What a letdown! The pictures looks SOOOO friggin' good which is why I chose this place. And even my pics LOOK good, but man this was just a big unexpected dump in the bed. Even the beer sucked. First, there is is a plus... the calamari appetizer was delicious. They had rings and tentacles and it was hot and crispy. The sauce had a nice tang to it. The bummer was it was supposed to have peppers fried with it, and it did... but there were only 2 of them. Minor miss there. It was also kind of a small portion. As far as tacos go... I picked this place for the sea bass taco and they happened to be out of that one. Oh well... the waitress recommended the steak instead. So I got a crispy shrimp, crispy cod, and steak taco. And they looked amazing... looks aren't everything though (that's what people keep telling me, anyway). I started with the steak and the meat on top was cold. The flavors were good but how does that happen? It was 7p on a Friday so it wasn't like I was there at some weird time. I want hot meat on a Friday night!!! The Shrimp Taco was OK but the shrimp were all fused together with batter. A lot of batter works on a cake beater for lickin', or at an epic inning in baseball, but not on fried shrimp. Again, good flavor, but poor execution. At least it was hot. Finally, the crispy cod was crispy but again, cold. I did eat that taco last so that could have been why. But it wasn't like 10 mins later or anything. It should have had some heat to it still as it was pretty big and the breading should have retained the heat. That's how physics works. The salad tasted good but seemed it was dressed way before it was service, so it was a little wilted. It's a shame as this place has so much potential, but sadly, they just didn't provide anything fresh other than the appetizer. I did tell the waitress and she offered to replace the taco but I declined as I was already getting full and I didn't want reheated steak. But I would have thought someone would have stopped over and asked about my experience. Service was good and the calamari was good, so two stars instead of just one paltry star for cold, lifeless food and beer.
I remember coming to this location when they first opened. Literally when the plaza was just built. I always enjoyed their seasonal menu changes. I'm surprised I never reviewed this place but then again I wasn't much a yelper back then. The staff are still spot on with service. Haven't once had a negative experience from any staff I've come across here. I still enjoy their menu items. Last visit, we had some sticky ribs, coconut shrimp, ceviche, and grilled salmon chowder. Everything was tasty. My only thing is parking can be limited. Especially with home goods, Nordstrom rack, and whole foods sharing the same plaza.
Pacific Catch is located in the Persimmon shopping mall, with ample parking and dining options, including a decent amount of indoor and outdoor seating, plus a bar. The decor feels Modern and tropical. Service: My server was good. He provided recommendations on the menu when asked and checked in on me a few times. Food: I ordered the Miso Black Cod. It came with a large portion of sides (sesame green beans and white rice). The fish itself was cooked perfectly, flaking easily with a fork. The miso glaze was tasty and not overwhelming. I really enjoyed the sauce for the green beans. I wish there was a little bit of the glaze drizzled on the white rice because it was just a bit dry and plain. Otherwise, a nice, light dish.
Good spot in a shopping plaza with plenty of space, which makes it great for larger groups. Came here for a friend's birthday and they were able to accommodate our party of 11 without any issues. I ordered the miso cod fish plate, which comes with green beans and rice. The cod was absolutely delicious--super tender and buttery, it practically melted in your mouth. It paired really well with the furikake rice and green beans. Others at the table ordered the Wagyu burger and said it was good. We also tried the Korean ribs, Brussels sprouts, poke bowl, and the taco plate (you can choose your protein and order either 2 or 3 tacos). Everything at the table got good feedback and there were no complaints. Service was friendly and the staff made the experience smooth for a big group. Overall, we had a great time celebrating with friends.
Ordered the Lobster Tail; came with asparagus & mashed potatoes and butter and green sauce. The Lobster Tail flavor was good, slightly juicy - however it was not tender as it was overcooked. Parts of if unfortunately were hard to eat/unedible. The asparagus was good as well as the accompanying green sauce. The mashed potatoes unfortunately oversalted, though good if you squeezed a lemon over it.
