This is my neighborhood Zaxby's. I don't eat here often, but I recently downloaded their App to take advantage of special offers. When you download the App, they reward you with a free sandwich meal. It takes around one week for the reward to load to your App. I went in today to redeem my free sandwich reward. The dining room was closed due to the virus scare. The cashier was friendly, but he didn't know how to make the free sandwich reward work on the App. Gita, the manager, finally came over and helped. I ordered the Southern TLC Fillet Sandwich. It came with fries and a beverage. The fries were hot and well-seasoned. The chicken on the sandwich was warm, crispy and flavorful. I'll definitely be back to try other menu options. read more

I hate to leave negative reviews and rarely do especially when it comes to fast food, however I just left this Zaxby's (5-9-2022 @ 12:40pm) and the two women running the drive thru were pretty rude. First, I was interrupted with the price of my order before completing it and when I went to get my food I asked if there was buffalo sauce and ranch in the bag (since I was interrupted) then asked if I could get some ketchup and she rolled her eyes at me as she turned to get the ketchup. They were acting like there were a million people sitting in the drive thru (like Chick-fil-a) but I was literally the only person LOL. **Side note - I've always had great customer service with every Zaxbys I've been to. The ladies did get my sauces correctly just need to fix their attitude. read more

We go here a lot, and it has sunk waay down lately. Seems always staffed with new people who need more training. But Derik was very helpful and professional. Gila was not there, she makes the place better. The soda machine is running out of concentrate, it appears, true for Dr. Pepper at least. Went today and noticed one of the employees handling the food was not wearing her mask, she had it pulled down below her chin. I asked the person taking my order if she could put her mask back on and he said "Thank you please drive on." I called and asked the manager about it and he said they are not required to wear face masks!!! read more

The workers messed up our orders and blamed it on us. They proceeded to give us rude looks even though we were being very calm and understanding. There was one guy that helped us, it definitely could have been handled in a better way instead of blaming the customers. They finally got our orders right and the food was good though. read more

My husband went to get food a couple of weeks ago and a meal was left out of the bag. We noticed it and called the store. We were told that his information was being written down and on our next visit we could get the meal that was missing. When he went today, he was told there was no record. He even described the gentleman who helped him. The manager was also not very helpful. He told him to forget about it but that is very upsetting to me. We eat at Zaxby's a lot. And don't be fooled. The hottest sauce will make you cry. Don't know what to order? You really can't go wrong. Get the buffalo tender plate and let your fries take a deep dive into some ranch. Went in for some lunch today and got a ten wing combo with traditional bbq wings and a large soda. I got a cookie shake as a little treat for myself and asked they don't include dipping sauces or celery. The cashier was very polite and patient while I decided on what to order and everything went well while I was there. I had just gotten home and my soda had fallen out of the drink holder the moment I stepped out. I clean up what I can and just try to sit down to eat. The moment I open up the food I see I got my wings with no sauce on them. What the heck happened? I only said I didn't want any extra sauces not that I didn't want sauce on my bbq wings. I don't even have time to go back to get this fixed. This is ridiculous. I have some bbq sauce in the fridge I guess I will have to use but how can you logically think you got the order right when the customer repeats three times they want bbq wings and you ring up plain wings. I used to love coming here for the Coca Cola freestyle machine. The food is typical Zaxby's but the freestyle machine has no more flavors. No cherry coke, no lime coke, no vanilla coke, no flavors at all. read more

The fact that this place is empty at 6:30 and has no cars in the drive thru should be your first sign. Went through the drive thru and ordered the signature sandwich meal with a water. Got to the window and asked for a zax sauce as well which I was prepared to pay for knowing zaxby's charges 25¢ for a sauce. Window employee already had an attitude when telling me it would cost extra. He mumbled something and I replied "I'm sorry?". He then asked me angrily to pull up and that it would be 3 minutes. As expected, they forgot the sax sauce. Employee interaction aside, the fact that they didn't have their signature sandwich meal ready at 6:30 shows how poorly this place is run. read more

A delicious salad made with romaine lettuce instead of iceberg topped with a variety of veggies, but at a fast food price? Count me in! In fact, I'm willing to forgive the cheesy "zalad" moniker because these things are so good. In addition, they're served on a "real" plate, to add that extra little bit of class (or maybe that should "klass?") Though I usually get their zalads with grilled chicken to save on the carbs and calories, their fried chicken tenders are hard to resist, with a light, flavorful breading, always served hot and tender with their addictive "zax" sauce. I do appreciate that you can easily order just five chicken tenders alone if you want a slightly more indulgent high protein lunch. Zaxby's restaurants as a whole also always have consistently good diet coke, with the really good shaved ice and extra zippy carbonation, with slices of fresh lemon on ice on the side. It's serve-yourself, so endless refills are easily accessible. If you're getting your food to-go, they even offer a 42oz cup. Diet Coke addicts will understand that this is a very, very good thing. Since there isn't a Zaxby's anywhere near my Grant Park home, this is a fast-food, chain indulgence that I feel *almost* good about giving into when visiting Roswell. read more

This franchise store doesn't know the meaning of "No Salt" on fries, nor do they know how to deliver food that is hot. I went in for lunch at 1pm today and requested that there be NO Salt on the fries and that they also be 'just out of the fryer' hot in temperature. I hate cold french fries. Well the food was delivered to me covered in their season salt, fries barely above cold in temperature, and the chicken fingers also tasted extremely salty. The management people didn't seem to care and did NOTHING to try to make things right. In addition, there were several spills of drinks at the Coke machine and the rug in front of it was soaking wet. It should have been removed and the floor mopped dry, but instead they just put up a plastic wet floor sign and left the squishy wet rug in place. This particular location is one of the zippiest fast food places I've ever been to. They always have a steady business and are very good at cranking out the orders. Service is always courteous and I love pellet ice, which in and of itself is worth and extra star right there. Zaxbys is fun because of how different it is. So many different types of sauces and spices, real change from the ordinary. I tend to be a wings and things guy, because well I love texas toast, wings, fingers and those beautifully seasoned fries. read more

The food is the same quality as any other Zaxby's. The drive thru service is real bad. They always expect you to NOT check your order before pulling away from the window. So far I have had to come back for a missing chicken sandwich, missing Zaxby's sauce and today for only putting 18 wings in my 20 wing meal. Just make sure you always check your order before you pull away from their drive-through window. This place is notorious for assuming drive-through customers won't check their orders.t read more

The Black and Blue Zalad (not a misspelling) is a staple in our household when we are coming back on a long trip and don't want to cook. This location is amazing. I eat there often, but from the beginning they have remembered my order. The entire staff is always courteous. I have been in there with large crowds and they are extremely quick without sacrificing customer service. I am grateful this is the closest Zaxby's to me because I appreciate the personal touch that the staff adds to the experience. read more

Horrible experience tonight. Great food as always, but, there were terribly behaved children from Mountain Park Elementary School who were running around and screaming at top of their lungs and playing tag. Parents did not seem to care about their misbehaving children, and some even played with them. Will not return during a spirit night or send my children to MPES. read more
