Not too busy, nice patio area ! Quick service - love that they have seasonal items & a big range of taps. Pricing is pretty reasonable as well

Went here for a birthday and it's such a cute, lively spot. The vibe is definitely more loud and energetic with that open-air, indoor-outdoor feel. I also loved that it's pet friendly, which makes it even more fun for casual hangouts. The food was good, pretty standard bar food, nothing over the top but still enjoyable. The drinks were okay, not anything that really stood out, but they got the job done. Service was solid though, our group was taken care of the whole time. Overall, this is a great place for larger groups, birthdays, or just a fun night out with friends. I wouldn't come here for something more intimate like an anniversary, but for a lively, social vibe it's a good choice.

It's been a bit since I've been here and my first observation is my favorite meal is gone :( they no longer have the seafood pasta. After coming to the realization I have to pick a new food, I chose the enchiladas. The enchiladas had pork and green chiles which were both cooked perfectly. It was served with white rice and black beans topped with cotija cheese. While it was good and tasty, I still miss my favorite meal. I'm hoping they bring it back :). Everything today was pleasant including the ambiance since it wasn't too busy and our server was helpful and attentive.

Nice dog friendly patio and bar. Love the umbrellas, friendy staff, and great pricing. We stopped in for drinks and caught a little of the Olympics. I ordered the house margarita it was made quick and strong. They have plenty of seating and plenty of shade! Great place to come with the family, on a date or eith friends.

OHSO is a versatile hangout spot. Whether you are there to watch sports, catch up with friends, or a work gathering, the casual atmosphere is a nice fit. Each location offers a slightly different setting. We went to the Gilbert location to check out the Cornhole tournament that they do weekly. It was a lot of fun. We enjoyed some bar food like wings, Poke nachos, and steak fries. They have a selection of their own beers but I wanted margaritas. Service was great even though they were very busy on a Tuesday night.

Great venue - it was just super busy when we went there. Strawberry margarita was mediocre and mostly ice for $10 . Fries were a little bit undercooked. There was a cover band playing they were amazing - super fun environment dog friendly patio would for sure go back I just like their bunch or happy hour better

Long time customers of OHSO. Wanted to sit outside and have some beers and good food and OHSO sounded great. Always greeted quickly and were sat at a table out on the patio. Service is always friendly and attentive although it was getting pretty busy for the Friday lunch rush. Ordered drinks and our food and everything always arrives so quickly! The Firebird is a tasty, buffalo chicken sandwich, very good and the fries are crispy and well seasoned. Wife's pesto chicken cavatappi was also very tasty and was a generous portion. We usually don't get dessert but the banana cream pie was highly recommended by our server and we were not disappointed. Extensive menus for food, craft beers and cocktails, you really can't go wrong. We didn't bring our fur baby this time but we are always treated to seeing and meeting other dogs out on the patio.

I've frequented Downtown Gilbert for years now and have never been to OHSO surprisingly. I had been looking to go recently due to finding out that they are dog-friendly and even have a dog menu, adorably named "bark bites". My dad and I brought our pups and geared up for Happy Hour. We tried a few different things, that which included: Brisket Sliders -- 3 brisket sliders, green chile cheese sauce, crispy onion strings. These were my absolutely favorite. Soooo flavorful. Mac & Cheese -- cavatappi, boursin cheese sauce, jack & cheddar cheese. Decent, but not a show stopper. Guajillo Chile Chicken Street Tacos -- smokey kale slaw, lime crema, pico de gallo, 2 flour tortilla. My dad ordered these after the fact, I took a bite and not bad, but not my favorite. When it's happy hour you can't NOT get a little happy juice. My drink of choice was the house Espresso Martini --made with OHSO's Arcadia Coffee Vodka, kahlua and espresso cold brew. I love espresso martinis but the vodka was definitely vodka-ing. I'm more into the creamy style espresso martinis. My dad ordered a pitcher of the Don Elote and seemed to enjoy it. For the pups, double burger patties which immediately got demolished. (My pup especially loves burgers). My pup even checked out the dog park area after we were done. Overall, great service, chill vibes and pretty good happy hour food. I will definitely be back to try the brunch!

OHSO has such a great patio space, and this location is massive! Our party of 3 was seated right away and we immediately ordered a round of their their strawberry basil margaritas, these were so flavorful. We ordered their Carolina BBQ Pulled Pork Sandwich, Brisket Sandwich and Carne Asada Taco Board-the Pulled Pork was the fan favorite at our table. We highly recommend their sweet potatoes fries. We ended the meal with a slice of Caramel Apple pie and ice cream from Pie Snob. This was absolutely delicious! The staff were friendly and prompt with service. 10/10 would recommend this spot!