Pacific Catch is a California chain I go to when I'm in the mood for something on the healthier side. And a plus is that they have a nice covered patio for outdoor dining. I also really appreciate their birthday freebie. They're surprisingly generous with that and give you a bowl. I usually visit either this Dublin location or the Walnut Creek one. My most recent visit was to redeem my birthday reward, and my sister happened to have one as well, so we dined together and ordered a few additional items. At the end of the meal, we asked to split the check so we could each earn points on our own rewards accounts. I found it odd that our waiter was reluctant to do this and explained it was because he didn't want to risk being shorted on tips. He ended up charging everything to one account, which meant the other didn't receive any points in the rewards app. This experience didn't sit quite right with me. I'd still come back for the food, but I would've preferred not having the reasoning shared so bluntly by our waiter.
We've been to Pacific Catch in Dublin many times and it's become one of our go to spots. The food is always consistently delicious and we especially love the outdoor seating. They even have heaters for colder days which makes it comfortable year round. One of our favorite recent additions is their dog menu, which is such a fun and thoughtful touch for our dog that always accompanies us. It makes the experience even more enjoyable! The service here is also always great, every waiter and waitress we've had has been friendly, attentive, and welcoming. We really appreciate the level of service we receive each time we visit. Definitely a place we'll keep coming back to!
Husband, two kids and I came here during happy hour because we were catching dinner before a movie. I think there might have been about 30 minutes of happy hour left so we quickly ordered a few appetizer style meals and two beers. The food was delicious and so fresh. It was also unique and aesthetically pleasing. Our kids love sushi so they loved this and devoured it. The service was also great. The waitress was definitely busy but when we wanted to order two more beers and happy hour had just ended, she gave it to us for the happy hour price. Prices are pretty steep so I'm not sure what it's like outside of happy hour but I definitely recommend happy hour.
This Pacific Catch is located in Dublin, not too far after changing to the 580 east and exiting off the freeway. You will find this nestled into a shopping center a few minutes away from the exit. It's decently sized location, as there's outdoor seating, and also plenty of bar area seating along with just the casual dining area seating too to the left. Pacific Catch offers a variety of seafood options, but also has other options such as steak, ribs, and none meat options, but they are primarily a seafood spot. I mean, it's in the name. Also, a touch of Asian fusion in their food. Price wise, it's certainly not going to be on the cheaper side even for the non-seafood stuff, but it's also not too expensive compared to other places that offers this kind of dining style and food options. Service was good too, though we were seated in the further back room, and that did stifle the servers coming by more often So now, let's go over some of the food that they have here. The fries calamari appetizer was pretty good. Good portions, good sauce, fried well and the batter was nice and light. The steak and ribs was what I got, and it was quite delicious. The amount of ribs you get with this was a ton, and the ribs were done perfectly as they will fall right off the bone when you bite into them. I did wish there was more sauce on there, but nevertheless yummy. The steak was also great, cooked perfectly, and tasted great, but I just wish there was a bigger portion of it. For those ordering the steak, just be aware it's mostly just a smaller piece sliced into smaller slices (6-7), so if you really wanted a steak from like a steakhouse, don't expect that here. It was great, but yeah, not so filling. The rest of the dish was interesting though because it comes with kimchi fried rice and also an egg on top, with some tasty brussels and cucumbers. Definitely had an Asian flare to the dish with the ribs style and all too. I did have some of the lobster as the lobster they give you here is great price wise, as most places that give you lobster it's tiny, but the size of the ones here are generous for sure. Flavors were fine for it too. However, I did feel that the lobster here was a bit tough, as it chewy. I had several pieces of this tail, so it wasn't just that one section. It was on the tougher side (which I don't mind), but feels maybe it had been overcooked a bit or something. The guac poke dip was tasty, and comes with lots of chips around it. I mean, I don't have much else to say about it really other than it's tasty guac and fish. No complaints with it. All in all, Pacific Catch at this spot is a nice seafood option for those who want some decent food at a sit down spot. The portions of the food here were all pretty good across the board. The prices are going to be a bit more expensive, but most of the stuff here is seafood so it's understandable. The ribs and steak were definitely better than I thought they would be, particularly the ribs (steak was great but portions small) which was cooked just as ribs should be. Certainly recommend a visit to this location if in the area and craving seafood or even ribs and such.
