    Chicken tacos / chicken quesadilla

Found gem of Mexican place in Dublin now and surely the best in tri-valley. We ordered the grilled chicken and shrimp tacos and both were amazing. Best was the chicken quesadilla and it was super yum !! The order came with super crispy and tasty nacho chips and wheel shaped rings with amazing side of salsas! Highly recommended !!

After picking up our Princess from the kennel, we needed food! My wife said Mexican and I asked her to find someplace to go on yelp. We were pretty close to Dublin Taqueria so we headed that direction. We parked right in front and there were two outside tables. One had some debris on it from another guest. I took the other table after I picked up and threw out a small serving tray of beans and salsa from under the table. My wife went inside to place our order. While the front of the restaurant needed some attention, the inside was clean and organized. Our order consisted of: Lengua Super Burrito - 5 - Very tasty and too much for one meal. Chile Verde Burrito - 5 - Extremely satisfying! Pollo Asado Taco - 3 - I wanted unseasoned chicken grilled for the Princess. Something got lost in the translation because we ended up with seasoned Pollo Asado. It wasn't particular spicy but we still only gave a few pieces to the dog.

They will only sell bottled microplastic to drink. No water for you!

The food is good, but to refuse to give me a glass of water is against California state law. Over a 5 cent cup they have lost me as a customer. I am so disappointed. I'm sorry Mexxi's for trying somewhere new. In California, restaurants are generally required to provide free tap water to customers, but only upon request.

Torta with Lengua. Jalapeño salsa, what looks like salsa macha, jalapeño salsa, and curtido.

OMGoodness!!!!! Let me preface this with saying I wasn't even that hungry and I am Mexican so I often get disappointed when Mexican food LOOKS good but the taste is not there. This place however is so good! I randomly stopped here and I'm glad I did. It's my first time so I only tried the torta. Before trying the torta I tried the salsas while waiting and at that point I knew this place was going to be fire. The salsas are sooooo good! The curtido is good too! I got a torta with Lengua. The lengua was cooked perfectly. Not too soggy/soft and not hard. The texture was perfect. The guy at the register with glasses was really nice too. I'd 100% return!

Came here with family at 9pm on a busy-ish weekday. The food was absolutely delicious, and the service was friendly - answered all the questions I had and gave recommendations. There was also free chips, rings, and a salsa bar for the taking. For the price point, the amount, quality, and experience we got was amazing. Would come here again.

Our go-to spot for Mexican food fix. We always do take out though so haven't experienced dining in here. The orders are super easy to place online, typically take 15-25 minutes and they are ready for pick up. The service is fast and good, we have never had any issues with our orders. The best part about this Taqueria is that they offer plenty of substantial vegetarian options and by substantial I mean there is a protein option (paneer) for vegetarians instead of the usual lettuce and a couple grilled veggies that most places offer. I also like the fact that the food is not dropping with oil or excessive cheese, feels fairly healthy. Favorites are the paneer tacos, enchiladas and the burritos.

Came by on a Thursday evening to pick up dinner. The restaurant was clean and their shared parking lot was not full, so parking was not a problem. The woman taking orders was friendly and patient while I checked out their menu. They have a self service salsa and chips bar with lots of options (fire roasted salsa, carrots and onions, green sauce, etc) Items ordered: 2 horchatas- Good and not too sweet or thick. I have had better but this was fine. Al pastor & birria 2 taco plate with homemade tortillas- Flavor was just ok and their portion size was fairly large. They do charge extra for homemade tortillas and they were too thick for my taste. Carnitas plate- Generous portion of meat but the flavor was just okay. Rice flavor and the cactus salad were okay. 2 crispy chicken tacos- I ordered this for my kid and he did not eat it. Kids' chicken strip meal with fries- This was perfectly done and their fries were good. Churro- just okay, it had some filling inside I really liked their fire roasted salsa and the little heat it brought. Overall, food was 3.5 and ambiance was 4. As someone who frequents the taquerias in Redwood City, it's hard to find something in the Tri Valley area that is equivalent in taste and value.

Fresh chips lightly salted were delish and necessary for the very wet on the inside and big burrito!

The breakfast burrito is a 3 for two reasons only, one of which most would never say but you'll understand my why. 4-5 for the business set up, ambience, and service. This place gets it and it is obvious a woman is in charge! Got the regular breakfast burrito with chicken Al pastor and black beans. The flavor was delicious. My issue was it asks if you want the tortilla wet or crispy. I said crispy. What is tricky is the inside is very soupy between the black beans sauce, the guacamole which is thin and runny vs thick and chunky and the sour cream which gets runnier because of the warmth of the burrito. So when you open it, everything falls out and the inside of the burrito is soggy. To add, the burrito is HUGE and heavy so it is very hard to eat even when cut in half. This is the never thought I'd say this part. I highly recommend they cut the contents by 1/3-1/2 as it'll make for a better burrito in many ways and cut the cost relatively as the $20 as is now is priced too high for what it is. Lastly if people want it bigger let them pay the $20 or more. The taste again is delish, just need a more functional burrito. I was driving to LA and needed something easy to eat and quick, that tasted good and was hoping for affordable but went with this due to location. The inside of the restaurant is spotless and a nice festive vibe. The owner greeted me (I believe) a woman who was ON TOP OF EVERYTHING in the restaurant. I watched her work and it was awesome to see it. If she's not the owner she should be! If they create a burrito light version with a reduced price I'll be back.