I'm on a quest to find decent biscuits and gravy, and OHSO is a strong stop on this journey. Paired w a cocktail, the biscuits were nicely baked and the gravy was hearty and cut w sausage.

Pastrami sandwich and onion rings. Not great.

Hubby & I had dinner here tonight. We chose to eat inside. We were seated right away. It took a little while for our server to come to the table, but it was okay. We were not ignored. The hostess brought us waters, & another server stopped by to tell us our server would be by soon. Our server was at our table right after that. He was friendly and helpful. He took our drink order. Hubby got a pitcher of beer since our server let him know it was only 50 cents more for happy hour. I got a red sangria. Unfortunately, the beer wasn't very cold. My sangria was good. Our food came out quickly. We ordered the potstickers & crab wontons. The potstickers were good. They were crispy & full of filling. We didn't care for the crab wontons. They didn't have much of a taste. I expected them to have a little sweet taste to them, but they didn't. Hubby ordered the pastrami sandwich with onion rings. I ordered the Mac n cheese from the happy hour section. Hubby didn't like his sandwich. He said the meat was tough. There wasn't much sauerkraut or sauce, but the bread was good. He didn't care for the onion rings as they had too much breading. My Mac n cheese was good. It was a huge portion especially for a happy hour. It was super cheesy. I'm not sure if we will return or not.

The dogs make this place! They'll lift your spirits whatever you are drinking. There is extensive covered open air dog friendly seating, with two bars, as well as two large people only areas with bars. Service is always positive, with knowledgeable, attentive, efficient bar and serving staff. I've only partaken of the beers, usually taking advantage of their four beer sampler to work through their latest seasonal offerings. The sampler is presented on a board including a marker strip with the beer names. A great variety, with a core house line up, filling a two page menu. I've never been disappointed! Speaking of never disappointed: Outstanding gastro pub grub, including fresh monthly specials. The weekend "boozy brunch" menu offers everything from a delicious light egg white frittata plate to biscuits and gravy. The dinner salads are always fresh, and sandwichs well constructed. Come for the drinks and food, stay for the dogs!

I'm not a local, but this appears to be downtown Gilbert. Parking structure right next to the building. Indoor and outdoor seating. Loud and casual atmosphere. Lots more to do than just eat and drink. I noticed an arcade, ping pong, and live music when I was there on a weekend in Nov 2025. Fast and friendly service. I tried a couple different of their homemade beers and brisket burger that came with fries (sorry for the poor photo). Everything was delicious! Reasonably priced given today's crazy world.

Ask the Community - OHSO Brewery

Do they have misting system outside in the summer?

    Yes they do.

    How noisy is it?

It is a big space. When I walked through the dining room, to get to the patio, it was noisy both inside and outside. If you're looking for a quiet ambiance, this isn't the place:)

Dog friendly? How about cat friendly if lease trained?😩

Hey! If it's leashed trained, well behaved & likes dogs, why not! 🙀

Do they have a gluten free menu?

Yes! They have Gluten Free & Vegan Options Available.

Do they serve bottomless Mimosas for Sunday brunch?

Unless something has changed in the last few months, no. Instead, they have brunch specials that include either a beer or mimosa (you choose). Fantastic brunch, especially the chicken and waffles!

Are the ping pong tables outside exposed to the sun or are they on a covered patio?

They are not covered, looking in pretty bad shape and usually the off duty staff are hanging out in that area.

Are they going to get some of the same beers they have at their nano brewery in Phoenix?

Mostly. They have some just for here

I loved this little nook as it was quieter. What We Ordered: - Red Wine: My coworker ordered this, and remarked how much she enjoyed. Takes an edge off the work week, and a great pairing of catching up while I was onsite at the Phoenix office. - Curious Cocktail: The temperature of the day we dined was 111° and I needed something refreshing. They didn't have a Spritz on the menu, so I went with this. I did enjoy the flavor, but could only have one of these as pretty sweet. - Heirloom Tomato Toast: This was the perfect start to the meal, and the vibrancy of the heirloom tomatoes was refreshing. I really enjoyed the miso aioli as it really complimented the tomatoes. - Side of Crispy Potatoes: Sometimes you just need some carbs, and these hit the spot for a starter before entrees though it is listed as a side. - Dry Rub Chicken Wings: These were decent for wings, but I think I would refrain from ordering again as the sauce choices just weren't great. - Mercato Sourdough Pizza: My coworker throughly enjoyed this pizza, and it intrigued me to return to order one as I couldn't have this one (pesto). - Orange Olive Oil Cake: This was perfection! The salted honey whip + berry coulis helped balance out the denseness and tartness of the orange olive oil cake. Genuinely a contender for my favorite dessert this summer, and I've had a few when spending 15+ days traveling for work. I'd definitely would return here, and one of my new favorite spots in Downtown Chandler!