It had been a while since we made it to Dublin. I had Nordstrom return at the Rack, we were excited for some fish. Seated in the Bar on a slow Sunday was a pleasure...our server was wonderful...food was great. Fish & Chips for hubby, Shrimp Appetizer for me. They even serve my favorite Ginger Beer...Bundababer. Just as good as it was 10 years ago when we lived close by.
Came here one afternoon around 2 on a Friday. Was able to get seated right when we arrived. We had the option of sitting either inside or outside but we opted for inside. Once seated our waiter immediately came with water and asked if we wanted anything else to drink. After deliberating for a couple mins (& our waiter checking to see if we were ready to order) we decided on what we wanted. Our food came out really fast and was super flavorful. I will say they're a bit on the pricier side, but the quality of the food IMO is worth it. Our waiter was real attentive and kept checking on us and making sure we had all we needed. I left the restaurant and went home only to realize later that night that i had lost an AirPod. After 15 hours of not noticing (based on my find my app) i found that it had been left at the restaurant. I called as soon as they opened and as soon as someone answered the phone i let them know "i was there yesterday around 2:30ish and i believe i may have lost my air-" "POD?! I have it here! I was hoping you'd call!" They then took my name and let me know it would be in an envelope at the hostess station. I extremely appreciate the customer service this establishment has displayed to me!
It's been years since I've been to Pacific Catch. Love the outdoor seating with the fire pit. I was walked to my table. It was clean but perhaps a quick wipe down before taking me to my table would be nice. The menu had a variety of different seafood prepared in different ways - appetizers, bowls, grilled, salads, rolls... lots of good stuff. And if you're not a fish or seafood eater, they've got chicken, sticky ribs and a burger on the menu. Service was good. The staff was friendly and courteous. For food, we ordered: Cabo Calamari: Great crispy pieces. Love that they have tentacles! The aioli has got a little heat. My only comment is that it was a little oily. Maybe put it on a paper towel to soak up the oil before plating. Japanese Wasabi Bowl: Delish!! Loved the ahi tuna. Fish & Chips: Except my hubby subbed a salad for fries (who does that?!) The salad was good though. U liked the miso dressing. The fish was nice and crunchy. Nice big pieces. The coleslaw was also good. Not your typical coleslaw. PC's slaw is really good!! For dessert, we had the Pineapple "Right Side Up" Cake with a scoop of banana caramel gelato: It was fantastic!! I loved the grilled pineapple in the bottom of the cake. Overall, it was a great experience with delicious food!
