Huge brewery with awesome vibes! The open-air setup and variety of spaces were really impressive. There isn't a ton of indoor seating, but they have misters throughout the outdoor area, which makes it much more comfortable on warmer days. They have a great selection of beers, and I loved that they had a couple of sours since those are my favorite! They also offer $8 pitchers during the day, which is such an incredible deal. Great beer, tons of space, and an overall fun atmosphere. Definitely a spot worth checking out if you're looking for good vibes and affordable drinks!

What a great brunch spot. Had tge brisket skillet and loved it. Also ordered chips and guac for an app. Had a green tea and a bloody mary and both were fantastic. Friends had the hot chicken and biscuits with gravy and they loved it. Lots of misters and a really cool vibe on a weekend. Great brunch spot

What a great find on our walk after dinner. They have this giant big screen TV and they were playing soccer on it. We scored a couch right up front. We've eaten here before, but somehow missed this little gem of a spot. So much fun. There was a band that played, and they were really good, I'm surprised that people weren't dancing.

Fun atmosphere with good food. Our server was great and didn't hurry us at all. We ordered: Appetizers- Poke Nachos (just nice but not outstanding) Smoked Romesco/Cauliflower had yummy sauce. Had the Buffalo Chicken Dip (yummy!)as an entree subbed with veggies. Entrees- Mushroom Swiss Burger, Cowboy Burger, BBQ Burger which were all good. Prices are a just a tad high for burgers. Overall, we would come back and enjoy the fun vibe, specially out in the patio area.

Went here for a birthday and it's such a cute, lively spot. The vibe is definitely more loud and energetic with that open-air, indoor-outdoor feel. I also loved that it's pet friendly, which makes it even more fun for casual hangouts. The food was good, pretty standard bar food, nothing over the top but still enjoyable. The drinks were okay, not anything that really stood out, but they got the job done. Service was solid though, our group was taken care of the whole time. Overall, this is a great place for larger groups, birthdays, or just a fun night out with friends. I wouldn't come here for something more intimate like an anniversary, but for a lively, social vibe it's a good choice.

It's been a bit since I've been here and my first observation is my favorite meal is gone :( they no longer have the seafood pasta. After coming to the realization I have to pick a new food, I chose the enchiladas. The enchiladas had pork and green chiles which were both cooked perfectly. It was served with white rice and black beans topped with cotija cheese. While it was good and tasty, I still miss my favorite meal. I'm hoping they bring it back :). Everything today was pleasant including the ambiance since it wasn't too busy and our server was helpful and attentive.

Nice dog friendly patio and bar. Love the umbrellas, friendy staff, and great pricing. We stopped in for drinks and caught a little of the Olympics. I ordered the house margarita it was made quick and strong. They have plenty of seating and plenty of shade! Great place to come with the family, on a date or eith friends.

Great venue - it was just super busy when we went there. Strawberry margarita was mediocre and mostly ice for $10 . Fries were a little bit undercooked. There was a cover band playing they were amazing - super fun environment dog friendly patio would for sure go back I just like their bunch or happy hour better

Long time customers of OHSO. Wanted to sit outside and have some beers and good food and OHSO sounded great. Always greeted quickly and were sat at a table out on the patio. Service is always friendly and attentive although it was getting pretty busy for the Friday lunch rush. Ordered drinks and our food and everything always arrives so quickly! The Firebird is a tasty, buffalo chicken sandwich, very good and the fries are crispy and well seasoned. Wife's pesto chicken cavatappi was also very tasty and was a generous portion. We usually don't get dessert but the banana cream pie was highly recommended by our server and we were not disappointed. Extensive menus for food, craft beers and cocktails, you really can't go wrong. We didn't bring our fur baby this time but we are always treated to seeing and meeting other dogs out on the patio.

I've frequented Downtown Gilbert for years now and have never been to OHSO surprisingly. I had been looking to go recently due to finding out that they are dog-friendly and even have a dog menu, adorably named "bark bites". My dad and I brought our pups and geared up for Happy Hour. We tried a few different things, that which included: Brisket Sliders -- 3 brisket sliders, green chile cheese sauce, crispy onion strings. These were my absolutely favorite. Soooo flavorful. Mac & Cheese -- cavatappi, boursin cheese sauce, jack & cheddar cheese. Decent, but not a show stopper. Guajillo Chile Chicken Street Tacos -- smokey kale slaw, lime crema, pico de gallo, 2 flour tortilla. My dad ordered these after the fact, I took a bite and not bad, but not my favorite. When it's happy hour you can't NOT get a little happy juice. My drink of choice was the house Espresso Martini --made with OHSO's Arcadia Coffee Vodka, kahlua and espresso cold brew. I love espresso martinis but the vodka was definitely vodka-ing. I'm more into the creamy style espresso martinis. My dad ordered a pitcher of the Don Elote and seemed to enjoy it. For the pups, double burger patties which immediately got demolished. (My pup especially loves burgers). My pup even checked out the dog park area after we were done. Overall, great service, chill vibes and pretty good happy hour food. I will definitely be back to try the brunch!

