I showed it to the cashier and he (Fisher) said he doesn't know how to redeem that. I asked him if he could get a manager. Fisher said he was the only in the building. I asked if he could call the manager. He said he has nothing to do with the app as that is WNB. I told him you work for WNB. He said that doesn't matter. It has nothing to do with him. I tried to order the food online to see if I could get the reward that way. It would not let me as I already had redeemed it. I asked Fisher again if he could call the manager so he can show him how to redeem the reward on the register. Fisher was very rude, sarcastic and upset at me for asking him to honor their rewards. He laughed at me sarcastically as I left. I will never come back here again. Very rude service. I will be calling the manager Monday morning as Fisher needs coaching on customer service and how to overcome obstacles.

Two different waitstaff but both provided excellent service and were not intrusive. I watched waitstaff wait rather than interrupt a group where a blessing was being said, for example. Multiple times I witnessed respect shown to diners by not interrupting and giving appropriate wait time for meal selections. I was impressed. The food was excellent. Their green bean side is SO good. Well seasoned and perfectly cooked. Everything I ordered was done well. On my last trip I had the shrimp salad sandwich and it was really good and served in the perfect bread. It held the salad without getting soggy - something I often find not being so when I order this elsewhere. A chef once told me to always order fries as they are the test of a kitchen. I had them as a side on my first visit and they were perfection. The kitchen knows what it is doing! The place gets noisy at lunch but not overly so-the conversation around me contained a lot of laughter. I felt like I was in a happy dining room. The staff were smiling and seemed to truly enjoy their jobs. I noted many smiles between them. A gentleman who appeared to be the owner or manager stopped at our table and others to check on us and he seemed also to smile and interact with staff in a kind friendly way. We also ordered the scallops and risotto. The risotto was the standout. Bright, fresh finish, great texture, and not overpowering. The scallops, unfortunately, were the opposite. They had a noticeably strong smell right away, which usually means they're not as fresh as they should be, especially at a $40 price point. We took them home, but every time we opened the fridge the smell hit us, so they ultimately went in the trash. Despite this particular experience, we've always enjoyed this place. Service is consistently great, drinks are solid, and we usually leave happy. Hoping this was just an off evening, because we genuinely like coming here. Adding an additional * for the great service and because we haven't had a bad experience otherwise.