I love that Pacific Catch has varieties of cousins to choose from. I usually come for their Happy Hour. I tried the pupu platter this time and it was a delicious combo with fish, ribs and tuna! Such a good deal for $25! read more

There was nothing left on our plates. Three meais: 1. Sea bass with Asian herb chimichurri with sweet potato fries and asparagus 2. Same as above but with Thai Brussel sprouts and mashed potatoes 3. Fish tacos with French fries and black beans Chomp chomp, nom nom... all gone! Service staff gets humongous points for excellent service. They needed our table for a larger party to be together so they moved us to a different table and gifted us with dessert and tea on the house so we could keep chatting and enjoying our evening. I came here last week for happy hour with my husband. Happy hour is weekdays 3:00-6:00 and weekends 3:00-5:00. When we went in we were able to be sat and served pretty quickly as there weren't too many people in there at the time we went so that was great. My husband and I shared a pupu platter ($25) and a crispy shrimp taco ($7). I tend to eat with my eyes and the pupu platter's presentation was beautifully setup. I also enjoyed the added flower to the plate. What stood out to me on the platter was the tuna & guacamole, and the coconut shrimp. The shrimp was nicely coated and crunchy with the coconut slivers and matched nicely with the sweet chili sauce. The tuna tasted fresh and the guacamole must of been freshly mashed because I got a little stem top in it that wasn't great to bite into but I'll take the fresh guacamole anyday with the tuna. My husband said the pork sliders were underwhelming to him. He wishes they had a little bit more meat, he felt like he was eating mostly bread but the flavor and grilled pineapple was a great addition to the sandwich. The shrimp taco was ok nothing stood out to much so it wouldn't be something I would get again. I wasn't a fan of the sea bass skewer but it did taste fresh so just my personal tastes buds because my husband said it tasted good to him. Just needed a little something extra like a sauce. I had such a great experience at Pacific Catch! I ordered the POG drink (pineapple, orange, and guava), it was super refreshing and tropical, the perfect start to the meal. For food, I got the California roll, spicy tuna roll, Korean BBQ steak and ribs, and the cod, everything was delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented. The ambience was relaxed but lively, and the space just has a really good vibe. The staff were so kind and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. Honestly can't believe I haven't tried this spot till now. It's definitely my top choice now for healthy seafood options! Came here with my family on a Saturday night and the place was mostly packed, but we got a table instantly. We ordered shrimp tempura roll to start. This was nothing unique but pretty good overall. For the mains we shared the salmon fresh catch dish, opted for the Asian chimichurri marinade with broccolini and kimchi fried rice with sunny-side up egg for the two sides, and the chile lime shrimp rice dish as our other main. The salmon was SO GOOOD!!! The marinade was fantastic and so flavorful, the kimchi fried rice was amazing as well, so tasty and paired really well with the salmon. The shrimp dish was also amazing and really well-flavored and balanced. The portion sizes are plenty and worth the price. Definitely making this a staple spot for healthier dishes with so many seafood options. read more

Absolutely loved this location! I can't believe there wasn't a longer wait at lunch time on a Sunday! For starters the service was extremely quick. We got sat immediately and within mins we had waters and the server greeted us. I had been to the Campbell location before so I knew what I wanted to order but still wanted to check all their options. I ended up going with the Mexican Grill Shrimp Bowl and it was delicious! The size did not disappoint at all. It was "regular" portion bc I was sharing with my mother in law but I still got full. My favorite part was the guacamole and chips it comes with it was the perfect fresh crunch I needed. My mother in law got the Trio Ceviche/Poke plate and once again it was the most delicious plate I've chad. I truly wish they had bigger portions cause I would pay $30 for just the one shrimp ceviche option if I knew it would fill me up. My kids and husband went with the teriyaki chicken plate which they loved. We did wish it had more chicken but overall the flavor and plating were all great. JV was awesome the entire service very attentive and friendly informing of all our options. I love this place so much that he did not have to convince me to sign up for the membership much but he still gave me all the information needed. Weekend take-out review. We ordered through their website, which was easy, and included a deal for a free appetizer. Food was ready at the time requested. We haven't eaten here in a very long time. The ambience is nice if I remembered correctly. So we