OHSO is a versatile hangout spot. Whether you are there to watch sports, catch up with friends, or a work gathering, the casual atmosphere is a nice fit. Each location offers a slightly different setting. We went to the Gilbert location to check out the Cornhole tournament that they do weekly. It was a lot of fun. We enjoyed some bar food like wings, Poke nachos, and steak fries. They have a selection of their own beers but I wanted margaritas. Service was great even though they were very busy on a Tuesday night.

Pastrami sandwich and onion rings. Not great.

Hubby & I had dinner here tonight. We chose to eat inside. We were seated right away. It took a little while for our server to come to the table, but it was okay. We were not ignored. The hostess brought us waters, & another server stopped by to tell us our server would be by soon. Our server was at our table right after that. He was friendly and helpful. He took our drink order. Hubby got a pitcher of beer since our server let him know it was only 50 cents more for happy hour. I got a red sangria. Unfortunately, the beer wasn't very cold. My sangria was good. Our food came out quickly. We ordered the potstickers & crab wontons. The potstickers were good. They were crispy & full of filling. We didn't care for the crab wontons. They didn't have much of a taste. I expected them to have a little sweet taste to them, but they didn't. Hubby ordered the pastrami sandwich with onion rings. I ordered the Mac n cheese from the happy hour section. Hubby didn't like his sandwich. He said the meat was tough. There wasn't much sauerkraut or sauce, but the bread was good. He didn't care for the onion rings as they had too much breading. My Mac n cheese was good. It was a huge portion especially for a happy hour. It was super cheesy. I'm not sure if we will return or not.

Ample parking outside or in the parking structure.

Went to see Mexico in the World Cup. First time and I walked inside and sat at the bar. I asked if they were going to have the sound on and she said no. I almost left but then she said we have the sound on outside on the patio. It was 104 but they had shade and misters. You ordered using a QR code and service was quick. I'll be back.

Ask the Community - OHSO Brewery

Do they have misting system outside in the summer?

    Yes they do.

    How noisy is it?

It is a big space. When I walked through the dining room, to get to the patio, it was noisy both inside and outside. If you're looking for a quiet ambiance, this isn't the place:)

Dog friendly? How about cat friendly if lease trained?😩

Hey! If it's leashed trained, well behaved & likes dogs, why not! 🙀

Do they have a gluten free menu?

Yes! They have Gluten Free & Vegan Options Available.

Do they serve bottomless Mimosas for Sunday brunch?

Unless something has changed in the last few months, no. Instead, they have brunch specials that include either a beer or mimosa (you choose). Fantastic brunch, especially the chicken and waffles!

Are the ping pong tables outside exposed to the sun or are they on a covered patio?

They are not covered, looking in pretty bad shape and usually the off duty staff are hanging out in that area.

Are they going to get some of the same beers they have at their nano brewery in Phoenix?

Mostly. They have some just for here

When I got there and ordered, I told the waitress about my intolerance and ordered a salad with chicken. When my food came out, I was told my salad didn't have chicken because I couldn't eat the chicken, or any other meat in the restaurant, because they coat it in Pam spray (soybean oil). For a place that prides itself on making their own dressings, etc., you'd think they could've figured out how to cook chicken in an oil that they use for everything else. Perhaps if they'd communicated better about my intolerance instead of not thinking about it until immediately when my food was ready (which was quite a while after we ordered), they could've found someone in the restaurant who was capable of making non-vegetarian food with something other than soy spray, but I may be giving them too much credit. They also didn't offer us a high chair for our toddler, which was strange. He wound up doing fine in the booth, which was for the best because a high chair probably wouldn't have fit well where we were sitting anyway. The waitress was apologetic and nice about my food screw up and offered to make me something else, but there wasn't much that could be done given that apparently no one in the restaurant knows how to cook meat without soy spray, plus we'd already waited quite a while for our food. The beet salad was tasty, as was the bread with honey butter and the Chai latte, but I would've left feeling more full if I could've added meat to my salad.

