We ordered a variety with some seasonal flavors such as peppermint, peanut butter munch, and more. We immediately dug into the cookies as soon as we left and they were still warm and gooey. I was amazed. it was so delicious. the cake was almond flavored and the fondant was not cold, hard, and dry like other places. it didn't break and split when she cut the cake or when i ate it. i will continue to use her for my cakes. since then, my co-worker has brought in left-overs from 5 cakes and I've tasted each one w/ satisfaction.

Any way...back to Panera Bread...you can tell they put a lot of thought into how the building will fit into the whole infrastructure of the community. Everything from the lighting fixture to the distressed bricks used makes it look like it's always been a part of the neighborhood. It consist of half a mediterranean veggie sandwich, french onion soup, an apple (cut up...I've been to many Paneras and this is the first time anyone has ever offered to cut up an apple for me. The location is great and have plenty of nice inside and outside seating. Just can't get a nice cup of coffee in a timely matter. Most times I go into the store instead of the drive through since they will sometimes give me caffeinated coffee instead of decaf. Not good.