decided to splurge and try a little bit of everything. Here's what we ordered: Calamari appetizer ($15.50) - light crispy batter, calamari was tender, and portion size seemed good. Chipotle mayo was perfect with it. Mayo is quite spicy though. We asked for no peppers, but it still came with some red Fresno chilies. Calamari itself is not spicy. East Coast lobster roll ($29.95) - surprisingly good, classic flavors, soft bun with browning on the outside. Lobster was very fresh. For you purists, I believe there's a little tartar sauce on the bottom. Oh, I see. They call it "herb aioli", lol! Comes with clarified butter and coleslaw. Worth the splurge! This one was little one's favorite! Coconut shrimp appetizer ($13.95) - big shrimp with very crunchy shredded coconut breading. This is slightly sweet, doesn't actually taste quite that coconut-nutty, which is fine by me! The batter on this one is much thicker than on the calamari. DH didn't like it, but this was personal preference...not a coconut fan! Miso black cod with furikake rice, and tahini green beans ($34.95) - cod was cooked just about perfectly, silky with seared edges. DH wished it was cooked a little less, but I'm not sure I agree with that. Miso glaze is just what we expected and paired perfectly with the cod. Soooo delicious! The sticky rice was cooked fine, it just had a tiny sprinkling of furikake on top. Green beans (haricot verts?) were tossed in a tahini sauce. Fish and chips ($23.95) - we got four pieces, which is a pretty good portion size. The fries are not super crispy, they are tender in the middle more like steak fries, but they were packed with delicious potato flavor. The fries were a hit! The fish was fresh and tender. Batter was fine, but I wish it wad a little fluffier. Tartar sauce is fascinating. It seems to have a bit of horseradish flavor and mild spicy kick. It was good at first, but I think the fish and chips would've been better with malt vinegar. Coleslaw was fine, mildly, flavored, and not too sweet. Seemed to have a bit of onion in it. I'm not sure what this came with, but we ended up with two small containers. Grilled salmon bowl with veggies and mixed greens ($22.95 for large) - they did a great job cooking the salmon. It was silky and fresh. The bowl had light vinaigrette dressing. I thought it was supposed to have a creamy dressing too, but there was no option in the online ordering. This one is a healthy and delicious option. It would've been nice to get more salmon. There is an option to add more protein for $7. Overall, we really enjoyed the food a lot. There wasn't anything that was terrible and there were a lot of things that we really liked. It did seem a bit expensive, but you are getting fresh seafood that is well prepared. Next time, we would probably order less deep fried stuff. DH said to skip the fish n chips and just order a side of fries. Maybe try a different grilled fish or salmon preparation. read more

My go to place for fish & chips. The menu has been updated since my last visit. In the past you had the option to two or more pieces of fish, now it's three only. On this occasion I opt for a salad instead of chips and ice tea. The wait came often to refill my glass. The fish was served hot and crispy and flaky meat under the batter. I prefer the tartar sauce though I have never got the taste for malt vinegar with my fish. The Cole slaw and green salad were satisfying. Overall a pleasant dining experience. This restaurant is a a very convenient location, plenty of parking we were seated right away as we walked in. The ambience is very well done lantern style wicker lights hanging from the ceiling, beautiful artwork on the wall walls The hostess was very courteous, wait staff was very prompt with providing us water on the table, took our drink order and suggested some of his favorite starters We went with the California roll with real crab to start our entrées were the Cod fish and chips. came with a delicious coleslaw. I was very pleasantly surprised the fries were crispy and well seasoned. The batter on the fish was crispy well seasoned, and the 3 fillets were generous all were delicious. I got a combination of sweet potato fries and regular fries, my dinner Companion had the fish taco trio that came with black beans and fries we topped the meal off with a mai tai and a guavaRita all were delicious. My husband and I visited this afternoon and were served today by Micki and she was awesome! Very attentive to our needs and had a great sense of humor. She appeared to really love what she's doing. We loved everything we tried from the appetizer, to the main dishes, and even the sodas. I especially loved my sparkling blood orange lemonade. We will definitely visit again!! Korean BBQ plate was just okay. The ribs were fine albeit kinda inconsistent including the scrappy end pieces where as nicer places usually only giving you the nice whole ribs. The Korean steak was more akin to a mall style teriyaki beef which isn't awful but probably should call it something else. Fried rice was awful and tasted like day old catering. The fried seafood is all good and definitely should probably stick to that while visiting this chain. Staff was inattentive and dismissive even though they messed up multiple orders at my table and failed to bring drinks and check in on us. Honestly felt like they were blaming us for not taking our orders correctly. read more