We came here for belated Father's Day dinner with the fam bam and there was a spacious table for 7 for us at 6:30 pm on a Monday night. We waited for the rest of the family. We wrote a list of what each of us wanted to order since you order from the counter. In the meantime there was a condiment bar where you could have salsa and chips or those round wheelie snacks are abundant. No tab water is available but you could purchase bottled water or fountain drinks so I brought my own water bottle. I ordered the fish plate that comes with salad but it had a kick to it which was unexpected. Since my family enjoys Mexican food I will try the enchiladas next time. Service was very attentive

I was recommended this place by my wonderful landlord. The reviews looked great so we headed over. Being pregnant, I have a lot of food aversions so I was a little worried... but my goodness I inhaled my super burrito even before remembering to snap a photo for you guys. Thankfully my husband's enchiladas and the nachosa+sauces from the nacho bar were documented as a reminder to come back. Food was amazing. I especially loved the diverse array of salsas and sauces! Service was great, place was clean and casual. Loved it. I will be a regular here now!

Torta de asada on small bolio bread

I was really excited to try this place, as it was the first taqueria that showed up on yelp. I was very disappointed with my torta de asada Firstly, they used a very small piece of bolio bread and packed it with pico de gallo. The torta overall lacked cheese, the bottom piece of bread was soggy. Secondly, the torta pictures other costumers have shared are inconsistent, every photo the torta looks different which made me a little hesitant to order. 5/5 for the asada, it was flavorful, well cooked and not dry

The taco with mole was a waste for me

My husband pushed me to get it on a sunday afternoon after church, and I am so glad he did. When we walked in, they were busy, so we took some time to look at the menu. The location is small, so I was standing next to people eating, and I saw someone had caldo de camaron, which looked delicious. Due to pricing, I decided to go with the Pozole (small). My kids always want quesadilla with rice and beans (no meat). They had a super quesadilla, just cheese, so we got them that with a side of rice and beans for them to split. The portions were perfect for my big boys. My husband got enchiladas rojas with asada. He loved the taste on all of it, but next time would probably get double rice, no beans. He's not a fan of beans, so it's just a personal preference. I got the STAR of the show, their POZOLE was 10/10. They brought it out before I could even get my drink, they were so fast. They didn't just bring the pozole, they gave me the works: oregano, chili oil, tostadas, radish, and cabbage to put on it. It was so delicious, I'm already planning to go back next sunday! My kids and I loved the food so much my 7yo made sure to leave a tip. Service was quick, friendly, and they kept the location as clean as they could. It was really busy in there.e but they got the food out within minutes. LOVE THIS PLACE. Edit: we loved it so much we went back this past Saturday and got more things to try. Loved the carne asada plate wouldn't change a thing. The caldo de camarón took a little while to come out but still delicious. Quesadilla con carne was STUFF with meat. It was basically a burrito.

The tacos were awesome. Finely chopped meat that is cooked and seasoned to crispy perfection. They're also bigger than your average street taco. My wife enjoyed her veggie tostadas. My daughter loved the enchiladas and the bites she stole of my tacos. One standout to me was the refried beans. I had a bean cheese and rice burrito and it's one of the better ones I've ever had. My daughter also loved them on her enchilada plate. We will definitely be back next time we're in the area.

Each time I've ordered here, the cashier has been kind and helpful when I had questions about their menu, they've even offered a bag for my to-go chips and salsa before my order was ready (that's rare!). Food could take a while, but in some ways I can understand because they have lots of dine-ins and take-out orders to fulfill. Recently they had $1 Tuesday Tacos for the month of March and I had to check that out. I ordered al pastor, carne asada, shrimp, and lengua. Out of those, only the carne asada tasted okay, the rest was overcooked and very dry with no flavor. Even though they're $1 each, the staff needs to know to anticipate a large crowd and have most food prepped ahead of time without compromising the quality and flavor. I only went one day because I was too disappointed by that visit. Not sure if they do this every year, but on 4/20 they had a $4.20 breakfast burrito special. It was posted on their IG stories and I happened to be in the area and picked one up. The burrito wasn't bad, definitely a decent size, and the meat was a bit better but it lacked flavor again. This place has been here for a while and I hope they can gain more customers while retaining their existing customers by improving the flavoring on their meats. Food Tip: - If you plan on visiting this spot, this place posts Instagram Stories of special promos/discounts for the day or coming up so I highly recommend checking that out! - Grab a bag or two of the delicious tortilla chips and salsa to munch on or to go.

My wife said it was some of the best mole she's ever had, and now she won't go anywhere else. I always figure tacos are a good bellwether for how good a Mexican restaurant's food is going to be overall. Two Amigos' tacos are piled high with so much meat that it's hard to pick them up. I've had the pastor, carnitas, and carne asada, and they're all delicious. Their chimichangas are easily big enough to fill up two people; I usually eat half and take the other half home. Last night, I had a chimichanga with alambre, which is a meat option I'd never seen at a taqueria before. It's carne asada mixed with bacon, onions, bell peppers, and melted cheese, so I was intrigued, but I asked if they could make it with pastor instead of carne asada. No problem. Man, it was great, and big enough that I was stuffed to the gills and had plenty leftover for lunch today. Their salsas are outstanding. I especially love the orange one, which I assume is habanero even though it's not eye-wateringly hot. Great taste and respectable heat though. They also have a full bar with decent margaritas. I lived in Texas for almost 30 years and have been in California for 15, so I know good Mexican food, and Two Amigos does NOT disappoint.
