When you take a class you will get an additional 10% off your purchases on the day of class with no product restrictions. If you are a new cook and you take these classes - lucky you. You will be light years ahead of your peers. If you are an intermediate or even an experienced cook, these classes will renew your passion for cooking delicious meals. Beef Tenderloin is quite easy to butcher correctly...but this was hacked up...and...they had several really nice pieces...but..."those were for the staff." Hmmm...customer service anyone?
