I stopped by Pacific Catch on a Friday evening recently. We had been shopping all day and were tired and hungry, but we only wanted appetizers because we had a dinner waiting for us at home. The interior of the restaurant, despite being a chain (or a franchise...not sure which it is) is sort of tranquil and even has decent looking wall decorations. The server was cheerful and easygoing, even after she learned we were only ordering some appetizers and water. I really appreciated it because I know it's not fun for a server to have a small tab on a busy night. We made sure to give her a good tip, to make up for that and because she was great--tip your servers, people, their work is hard and they help ensure your enjoyment of your visit! Anyway, we had some fried calamari and some fried coconut shrimp, both of which were yummy. The server was nice enough to offer an alternate dipping sauce when learning I couldn't eat the one that came with one of the appetizers. We didn't finish everything because neither of us is accustomed to eating fried food and after a while it felt like too much without even a salad to go with it. This place is never busy. The app is super simple . If you opt to use your birthday info, you get a full size bowl about $20 price point with several to choice from to use. I always get the shrimp avocado rice bean bowl with chips . It's super big , enough for two people and leftovers for one. There is a host station directly to the left of the front entry so pickup is very easily and brought packaging nice and clean in a strong paper back with strong handles . You can't get it wrong because your name and order info is securely stapled onto the bag. They have a nice bar with tvs playing sports not too loud. The menu is fresh seafood obviously healthy which is superb. Next door is habit grill and a vitality bowl place . Lots of parking with Whole Foods and Nordstrom Rack in same shopping center : management here seems to be on top of everything super clean with outside tables too. 5/5 with the app and rewards easily to use and benefit from. read more

Came in on a Sunday night for dinner before going to watch movie. Got a table for 2 fairly and the sever came over fairly quick. Took our drink order, that came fast. We place out appetizers and dinner order when she bought the drinks back. The appetizers came out at a reasonable time frame where we had to wait about 30 minutes for our dinner. The restaurant was not that busy. We had to rush to finish our dinner so we won't be late for the movie. Appetizers: Coconut Shrimps with Thai sweet chili sauce, this is one we always get as it is very good here. Spicy Salmon Crispy Rice with avocado, crispy black rice cake, sesame seeds and lemon. The Salmon was fresh and tasty, the rice cake is very chewy, but i would get it again and just eat the salmon. Dinner: Salmon Lover Roll with Tempura salmon and avocado inside, salmon sashimi outside, yuzu tobiko, lemon, ponzu, sesame seeds. The cook salmon was mushy over cooked. They should of used a poke style or raw salmon, the roll would but 100% better. Sashimi Bowl with sashimi slices of kanpachi yellowtail, salmon and sesame-seared ahi, yuzu tobiko, avocado, wakame, marinated cucumber, pickled ginger, daikon, soy-wasabi vinaigrette, mixed organic greens. This was really good fresh and the soy-wasabi vinaigrette went very well with everything. This dish came with rice as well, but I got it without. Kimchi Fried Rice with Egg had good flavor but disappointed because it came out warm sitting in the kitchen too long. Got Hawaiian Ahi Poke Bowl, which was pretty good. Fish was fresh too. Service was good as well. Only thing is the parking is very busy and some parking only allows your turn one way, so you end trying to circle back. At 1230pm there were plenty of tables available as well. read more

I love pacific catch for its consistency and dependability of fresh seafood. I had a business lunch here and had a good experience. I had the fish tacos, the lunch special that is limited to the tacos with no side dishes. The tacos did come with tortilla chips, that help scoop the inevitable spillage that occurs with all tacos. The fish (cod) was fresh and crispy. They were served in a flour tortilla, which is not what I prefer. Corn tortillas are a more authentic version and what I prefer. The flour tortillas also broke while eating. The cabbage, pico, and sauce used to dress the tacos made the tortillas too wet to hold up while eating. But the tortillas chips came in handy to scoop up the fresh and flavorful filling. Our young server was positive and attentive. I had a good experience at this restaurant. Great place for a casual lunch or dinner. I got three tacos: crispy cod, crispy shrimp, and hot cod. The cod had a fishy smell, so it wasn't the best fish taco I've had. The shrimp taco was great! The side of beans was nothing special. The salmon entree (we got miso) was also good, but nothing special. The kimchi fried rice side was not good - rice was clumpy and didn't taste like kimchi at all. The peppers were great and they gave A LOT. The family was looking for a lunch place and wanted the kids to try something different than chicken nuggets or burgers. Ambience was Denny's feel with seafood flair. The service was fine with the exception of the booth to which the host seated us was at the kitchen entrance so lots of foot traffic and severs and staff allays adjacent to our table. The food really was not that good. The kids had very hot and very greasy fish sticks and fries. I had an item off the 'special' menu, a Vietnamese shrimp salad, which was basically a salad with shrimp skewer and peanut dressing/sauce. Would have been more satisfying to have just ordered a fresh spring roll from a nearby Pho place for half the cost. I'm sure there are some other menu items that are tasty, but for out family Pacific Catch isn't likely one of the options anyone will throw out there as a place to go when we ponder something to eat. read more

Review: Disappointed and Overcharged I paid $21.95 for a large Hawaiian Teriyaki grilled chicken bowl, and was extremely disappointed with what I received. Upon opening the container, I noticed a very small portion of chicken on top of the rice. Out of curiosity, I weighed it--and it was only 3 oz of chicken breast. For the price, this is unacceptable. The portion size does not match the cost, and I feel misled by the description and the picture on their website of the dish. I would not recommend ordering from this place unless you're okay with paying premium prices for minimal food. Very disappointing experience. read more

It was very easy making a reservation a lil over a week in advance over the phone (our party size was greater than 6) and I spoke to Marissa (Hi Marissa, sorry I didn't get to meet you in person) who was great. Thank you for being so accommodating. Our party size was seated in a cool little semi private area of the restaurant, a little ahead of our reservation time. We never felt rushed the entire time we were there. Our food was yummy (we never had to wait long for food & drinks) I believe everyone enjoyed everything that they ordered. So you're probably asking, why only the 4 stars, well, it's because the cost of food alone is a bit on the pricey side. It's good, just pricey. I've lived in Dublin for most of my life and have yet to try pacific catch until recently. The factor that really led me to try out the place was that they have sustainable seafood. Walking into the restaurant you can already tell that it is clean, welcoming, and the service would be great. You're immediately welcomed as soon as you walk in. It wasn't too crowded at the time we came in on a Sunday but it was still very lively. The prices are fair for the quality of food you're ordering and the portion sizes are pretty big as well. I ordered the taco plate with a side of chips and salsa. The tacos I got were very packed with filling and tasted amazing. We also ordered the pineapple right side up cake which was really tasty and a nice finish to our dinner. They have a happy hour every Monday through Friday from 3pm to 6pm which I will absolutely be trying soon. read more
