I definitely see why this location has bad reviews. I was there Monday 11/25/25 and I was the only person inside the restaurant. Two employees walked by me without saying anything. Finally the manager comes up and I ordered a whopper and a large order of onion rings. I had a coupon for the free whopper. The manager tells me I need to order fries to get it. I said I don't eat fries and that's why I ordered the onion rings. He wants to argue about it and the other employees are telling him to just give it to me. They even remind him that there are no other customers. But he would just rather lose a customer. So I left. Reported it to corporate but they said that location is a franchise. I had stopped here, cause I had to use the bathroom. only to get to the bathroom door for it to say "can't use unless you buy " which is utterly ridiculous. Overall, probably not recommended. The bad: the facility is old. The bathroom was really dirty, really old; cracked sink, pooh on the toilet; looked like one of those bathrooms in a sordid gas station. More bad: most of the drinks were out in the Coke freestyle machine. The dining room, while not bad, was definitely aged and had a film of old grease on almost everything. More bad: The Wifi doesn't work (or at least it didn't for me). The good: The food itself tasted pretty standard Burger King, and they got my order right. The good: the staff were very kind and courteous; they seemed to enjoy their work and being there together. If the facility could get a major facelift, it'd be good. I wouldn't turn away from the drive-thru, but very unlikely to come back myself. read more

This Burger King has been going down hill for a while from lower inspections scores to overall cleanliness of restaurant. Clearly absenteeism ownership or very poor management you decide. Today on Sunday at 945 am I got pulled ahead with zero cars behind me. That's silly. I had to repeat my order no less that 5 times and I guarantee they still jack it up. I have been waiting over 6 minutes. The workers always seem like that hate working here. That a sign Of very low morale or engagement anyone that's a loss for the customers as we get attitude, incorrect orders and pulled ahead. I will not come back to this bk again. Too many bad experiences as of late. Thought I would try this Burger King one more try. Big mistake. I really hate it when they pull you forward and there are no cars behind you. Nice people. Employees were very nice and accommodating. Messed up our order. Dirty restaurant. We rarely eat in the lobby but this time was a special treat. I have used their drive thru maybe 3 times now and all 5 times the food has been burnt. I have even said something the last two times. Now I haven't been in a long time because I have been hoping that things are better. They are not doing a hands free transitioning in the drive-through I even witnessed employees sticking their hands in the food and into the bags giving it to us through the drive-through and I told them that I didn't want it because they didn't have gloves on. read more

This is not a reflection of the staff that work here but more on the company itself. Everywhere I could look it says on Sunday nights you are open until 10 pm. I love Burger King and would love to be able to actually eat here but every time I've tried to come (well before 10 pm) I have been told by a worker inside that you are closed. If your hours have changed then please update them online. I try to do the responsible thing and check everywhere I go before hand but with this place it doesn't seem to matter. If staffing shortages are the problem then Burger King as a company needs to review what it can do to make this place more inviting to work so customers can actually be customers and purchase their food. read more

This is a very nice Burger King. The dining room is a bit small. This location seems to be a bit slow and it seems to agitate some customers, but it did not bother me at all. My food was very fresh and I really enjoyed it. My food came out very well prepared. This is pretty much just your typical Burger King otherwise. read more

This is by far the worst BK I've ever been to. It's not that the food is bad because most times it's good. It's the culture. I live and work in acworth so we don't have too many choices for restaurants here so over the years of coming to this particular BK I can tell you that it probably starts with the franchisee and filters down because I can go to several that are farther away and never have orders wrong or delayed. read more

Look, it a Burger King, I don't expect much. I've been coming here for years and the very friendly staff has always outshined any errors with my order. But wearing masks UNDER YOUR NOSE doesn't do anything, and most of the staff do so. I've also noticed in my last few visits staff pulling their masks down to shout to each other while standing over the food prep area. This location is in a COVID hotspot and a full year into the pandemic, there's no excuse not to be safer when dealing with peoples food. read more

Just ordered food and paid but forgot to get drinks they seriously in a rude way told me no add ons at the window. This place is a joke... 15 minutes to get your order. It sure is not "have it your way" order was wrong. You would think if you have to wait this long at least your food would be warm...nope. Old cold stale onion rings. The burger would not even melt the cheese and do not get the chicken fries, they were awful! I guess they are using bacon bits instead of bacon. I complained about the size of the bacon..I am not kidding it was a 1/4 of a piece and I was told that is the new size as directed by management. So I guess they need to change the pictures on the menu, the meat nor the bacon extended past the bun. I will never step foot in this BK again. Well, the one star is because we got a refund of the awful food we were served after we sat watching it sit in the window 5 min and people after us were served. The order was wrong and when corrected, the charbroil was straight burnt chicken, so dry it was like leather. Wish we took a picture to show how bad it was. Coke machine was about to overflow and would have had we not told them it was overflowing. They also gave us a small fry instead of medium and they were just very cold. Didn't expect much being a Burger King but holy cow, bad experience!!!! Even the bathrooms were disgusting. read more
