I have been a tenant here for a while now. I must say, it has been a 5-star experience since day one. Overall, I have been a completely satisfied customer. There are two things that have stood out the most to me - how secure I feel leaving my belongings here and the great service I have received from the two employees that work in the office. It's important for me to feel my belongings are at a safe location. You are required in input your personalized security code just to entire the storage units area. There are also cameras EVERYWHERE! Unlike other storage facilities, One Stop also has individually alarmed units - a major plus! The customer service here is top-notch. The two office staff are so friendly and accommodating. The move in process was quick and easy. The property is well maintained and clean. Overall, I have been very impressed. Thank you! I just recently leased a unit at One Stop Storage. This is the first time I've ever used a self storage facility before, and so far I am extremely impressed. The prices seem at least comparable to other places in the area (although I didn't look around too much because this place is close to home and had great reviews, so I chose it based on that info without much shopping around). Filling out my paperwork was a hoot. Manager Sheila helped me, and she is amazing. She offered me a unit close and conveniently located, she showed me the size so I knew what the space looked like in person. She informed me of all the things I needed to know, including the security and access of the location. I was probably there longer than necessary, but she had a fantastic personality, so we got chatty. Since signing papers I've taken 3 loads of stuff there and it has been incredibly easy to load. Convenient elevators and carts are available, so it was easy to get a lot of stuff from the car to the unit without too much heavy lifting. My only complaint would be that self storage in general is expensive and I wish it were cheaper. read more

If any of you are like me you always do your research before committing to anything and that's exactly what I did. No surprise there. Well, while reading through some comments I noticed there were good ones and then there were the obvious bad ones but I always try to read 3 good comments for every bad comment because not everyone will have the same opinion so I decided to make my own little post. Well, I was pleasantly surprised when I went to the storage unit and was greeted with the loveliest manager ever. She was absolutely wonderful and she showed my sister and I around before we committed to our 10x10 unit. I also remember reading something that someone legitimately took a measuring tape to their 5x9 unit or whatever it was and was upset that it was inches off. Well, it's not going to be precise. Sorry...but nothing is perfect so get over it. You are paying for the security which I praise 10000000 % and the customer service. You are paying for the clean lot and the clean units. And if that isn't enough then you are also paying (or shall I say not paying) for brand new unopened locks to your unit which only have 1 set of keys. So with all that said I was pleasantly surprised by everything. Oh, and not to mention they sell moving boxes and tape and that was a major plus for me!!!! One thing that my mom was concerned about was the lighting inside the units...well there are no lights inside the unit because if there were then you would also be paying for the electricity bill which most of us don't want to do because we're already paying for our space so please be aware of that. But I brought that up to management and they found us a unit across from the hall light so it shines directly into our unit. Some stipulations; don't leave the elevator open for long because it will break so let it close and then reopen it. Must be out by 7 otherwise you'll get locked in there and no usage to the trash bin which I have found many people are upset about. If you're putting your stuff in storage, why would you want to throw it away? Isn't it meant for you to keep? Idk I'm just curious as to why people are concerned. Oh and lastly, they do have restrooms on the property so that's awesome!!! And something about the moving truck but I don't remember that. Anyways, have an awesome day!!! read more

This is an amazing storage business. Top notch security and really amazing people running the facility. I lost my keys to my locks, and although there is a charge to cut the locks, it was very stress free and the job was done in a timely manner. Have had a few different size units over a period of approximately 10-years. This place has changed owners/names multiple times, but service has always been excellent. Clean, well maintained units and several additional services, but shredding is INSANELY overpriced!!!!! Would be a great, convenient service if it was somewhat reasonably priced. Also, RIDICULOUS that no trash can is provided anywhere on premises for tenants. With the price they charge monthly, that is a BASIC service that should be provided. read more

One Stop Storage is the BEST! They have made my moving and storage experience so much easier. The units I have are indoors and seem naturally climate controlled and the facility it always clean and safe. Staff is amazing and I always feel like I am visiting friends when I come into the office. Honestly, that is what makes the experience even better and was my deciding factor to store here. Seriously, I love everything about storing here! The only thing I could say is that I wish the hours were a tad longer since I like to work early and really late but I've been able to work around that without too much trouble! read more

Every year they raise rent making it too high to stay. Also, they requested insurance be paid ASAP and gave me less than 1 week to respond. Think they are trying to make more money off renters. Homeless now living in space on my storage unit floor. I've reported it but was told the man doesn't live there. I don't always feel safe when I am visiting now. He stares at me. Sure looks like he lives there because there all day every day. read more

The manager rented me a 5x10 unit and was very friendly. For customer service OSS should get five stars. Due to false advertising in the sizing of storage units, I am giving only one star. When I started to move in my boxes I discovered that they didn't fit like I expected. On my second trip, I discovered why. It turns out that my 5x10 unit is actually only a 4.08 x 9.32. Even worse, you are only allowed to stack boxes to a little over six feet tall. This may not seem like much, but if you compare the storage capacity of this unit to a true 5x10 that is 8 feet tall it only holds 62%. If you are doing price comparisons like I did you should take into account that the advertised size is (at least on some units) very deceptive. read more

So far the help and attention from One Stop Storage has been friendly and efficient. They are very kind, understanding, and helpful! Salvador helped me book the unit and Shiela helped me book my rental van...both of them made it easier and more enjoyable. The place is very clean and we feel safe storing our stuff there. This is the second time we have rented from them and I expect this experience to be as good as the last. We move everything into our storage unit next week and I have no worries. I have been a customer there for quite awhile. John is a extremely professional, polite and cordial Manager. He takes the time to get to know you and your needs. While doing my research for a storage unit I came across One Stop Storage, I called around different places and ultimately decided on One Stop. The staff was very helpful in assisting me on which size unit I would need to fit my items. I choose One Stop because I felt that my items would be safe since it is in a nicer area than others I was looking at. They sell boxes, bubble wrap, tape at an affordable price. I must add they have a moving truck you can utilize if needed which I though was really awesome. The Assistant Manager Salvador went above and beyond making sure the unit was dusted and swept being that sometimes it can become dusty, Salvador was very helpful and patient when assisting me being that it was my first time having to rent a storage unit. Overall they have a very clean facility, there is no trash, they have bathrooms that are clean and well stocked. My storage unit was on the 3rd floor and they had flat bed carts which were helpful in getting my items from my vehicle to my unit. read more
