There are so many categories and choices within each category: sushi, ramen, bento boxes, hot dishes, oysters, small plates, and more. We chose from their Lunch specials: + Nigiri lunch - you get 6 nigiris and several maki rolls (chef's choice). All were so fresh and delicious, and beautifully presented. + Chirashi Don - freshly cut fish, roe, and a few veggies over perfectly cooked sushi rice. + Soup & Salad - this came with our lunches.