This is my favorite Pacific Catch location. We never had a bad meal here. Service is always excellent. We had calamaris $15.50 each, poke trio samplers $27 each, a clam chowder $17.50, lobster rolls $30 a piece, steak and ribs $36, burger 15.50, fish and chips 3 piece $20, sea bass $34, ahi poke bowl $23, some drinks and desert. I had an excellent dinner at Pacific Catch for a belated Mother's Day meal with my family. The restaurant is decorated nicely with a causal vibe. We were promptly seated upon arriving around 6:45p on a Tuesday. Our server was quick to give us our drinks and take our orders. I ordered the barramundi with asparagus and brussels. Yes!!! The food & drinks are always on point delicious . We come here regularly at least every other Friday or when we're coming from wineries in Amador county we stop by for cocktails and or dessert . We've been going to PC since we moved out here almost 10 years ago & we absolutely love the team members here ! The treat us like family & the GM Jamie & her managers are the best ! They always greet us in a welcoming manner like warm & fuzzy vibes like family or friends visiting your home. They remodeled PC over a year ago maybe two they did a great job & it has more ambient lighting that creates a more open & welcoming atmosphere. Lots of tables outdoors w/ outdoor heating lamps . We enjoy sitting in the bar area & Micky , Maria or Gab will usually wait on us. Back in the day it was Tina, Brandi, J.B & Amanda & Adrienne ! They ALL are awesome servers & bartenders. Their whole team here are amazing & truly are the BEST ! We will always be around till we move back to Colorado . lol We love the food & cocktails everything is worth trying . The poke is fresh my husband's favorite is the Serrano poke & my favorite is the guac a poke . You will always have so much to choose from Waygu burger, lobster rolls , Korean bbq & all varieties of fish kepache , sea bass , salmon. The fresh sides & salads are our favorites as well. I love this place, the food is consistently amazing and it's my go to place. I always get the calamari and love the fried lemon and peppers with spicy aioli. I get their sushi taco trio and love everything about these flavors! They call them sashimi rolls now. The service is always great and they've changed the decor which looks very nice, great ambiance and a go to place for meeting my sister for lunch and shopping! read more

I placed an order for pickup today as I often do. Normally I would give them a 4 but not today. Got home and everything was good except the Kalua pork sliders. It baffles me how someone thought it was acceptable to send burnt bread out of the kitchen. I'll still return but I'll check my order before I leave so that they can correct things like this. We love Pacific Catch! This is one of our favorite go to restaurants as a family and for work gatherings. At our recent visit, the server Jaime was exceptional. He was warm and had the kindest demeanor. He made sure we got the best food and sides. My favorite is the wonton chips to eat with the delicious poke. Pacific Catch is one of my favorite places to eat. Fish tacos and Fish n Chips are my go-to meals at this restaurant. The restaurant can be busy but the wait to be seated is never too long. Great time and food shared with family for a quick lunch at Pacific Catch - Dublin.. The restaurant wasn't crowded (around noon) and had plenty of nice seating. The server was very direct and held our attention with the dry humor. He had great timing and provided great customer service. The daily lunch specials are a hit and a good variety. Ok pacific catch...I see you. I've never been to one before and I thought it was like a chipotle style place. It's a whole restaurant! I was surprised. So we sat inside and right off it's a clean place and looks very marine but classy. The menu is pretty big. They have it all it seems like. We start off with poke nachos and they were delicious. The wonton chips were *chefs kiss* I got a bowl with salmon, rice, greens, and other veggies. I added shrimp to it. The shrimp were kind of bland but not bad. The salmon was really good. The rice was a disappointment. I'm pretty sure it was the quinoa & brown rice Seeds of change packet from Costco. The rest of the table got the taco platters and from what I can gather they were all really good. The fish taco was nicely seasoned and not greasy or overly breaded. The shrimp taco was breaded which doesn't need to be hut still decent. The black beans were really good but after seeing the rice, I'm going to assume they're from the can and not freshly made. Overall it wasn't a bad experience and despite the rice I'd go back and get something different. read more
