We either missed the lunch rush, or it was just slow for a Tuesday afternoon. We were seated right away. I hadn't been to outback in years. They have simplified their menu since then to steak and a few other items like burgers and chicken tenders. The food was good. My daughter got fruit as a side and it was bright and fresh. My steak was cooked just right. The service wasn't the greatest though. She did come by to check on us, but every time she came to our table, she just seemed bothered and like she didn't want to help so if we did need anything, like a smaller spoon for my toddler, i didn't even bother asking. If I were to come back, given it's the closest outback to my moms, I would request a different server because it really makes a difference. long story short, food is good but service is hit or miss. Good luck!

Normally never have an issue here but todays ribs had no meat on them and the broccoli was really crunchy.

Normally everything is great here but today's ribs were not it. They had no meat on them and my broccoli was nearly raw.

Empty seat at the bar. Coulda been you but you're here on yelp reading reviews. Lol. Jk

Hmmmm what can I say? Ive had both good and bad experiences here. I guess it depends on who your waitress is. Luckily this last time was when I drove in from california. It was a long trip so I was tired and hungry. The bar was nice and clean and the bartender was nice and very attentive. I ended up getting their tuesday special! Which was steak and lobster plus 2 sides for 24.99! You cant beat that, so Thats what I went with. Both the steak and lobester were full of flavor. The lobster was not rubbery and the steak was tender. I got a potato and side salad as my sides and was completely satisfied with my meal and service that day. The only reason I gave this place 3 is because on a different occasion when I sat down in the dining area I had a waitress go on break or smoke break for about 15minutes. Service was so bad that I had to get up and ask for service from another waiter on the other side of the restaurant. They were looking for my waitress but they said they didnt know where she was. Eventually the waitress i reached out to helped me out.

Possibly one of the best steak house experiences I've had in a long time. Aasher was great. Kitchen was stupid fast... we were a group of 12. My group of 4 put in our order first and our salads came out before the other 8 finished ordering. Steaks were PERFECT. Wife's burger was perfect. And I've never had anyone stay on top of refills like this. I'm pretty sure our server was secretly Genie from Aladdin. POOF!

I ordered lobster tail it was ok I would recommend to American food lovers

The food was ok and not bad not really good but OK. The service was nice and quick bringing the food. The atmosphere was good.

Not worth the salmon. Dry and not as expected on the picture. Towoomba salmon.

The person who deliver the food was rude and I ask for a refill but she was rude. A good customer service would be much appreciated and be mindful of what to order. I came here on a fathers day event too.

Currently the only place in town that had mint. Therefore......some mojitos. It's kinda nice to sit in a quiet, not so full restaurant.

I don't know how to describe this place. It's weird. I've been here maybe 5 times over the past 6…read moremonths. First off, the food is excellent. AMAZING actually. I've never had anything that wasn't perfectly prepared, flavorful, and served the correct temperature. And that's what really matters in a restaurant, of course. But the vibe is odd. I can't put my finger on it. It's "clique-y". Every time I come, I walk into an empty restaurant with no host. And it seems I've walked in before they opened. They have lots of private events which are walled off with weird partitions. And they sometimes (according to others I overheard) completely close down for private parties. I don't ask for much. I require very little attention. I grossly over tip. And, yet still I feel very unwelcome in this restaurant that I have frequented several times. I don't get it. The other customers were very nice to me, but the staff seemed annoyed by my presence. It's bizarre. Anyway, the food alone earns them a top rating. Pro tip: Do NOT sit at the bar. They don't tell you this: but it's for the regulars. You'll feel like you've wandered into a party you weren't invited to. AND.....order the Prince Edward Island mussels!

Plenty of parking available in the strip mall. The restaurant offers beer, wines and cocktails with a full bar service. Pricing: Not an inexpensive restaurant but it's worth the money you pay. Service rhythm was good. However, everyone at the table was from Louisiana and the server couldn't tell us what was used in the "Cajun" spices on the French Chicken. You'd think that would be a basic training lesson and menu knowledge you'd have to grasp before being given a section. Don't put vague descriptions in print if your staff can't break them down when the guest asks questions. On a side note, I know for a fact that this company requires all their managers to be clean shaven. Yet, I saw a cook/chef with a fairly thick, quasi-biker beard working the line in an open kitchen in clear view of guests. Kind of ironic. I'd rather the dude making my food be clean shaven for obvious reasons. Unlikely that I return.

