This place is wonderful. The flavors of ice cream are amazing. The staff is so lovely and helpful. I went in by happenstance after seeing it out of the corner of my eye. Not only do they have wonderful flavors, they also have an amazing soda fountain. I had an ice cream float with creme soda and a juicy blue cherry. It was all delicious. I brought home some apple pie and chocolate cheesecake pints. They lasted 2 days. I am actually on my way there again right now. You definitely need to stop by and visit Stephanie and her staff !

An absolutely adorable Ice shop in the heart of downtown Canton. A very warm and friendly atmosphere and serves up some wonderful ice cream dishes. The brownie Sunday was just amazing. From the bar stools to the old wooden creaking floor to all the old time signs on the wall. So many old cute antiques to looks at while enjoying your favorite treat. When dining in downtown Canton you need to stroll on over to "A Cone To Pick".

Five stars all around! A Cone to Pick has become our new favorite ice cream joint. The place is located in downtown canton which is so convenient for us. I LOVE the atmosphere and vibe this place gives off. They have a little shop at the front and then the ice cream parlor in the middle. The ice cream parlor kind of reminds me of a 1950's soda fountain and actually opening one of these types of places has always been my dream job. So one being so close to home is a big win on my end. They had tons of flavors to choose from and the ice cream taste great! I can't wait to go back and try lots of new flavors. Please support your local businesses and check out A Cone to Pick!

So we waited...10 minutes and she didn't come out so we got our cups and pulled the lever to get the yogurt out and the nozzles were not even on!! Big round logs came out. That's not the worst part. At the fruit bar, I put some mango on my froyo and took a huge bite (after i paid) and the fruit was ROTTEN. Seriously I just paid $7 for this?! Nothing from the counter girl, nothing at all. I've been a loyal customer for 2 years now, going at least 1 time a week. I'm so disappointed!!!! My review from 2012: Nice place :) good frozen yogurt, most all of it is fat free! The toppings are heavy but there is also fruit and nuts and all kinds of stuff. You pay by weight so a cup will cost you around $7-$8. Tip jar at the register is a little tacky since you serve yourself. All they do for you is weigh the cup and ring it up. Really nice treat place though!

It's also come up when I google ice cream places in Canton and it's got five stars there, so tonight we ventured out. We got there an hour or so before close, so the chairs were up but there were still a few people inside ordering, so we ventured in. They have a huge selection of ice cream & sorbets! I got a cake cone of Salty Caramel Truffle and it was awesome. My husband got a Mexican cherry boba fresca with passion fruit and mango boba - apparently the cherry isn't a popular flavor but it was so good! Then we got a little wild and ordered a churro split & a Ferrero milkshake. And elotes... My picky eater daughter got a bag of Takis. What can I say? So yea, the ice cream - so yummy. Hubby got Midnight Caramel River or something and Cappuccino Crunch on his churro split, he preferred the coffee flavor. The milkshake is super tasty - with layers of Nutella and a Ferrero Roche on top! We're already planning to go back and just eat our way through the menu; next time, I'm trying the horchata iced coffee. The girls behind the counter were super nice, quick and made everything just right. Please go try this place & support a local business!

I reserved a table for five here for Mother's Day because we've had mostly good experiences here,…read morehaven't been in a little while, and they had both crab cake Benedict and bottomless mimosas on the prix fixe menu, two of my wife's favorite things. They were clearly understaffed, which was apparent from checking in with the hostess. The line of people waiting to check in with her caused the waiter taking desserts downstairs to have to wait up to five minutes with that tray. Once we were seated, we thought things might go better. Crab cake Benedict was the #1 choice for my wife and BIL, but the kids' menu didn't have the chicken and waffles the guy who called to confirm my reservation had mentioned. That was no problem because my kids have learned to find something to eat wherever we take them, and I ordered chicken and waffles to share with them because I love my kids and knew I would get enough food one way or another. The mimosa came in a wine glass because they had run out of flutes, which was fine by my wife, but she said they tasted heavier on the juice than on the prosecco. My waffles came out a bit burnt, but they replaced them with no problem when we pointed it out. My kids got fresh waffles, and I enjoyed the burnt ones. The chicken was one decent piece for a person, but split between my daughter and me was less than I had hoped for. Thankfully, the salad was a decent appetizer. When the crab cakes Benedict came, we were shocked to see a mess of scrambled eggs on a thin crab cake with an English muffin under. We always ask for hollandaise on the side because that sauce can go several different ways of bad, but in this instance we were genuinely confused how a benedict could come with anything other than poached eggs! The flavor was okay, but the texture and presentation left a lot to be desired. My wife only finished half of hers and didn't touch the limp fries. You can probably figure out how I made do with food in this instance. Our kids, meanwhile, devoured their food like we had starved them their whole lives, so on the plus side we didn't have to hear kids whining about food! Service was polite but very slow. I don't know that we'll be back. With the abundance of good restaurants in our area, it's going to be hard to justify returning here.

With a heavy mound of onions and mushrooms on top, the grits ended up feeling dry and pulled all the moisture out of the bite. The flavor itself was fine, just lacking moisture and balance. We also ordered the scallops and risotto. The risotto was the standout. Bright, fresh finish, great texture, and not overpowering. The scallops, unfortunately, were the opposite. They had a noticeably strong smell right away, which usually means they're not as fresh as they should be, especially at a $40 price point. We took them home, but every time we opened the fridge the smell hit us, so they ultimately went in the trash. Despite this particular experience, we've always enjoyed this place. Service is consistently great, drinks are solid, and we usually leave happy. Hoping this was just an off evening, because we genuinely like coming here. Adding an additional * for the great service and because we haven't had a bad experience otherwise.