At Joe's Farm Grill, the quality of ingredients does show in every single dish you get. Another thing to mention is, when you're done ordering your food at the register, they are pretty fast regardless of how packed the place is which pleasantly surprised me! For the onion rings, I liked them for a few reasons. Starting off, the onions weren't soggy by any means which I love in a good ring, batter wasn't the majority of the ring which is also a great sign, and lastly the crunch was very nice with them coming out fresh. The Fontina burger has a great beef patty that carries its flavor by how clean it tastes alongside the mushrooms that are the other biggest taste factor for this burger. Finally, the baby back ribs were the star for me personally because you can actually taste the pork for its quality. He was on top of the food descriptions. The vibe is great. Love the color scheme, the red banquets all around are cute and we liked sitting at the tables with the little so far chair seats. Manager stopped by and checked how things were. I don't drink so I consistently search out an ACTUAL mocktail menu that has some intention in it and isn't just a classic virgin mule/mojito. I had the grapefruit mocktail, yum, and presentation was lovely, it was refreshing. We got the wagyu pigs in a blanket, the white truffle deviled eggs, and the bacon wrapped shrimp. They hit it all out of the park. It was exactly what it should be and then some and we enjoyed every last bite. It was quiet as it was the end of a Monday night but server was still attentive but not overly attentive. The food was great and Cole's personality brought it all together nicely. Looking forward to coming back to try some burgers or entrees, see some music, and my boyfriend is gonna get the beer in a bag next time. We signed up for their rewards program on this visit. This is a go to spot for my boyfriend but I'd never been here. Good times for sure.

I ordered the Asian salad, and it was absolutely delicious. It was packed with flavor, fresh, and the portion size was just right. The restaurant itself is huge, with plenty of seating and a spacious, comfortable atmosphere. The service was great as well. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome throughout our visit. My only real criticism is that the menu felt a bit limited, especially for vegetarians. There weren't many vegetarian options available, which could make it difficult for some people to find something that appeals to them. That said, the food was great, the service was excellent, the pricing was fair, and the overall experience was very enjoyable. I would definitely return the next time I'm in Arizona.

No seats were available inside (good sign) so we went outside in the shaded patio with misters and found an open table. Our server, Oliver, was awesome! Very friendly and attentive and helpful with items on the menu. For drinks we ordered an old fashioned and a pint of church music. Both good choices. Since it's a burger joint, Hubs ordered the Balboa and I ordered the Yeti. Wow! My burger was to die for. The rosemary goat cheese with bacon jam was the perfect combo of tangy and sweet! Hubs was eating his burger without any complaints which is what you want. Both of us went with the hand cut fries. Crispy and very good! We can't wait to return. This place is legit!

We asked if they could turn on the sound for the World Cup and they were more than willing to accommodate. I thought the Balboa burger was very good and I would have enjoyed the gas lamp burger better if the red pepper didn't keep slipping out. They don't charge you if you change fries for tots or even your burger patty for a chicken or turkey patty, which is really nice. Lowlights: I'm a big french fry eater and I didn't really like the fries here I found them too soft. The majority of their tables inside are barstools, which is a bit uncomfortable for me personally.

First things first, it was hot in the restaurant, potentially the A/C was not working as well as it should have been or something, but it was not super comfortable. The service was good, I didn't get her name, a younger woman waited on me and she was very kind and did the best she could. The food came out super slow, I ordered empanadas to start, the waitress said they burned the first order (I appreciated that didn't just serve me overdone empanadas lol) once they finally arrived they were just unfortunately bland, and just kind of lacked authenticity. When she finally brought out my main dish, she even apologized for the wait and said "I had to go yell at them". For a main entree I ordered the French dip with onion rings, another reviewer mentioned they were the best they had had. The meat was kind of tough and dry (which is odd for a French Dip, and everything just lacked flavor. Even the au jus really had no kind of salt or much flavor to it. I really hoped after seeing how everyone else rated this place that I had found that little hole in the wall spot putting out killer food that we all long for, sadly this wasn't it.
