14 piece for Omakase Sashimi Set
Nina Z.

Finally got around to ordering the chirashi don and if thick slabs of fresh sashimi piled on top of rice does not appeal to you, I don't know what will! My dad ordered the 14-piece sashimi set and what a feast for the eyes and mouth it was! I love how much thought they put into their presentation and every component of the dish - including the garnish - is edible! As mentioned before, everything I've tried here so far has been consistent and flavorful - even the edamame, salad, and miso soup that comes with the entree! I always leave feeling full of goodness here and the service has been stellar each time. Our waitress even brought over some complimenetary fruit at the end. Definitely my go-to sushi spot in the area!

Always fresh!! Great service too! We go there at least once a week. Ask for Patricia. Gotta try the grilled fish cheek too! It's delish.

The food is good, service is quick and friendly. They are very nice and attentive despite the fact that only 2 servers were working and it was busy. The place is nice and clean. I like the lighting and ambiance. I liked the baked mussel and fried avocado appetizer. I forgot the names of the rolls, I think it was Lion King, Romeo and Juliet, Golden City, and Double Hamachi? Not completely sure though. But they were all good, and presented nicely. Prices are fair. Portions are generous, including the wasabi and ginger. We had a lot of extra wasabi leftover actually!

FOOD: the food is was really good and fresh. My partner and I shared 3 rolls and it filled us up. Ordered the pink lady, mango salmon and the golden. SERVICE: came on a Sunday night and service was great, it was only us and one other couple rolls came out fast and they were very attentive. Will be back to try more!

We found this place while looking for a new sushi spot and we were not disappointed. It's a small restaurant but the staff is so friendly and welcoming. It was our first time and although their English wasn't very good they did their best to recommend some rolls and tell us the special. After enjoying our complimentary edamame our food arrived. The rolls are huge and so are the sashimi pieces. All the fish was super fresh and they came out relatively quick but didn't feel like they were made in a rush. Bathroom was clean and overall it was a pleasant experience. For sure our new sushi spot

We were SO impressed by the quality of service; despite how busy it was, we were seated within 10 minutes and received an edamame bowl on the house. Our server was highly attentive and checked in the perfect amount, and despite the volume of customers we didn't feel rushed to finish our meal and wrap up after-dinner talking. The rolls were VERY tasty. The fish was super fresh, and the sauces on the specialty rolls were really good. We'd never had cooked salmon on a roll before and it was delicious. Really enjoyed the house beers as well. Best sushi I've had in the Tri-Valley area! Easiest 5 stars I've ever given.

This place is great for getting quality sushi take outs. We got a combo A along with hamachi sushi x2 and tuna rolls. Total was $92.50 with tax. We were very happy with the fish quality and that I was able to change to no salmon in the combo. However there is a mislead that there is 2 pcs of fresh oyster in the combo which there is not. But we already knew since this was not the first time we ordered. We also got 2 small salad greens and 2 delicious miso soup that's not just watery miso.

Our favorite sushi place in the Bay Area. My family have all been to Japan and we feel this is as good as any sushi that we've had there. This time we went for my brothers birthday and they did not disappoint. Patricia was our server. So attentive and helpful. We did the omakaze sets. They're best sashim. We also ordered a side of oysters and butter fish. Yummy!!! And look what they served my brother for his birthday. Nice

Went to Wayne's sushi for my birthday with my family few days ago! All the food was yummy and big portion for the price. We get the oyster special every time we come. Uni, Toro nigiri were so rich . Sake toro and Hamachi Toro were very good and not expensive at all. We asked if there's anything special for birthdays and they gave us the ice-cream & mochi plate!! Customer service was awesome. We couldn't finish the teriyaki chicken since it was sooo big, so they packed for us and the next day, we found out they gave us more rice since we didn't have much rice left on the plate! Also, we went at 6pm on a Thursday and more than half the tables were taken! You know they are good restaurants when they are busy on a weeknight! All the staff wore masks which I highly appreciate!! Also, we , a party of 4 didn't get charged for service charge as some reviews mentioned. Highly recommend Wayne sushi!

