We ordered appetizers of mozzarella sticks (which by the way were the best we've ever had!) and a bowl of chili which was delicious. The waiter also let us try the carrot soup with pecans which was delicious. For entrees, we ordered the fish and chips, fish tacos, and the cauliflower with shrimp and all three were amazing! We also ordered sides of Jicama Apple Slaw and Fried Okra, all were amazing.

I came to review B&B and my review from 2023 was still pending...! Sheesh!…read more Uh, so yea, we have been a few times and heck if I know why we don't go more. But tonight? B&B got their hooks in us! Husband was craving a burger, I wasn't really wanting anything specific; we just didn't want to go major chain. Keep them dollars local, y'know? Help a real person. Anyhoo, I did a quick search and asked if he wanted to try B&B again. Thank goodness he agreed, y'all. My only gripe with B&B is their parking lot. It rivals Trader Joe's for impracticality. So take your compact car! They had the corn hole stowed but heaters were blazing and there were people dining on the patio when we walked in. Better ye than me, folks! We were seated immediately and then we met our delightful server... Early server spotlight for Owen. Such nice energy for a gloomy Wednesday evening, really upbeat without being annoying, the perfect level of attentive. Go when he's there and reward his awesomeness as well! Okay, I decided this afternoon that I wanted a li'l blue plate special for dinner. And Husband wanted a burger. He got a spicy smash burger, the actual name escapes me. Spicy & smashed, she was! There was a good amount of heat from the pickled jalapeños so he took a few off. His recommendation is that they go for a smattering of the diced variety instead. (I've created a monster!!!) He was also very happy with his battered fries. Unless I'm misremembering, they remind me of A&W fries; not as seasoned or as battered as Checkers, but so good. What did I get? You're sweet to ask! I did three sides: garlic green beans, fried Brussels and fried okra. Yes, yes, and yes. They are so wild, I think all three were fresh! Can you even?! You know exactly what I'm talking about when I say frozen fried okra has a taste. If this was frozen ever, they need to patent that technology. The garlic green beans were giving Chinese food but better. Really balanced seasoning, good crispness, flavor. Green, if you can imagine! And the Brussels sprouts... With bacon and sauce... Those leftovers will hate to see me coming. "Leftovers?" I sense you ask incredulously. Yes. Because while perusing the menu online, I saw a nice, big picture of their Butter Toffee Cake. And I was instantly imbued with the knowledge that this cake would heal all my past traumas, pay off my student loans, and give me winning lottery numbers. Only time will tell on all counts. But if you order one thing at that restaurant, I demand it be that cake. The person handling those cakes went to the Hogwarts' Academy of Culinary Wizardry. I can hardly describe it and I have no idea what flavor ice cream is on top except it's the best one. If you like food, but especially butterscotch, or not - you need this cake. I blacked out after that and woke up here on Yelp, so... Please go try that cake.

Step inside and you're greeted with a warm, welcoming atmosphere and the kind of friendly faces that make you feel right at home. Then comes the food--fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. My husband sticks to the classics (and loves every bite), while I always look forward to whatever creative seasonal dishes Andy and Amber come up with. Fall is my favorite time because I have to get the butternut squash pasta--it's that good. It's always great to see POPS busy, even during the week. It just adds to the energy of downtown and makes you appreciate having such a gem in the community. We truly hope POPS becomes a longtime staple here in Canton--places like this deserve it. If you haven't been yet, do yourself a favor and go. You won't regret it.

