that was sliding off the bun (along with a good amount of cheese sticking to the paper) when I unwrapped it, a handful of fries, and a medium soda. I get that things are more expensive these days than they used to be, but I know of a few great sit-down restaurants where I can get a much better looking and tasting burger than that for the same price or less. Based on this, I think it will be even longer before I ever return to Arby's again, if at all. Overall, it was okay for being fast food but just not worth the price in my opinion. read more

I got Arby's a long time ago but I thought I'd review it. I loved the Roast beef sandwich, Mint Milkshake, and curly fries outstanding.

ordered meat and 3 in drive through around 10:50p. im the only customer! told to wait for a few minutes for order. not me thinking my food was gonna come out fresh and hot but oh the curly fries cold and stale with lukewarm mozzarella sticks and a lukewarm chicken sandwich. ill never visit this location again unless they get robots to replace the blatant laziness of this restaurant. pathetic read more

Update 4/19/24 visit Jasmin the cashier at this location is a real sweetheart. Very good customer service skills, following protocol, and meeting customers needs. Her service was noteworthy. The Greek gyro I ordered had enough tzki sauce on it, so that was also a good look. read more

If i ask for a combo fresh i expect everything to be hot im paying for it why not?. How can you give me a hot sandwich and cold fries. Check your food once you get it to confirm. read more

Update 6/11/22 I have not been to Arby's in quite some time. I came in today to try their new wagyu burger. I was skeptical at first but I ended up being pleasantly surprised. The actual burger patty appears to be thicker than the competition. It was hot, juicy, dense and flavorful. I decided to try the new crinkle fries for the first time. They were also good. They tasted hot, fresh and well salted. Terrence the shift manager was friendly and helpful. I'll probably come back to try the bacon ranch burger next time. Arrived to pick up my order....I waited for 4 mins before anyone acknowledged me or anyone in line. After I informed a staff member that I was picking up, I waited for 2 additional mins...he then yelled my last name and then slid me the bag across the counter. The latest Arby's TV commercials feature a new sandwich line. Looked good so we went to check it out. This Arby's Yelps at 4.5 stars. Better than many of the nearby "known" restaurants. Now we know why. Expanded menu with a variety of sandwiches including a gyro which is what we had. It was as good as any other gyro we've had. Curly fries were okay. What really made this a Yelp five star experience for us was the friendliness of the staff, the speed of the order being ready, the taste and quality of the food - but this place is CLEAN! I mean immaculate clean. Very impressive for a fast food joint. We will be back again. Hats off to Arby's! read more

The people that work here are always so rude. Today was the last straw for me. I placed an order on the app and told them that I had placed an order on the app. The lady didn't say anything except for "at the window". So I drove up. She handed me my food and she close the door. I said "can I get a cup of red ranch and--" before I could finish, she close the door and walked away. She handed me the read ranch and I finished my sentence by saying "and a cup of nacho cheese." She said "$.64". I said "there was nowhere for me to buy it on the app". And she just stared at me. I ended up driving away without my nacho cheese, which is not the end of the world. But I thought how she handled that situation was incredibly rude and disrespectful. read more

It's OPEN now (spring 2023) and food and service better than before! I do miss the potato cakes and farmhouse salad, though. An Arby's sandwich is just not the same without potato cakes. And no salad? What are the chronic dieters and gluten free supposed to eat? read more

This location was closed for a while due to some remodeling, and after the work was completed, I tried a couple of times to go there. Unfortunately, it was still closed, and I became concerned because I love Arby's. Thankfully, they are now open again, and they are still providing great food and service. read more

That King Hawaiian Slider Deal is bogus! It would be a truly great deal if Arby's was in fact using Genuine King Hawaiian Bread, but of course they're not. The bread is some kind of small hard hero bun, larger than a slider. It was awful and that's putting it mildly! Subways foot long sandwich breads are considerably softer. The King Hawaiian Slider promotion is the only thing that got me to even go into an Arby's. My visit yesterday to this Alpharetta branch reminded me "there is no redeeming quality in fast foods!" I got a stomach ache after eating a Roast Beef Jalapeños and another named Pizza, which is probably what caused the stomach-ache. While I was waiting for my order, another customer had come in from the drive thru to protest the fact that there was no meat on one of her sliders. The Curly Fries were fairly tasty, but definitely not enough to get me to go back to an Arby's . . . ever! There is a daily promotion from 3-5p, if I recall, when the cost for each slider is one dollar, compared to the regular price of $1.29 each. Even for a dollar it is bad food . . . like yuck! Do not order from this Arby's as I do not think it is open. Made mobile order last night to be picked up at this location and the order was taken for the location. I arrived at the Arby's to pick up the order and the store was not open (app said it was open to 10PM). I met another person who had done the same as me. Had to call Arby's customer service to get a refund for the order that will take up to 10 days to be refunded. Asked the customer service representative if the location is currently open or is closed and they said it was showing as open. Asked about another location about 5 miles away and they said to call them to see if they are open. !!!! read more

I had to stop here since I was pressed for time. I do not like any of the sandwiches at Arby's, but I do love me some curly fries and jalepeno poppers. Since these fried foods cannot be consumed without a beverage I had to order the jamocha shake. When my total came out my heart sank...$7!!! I could have gone to a proper place and eaten a proper meal for that price. This place is horrible. Their mozzarella sticks were just soggy melted cheese inside a case of disgusting bread. Their sandwiches-- don't get me started on those. Their bread are flat and soggy. The service constantly drops condiments on my sandwich despite the fact I asked for it to be plain. They also don't honor their coupons. This Arby's qualifies for above average within the fast food chain. The location is extremely clean, the service was very satisfying, and the food was even better!