We came here last evening for dinner. We got seated right away. When we walked in, we've noticed how stuffy this place was, little A/C going. The bathroom felt like a sauna! The food was good and so was the service. The fish was fresh, and the pork tonkatsu was delicious! We all got a side salad and miso soup to start off our meal. Their unagi hand roll was so good! It was so buttery and tender! It's definitely my favorite!

Definitely will be back! Parking: super easy, shares parking in a small plaza with other businesses Ambiance: small, and calm Timing: Came here early for lunch and did not run into any issues getting seating Lunch specials: got the bento box with 3 sides and it did not disappoint! My tonkatsu had some good pieces, but a few pieces were a little on the dry side, but still tasty. The sashimi was sake which is my fav so that made me happy. Pricing: $15.95 before tax tip etc, worth it! Comes with miso soup. Staff: friendly

Wow! What a hidden gem! I would never have expected such delicious sushi tucked away in this little quiet lot. My friend and I got their omakase for dinner and we both enjoyed it a lot. Fresh ingredients and reasonably priced. We had good service as well. Can't wait to come back!

It was my first time experiencing an all-you-can-eat buffet in Dublin, and I have to say it left a great impression. We went for Sunday lunch, which was priced at $43.99, and I was pleasantly surprised that they included dinner menu items like steak and lobster (They are cooked fresh while you wait). While the lobster wasn't unlimited, you could add one lobster tail for $6, which I thought was a reasonable option. One of the highlights for me was the hotpot station--it was actually my first time ever seeing hotpot offered at an AYCE buffet, and it made the experience feel more unique and interactive. I also really appreciated the self-serve beverage machine, which made it super convenient to refill drinks whenever we wanted. On top of that, they had a selection of bottled drinks in the fridge, and even milk tea, which was a nice bonus you don't usually see at buffets. As for the food, there was a wide variety to choose from. I especially enjoyed the steak, which was flavorful and cooked well, along with the sushi and seafood options. They also had a good selection of Chinese dishes that complemented everything nicely. Overall, the variety and quality of the food made it feel like a great value for the price. It turned out to be a fun and memorable way to celebrate my brother's birthday. I really enjoyed the experience and would definitely come back again in the future.

I loved the jerk pork tacos! The pork was juicy, tender, and aromatic, and the mango-papaya salsa added a refreshing sweetness. I also tried the paella Oyo that my sister ordered which was sooo yummy and full of protein. The small size was more than enough! My mom ordered the oxtail stew which wasn't on their brunch/lunch menu (dinner only), but I really appreciate that they were accommodating to make that dish for her. I've never had oxtail and it was delicious--tender, perfectly sweet and savory, and paired well with the plantains. The other dishes that my family ordered were hits too (jerk pork shoulder and seafood paella). We also tried the ripe plantains pancake Oscar for a sweet treat. I love anything marshmallow, so the brûléed marshmallow cream that blanketed the pancakes was heavenly. It also came with a plantain on top and a few other fruits to balance out the sweetness. Overall, we left full and all around very satisfied. The staff showed us such warm hospitality and came around often to check on us, despite being an almost packed house. The decor was beautiful and the atmosphere had a fun lively energy. With indoor and outdoor seating options, anywhere you get seated is a nice spot. Can't wait to visit again to try their dinner menu items and drinks, and hopefully catch some live music!

As long as we started ordering during lunch hours, we have 90 minutes to finish eating from the lunch menu. Yay! Weekday AYCE Lunch ($27.99): This is quite a darn deal. Doesn't matter that sashimi, sushi apps, and short rib aren't included. You still get ALL the rolls, other apps, hibachi, nigiri, and loads more. The self serve station for a variety of salads and fruits was nice. My favorites were the salmon and tuna hand rolls, thick cuts of fish! Baked salmon roll is a classic, and I loved every roll we ordered. They also have single serving ice cream with fun flavors like lime and orange. Everything came pretty quickly besides the baked rolls and hibachi, which had an anticipated wait. The tempura was elite as another reviewer raved. The clay pot rice and chicken katsu curry rice sounded really good, but I was scared of being too full lol. I'll share it with someone next time! The space was clean and they played loudish R&B. Will be back to try AYCE dinner offerings :)