The establishment features ample, convenient parking right out front and a thoughtfully arranged space that caters seamlessly to families, elegant gatherings, and celebratory occasions alike. The atmosphere is warm, pristine, and wonderfully nostalgic, offering a timeless aesthetic that immediately makes one feel right at home. The hospitality was top-tier from start to finish gracious, attentive, and extraordinarily welcoming. To kick off my Saturday luncheon, I ordered a Caramel Apple Mimosa. While I initially approached the unique flavor combination with mild curiosity, it proved to be an absolute triumph exceptionally fresh, crisp, and delightfully indulgent! For my main course, I selected a steak accompanied by fresh green beans. Prepared to a precise medium-rare, the steak was a complete culinary masterpiece exceptionally tender, rich with flavor, and executed with impressive skill. Between the spotless old-fashioned ambiance, divine cuisine, and stellar service, this Canton gem earns absolute full marks from me. A thoroughly marvelous spot I shall most certainly be returning

Tried the Shrimp and Grits on this visit, and the dish really could've used some kind of broth or…read moresauce to pull it together. With a heavy mound of onions and mushrooms on top, the grits ended up feeling dry and pulled all the moisture out of the bite. The flavor itself was fine, just lacking moisture and balance. We also ordered the scallops and risotto. The risotto was the standout. Bright, fresh finish, great texture, and not overpowering. The scallops, unfortunately, were the opposite. They had a noticeably strong smell right away, which usually means they're not as fresh as they should be, especially at a $40 price point. We took them home, but every time we opened the fridge the smell hit us, so they ultimately went in the trash. Despite this particular experience, we've always enjoyed this place. Service is consistently great, drinks are solid, and we usually leave happy. Hoping this was just an off evening, because we genuinely like coming here. Adding an additional * for the great service and because we haven't had a bad experience otherwise.

The coffee was delicious but I believe I got the last 1/2 & 1/2 as everything else in the bowl was nondairy creamer. She was kind enough to offer me milk.

I feel like the cook must've been on a break. We ordered them medium and they came out closer to rare. Because we were in a hurry, we just ate a bit (mostly the outside of the burger) and took the rest for our dogs. The burgers were very flavorful but we just couldn't get past that rawness. We would definitely come in again though and probably order the burgers medium well. It looked like a cool hangout out spot in the evenings for a few beers. I believe there is live music as well but I'm not positive.

Fairly large dining area, massive bar, stage for live music and TVs everywhere. The menu is filled with typical American bar fare at a reasonable price. Our server, Heather, was awesome. She was very friendly and prompt to get us drinks and refills, etc. We started with the Irish Nachos which were just fine. Nothing special. It was a nice size portion. The chips were fresh and had a nice crunch and the queso was good. Meat was just some diced up deli sandwich meat which was slightly disappointing. Probably wouldn't get these again but might try the regular nachos. I ordered the 911 burger. This thing was ridiculously large with its 2 10oz patties. The meat was grilled exactly how I asked which I appreciated. Under seasoned in my opinion but not terrible. I would recommend this if you are really hungry. Otherwise probably just grab any of the other burgers. My partner got the Buffalo Chicken Wrap. It was excellent. Crispy chicken tenders and the Buffalo sauce was top notch. Makes me want to go back for wings. If you are looking for a spot to watch the game and have a decent meal, I don't think you will be disappointed. Probably more of a 3.5/5 but the portions are huge, prices are good, and the service was excellent.

Staff was friendly and despite being a sunny summer Saturday the place wasn't busy. The staff was few in number, which slowed service a little, but we weren't in a hurry and didn't find the waits a problem. I had the Country Fried Steak with a side of sausage patties. Those patties are nearly the size of hamburger patties and are house made with plenty of flavor and a hint of heat. The steak was served with sausage gravy that had a strong twang (not the sourness of vinegar, but possibly buttermilk?). The flavor was interesting at first, but by the end of the meal that sour note became unpleasant. The biscuits were of excellent quality and I stole some of my wife's strawberry compote to finish them off. The generous egg serving was cooked over-medium which was perfect for my tastes. The breakfast potatoes weren't crisp and large chunks of potato and green peppers. I ate a few, but they were a bit stodgy for my liking and I didn't finish them. My wife's pancakes had a hint of sweetness to them and she didn't even have to use the maple syrup with them. We really enjoyed our visit and want to come back and experience the lunch and dinner menu and the wonderful decor has put it on our list of places to bring and impress out-of-town guests.