I loved seeing the steaks and oysters beautifully displayed, and the open kitchen was such a nice touch -- watching the chefs in action added to the whole experience. Our waiter was phenomenal -- super accommodating, attentive, and made us feel like VIPs all night. We shared the cowboy steak ($72) sliced for two and WOW... perfectly cooked, juicy, and packed with flavor. Every bite was a moment. The sides to choose from ranged between $16-$18 We ordered the creamed spinach and it was rich and delicious. The wedge salad was fresh and satisfying. The corn brûlée? A crowd favorite -- everyone at the table was obsessed! The only miss for us was the mac and cheese -- good texture, but it didn't leave a lasting flavor impression. What truly made the night special was the energy -- the experience felt personal, warm, and inviting, making it the perfect place to celebrate my sister's 30th birthday. Wicked Butcher didn't just serve a meal... they created a memory. 10/10 would recommend for celebrations, date nights, or when you just want to feel fancy and fed.

Food - 4 Service - 3…read more Ambiance -4 Went on a Tuesday night while visiting from out of town and decided to give this place a try. The restaurant was practically empty, so we sat in the bar/lounge area. The host and other staff were friendly. Our waiter came off a little smug at first and barely cracked a smile. He honestly seemed a bit annoyed that he had to wait on us, which felt very unfriendly. My friend managed to get him to loosen up a bit as the night went on though, so maybe that's just his personality. To his credit, he was very informative when it came to the main course options. The lighting was dim and intimate. Ambiance was simple and modern. I ordered the sea bass and my friend ordered the beef Wellington. Honestly, after tasting my fish, he ended up enjoying my sea bass more than his own dish. The sea bass was like butter, just as the waiter described it. If fish could fall off the bone, this one would have. It came with rice, cashews, and a ginger miso sauce. The cashews added a really nice crunch and texture and the flavors worked really well together. I thoroughly enjoyed it as b the only downside was the portion size. Like a lot of nicer restaurants, you get one small piece of fish... about the size of my pinky finger. My friend's beef Wellington, on the other hand, was just okay. He didn't say it was bad, but it definitely didn't stand out, especially compared to the sea bass. We also ordered potatoes as a side and the white truffle Caesar salad. The salad was good and the truffle flavor wasn't overpowering, which I appreciated. The potatoes were solid too and paired well with the meal. Dessert, unfortunately, was not it! We ordered the Wicked Sundae. Our waiter had actually recommended the banana pudding or the chocolate tart, but we decided to try something else. We probably should've taken his advice. The sundae tasted mostly like ice cream and was missing the main part of the dish -- the brownie. Nothing to run home about, and it also happened to be the most expensive dessert on the menu. Definitely not worth it.

And when you combine this with the beautiful spring weather in Texas (March), it's one of the best experiences in all of DFW. My Overall Rating - 5 Stars (Atmosphere, Service, Food, Return) Atmosphere - If you haven't been to Water Street, go now while the weather is nice (March or October). I'm writing this review in March when the Texas weather is beautiful. While the inside of Pacific Table is elegant with blue booths and white tablecloths, the outdoor seating next to Lake Carolyn creates a view that's almost impossible to find in DFW: fine dining by the water. 1 Star. Service - The service is great. Our server was attentive, helpful, and best of all shared the special of the day. I always ask my server because when they recommend an excellent dish, it means the restaurant puts in the effort to enable them. Mission accomplished. 1 Star. Food - I went with Pacific Table's special of the day: blackened redfish with creole sauce and a vegetable. WOW. This dish was a homerun. The fish was tender, well-seasoned, and the sauce added a creamy component that reminded me of the bayou. As a bonus, my sauteed spinach that I chose as my side was equally delicious. If I wasn't dining in public, I would have licked my plate. 2 Stars. Will I Return? - Yes. Every time I eat at Pacific Table, I try something new and am pleasantly surprised. The combination of service, specials, and amazing Texas spring weather makes this a repeatable restaurant in my rotation. 1 Star.