My son had ordered food from here as takeout last year. The food taste was interesting, though, I really like the cheese dip for the pretzel bites. The bites were pretty big. Lots of tables at this location, a bit warm. But our party of 14 was easily accommodated. Our daughter chose this place and it was quite loud. My husband and I are quiet people, so if we were to choose again, probably not here because of the loudness and all the TVs all over the place. But for those who like it loud, TVs and do not mind the prices on the menu, have at it. I don't remember our server's name. If she told us, I couldn't hear what she said. She was alright. Honestly, I had a hard time hearing even my son who sat next to me, and hearing my sister who sat one seat over in front of me, I couldn't hear what she was saying. Loudness is an issue for me and I do not have hearing issues. Our bill with tip came to over $700+. That was the most expensive lunch we've ever spent for our party of 14. Typically we're in the $400-500 range. But it was a special occasion. My husband and son got the 36 hr ribs. My husband really loved them. My son said it was okay. I didn't ask my brother and BIL who also got the same dish. I know my BIL was unhappy that he didn't get the side he requested and when they gave it to him (asparagus, I think), it was cold and he wasn't pleased about this. I got the hub burger and it was okay. There was a lot on the burger, but the patty itself, didn't have that much flavor. Some of the "Starters" or appetizers things were salted too much, but the burger did not taste like it had any salt. I had eaten too many starters so when my food came, I wasn't very hungry and took most of it home and ate for dinner another night. My husband and son do not like coleslaw and I ate theirs. THIS I really liked and tasted much better than KFC. I loved the sweetness and that the cabbage was shredded bigger than KFC. The pretzel bites were good. We got wings, and they were so-so. The roasted brussel sprouts were too salty. The deviled eggs were okay, but pricey for 2.5 eggs, which I do pay at Trader Joe's for organic free range pasturized eggs I could've gotten over 2 dozens. But, yes, I pay for the service and ambiance. I really thought there would be more than 5 halves for the deviled eggs. We got the nachos and they were okay. The melted cheese sauce was the best part. My mom got the fish and chips and she seemed to pick at it. She didn't want to take home, so it must not have been that good because she almost always takes a doggy bag home. My sister had the salmon and it was in a huge bowl and didn't look to be that much food. It was pricey. One of my SILs got something I didn't recognize and she said it was okay. No one I could tell was over the moon with the taste of the food and I heard the word "interesting" quite a bit. It's not that it tasted bad, but it didn't really taste good good. You know what I mean? I did bring a special order cake I got at Nothing Bundt Cakes in Gilbert. I asked Culinary Dropout if we could borrow a cake cutter. They didn't have one. Weird. This was a Red Velvet cake and this was absolutely divine. It was moist. The frosting was some sort of yummy cream cheese frosting. The cake was perfectly sized for our party of 14. The cake was the best part of our meal and it didn't come from Culinary Dropout. I would pay this much for a meal at Roy's for lunch for this sized party, but alas, all the Roy's in the valley are closed down. So sad. I'm not saying this place is bad or the food tastes bad. It's okay and pricey. If the food was great or amazing, we don't mind pricey. We have paid over $1K for meals for our big party, and happily do so when the food is equivalent to the price.

We also ordered matching bagel sandwiches. I do wish they offered a turkey bacon option, but the sandwiches were still hot, fresh, and delicious. The real star was the mayo aioli. I could probably put that on just about anything. The vibes are wonderful too. It's cozy, welcoming, and the kind of coffee shop where you want to linger with a friend for a while. My only critique is the layout of the front room. There always seems to be a line, but there's not really a good place for it to go besides in front of the entrance and the water station. It turns into a lot of "excuse me" and people weaving around each other. It's definitely a good problem to have because they're clearly popular, but I hope as they continue to flourish, they're able to expand into a larger space or rethink the flow a bit. Either way, I'll absolutely be back. Just save me another coconut brown sugar latte.

Went here for dinner at the end of August so it was pretty hot out still. We sat "inside" although…read more there was no real partition from inside outside. It was hot, to no fault of the place, but I had a bit of swamp *** by the end of the meal. Drinks were designer. Which is fun, but you dont always truly know what youre getting. My drink said it was smoky and it indeed had a smoky taste to it. Different. They so have beer too, but it is not the standard Coors or Bud Light. As for food, lots going into presentation. Lots of dishes coming out in a smoky bell jar. I got the NY steak, mashed potatoes, and asparagus. Potatoes and asparagus was terrific. For the steak, it was not bad but admittedly im not into cuts that have large fat caps. The cook and the flavoring were fine but nothing mind blowing, especially compared to the potatoes and asparagus. Service was friendly. Served from bar. They let you enjoy your food without constantly asking you gow things were. Honestly kind of reminded me of European type service which was welcome as quite frankly American service comes too often.

We sat in the patio and had a nice view. The staff were attentive and kept refilling out waters glasses. Much needed in the middle of summer. The craft cocktails are on the pricey side, range from $13-$18 but they are beautiful. We ordered the following two drinks: -Sotol So Good: sotol, butterfly pea, coconut rum, pineapple, lime, orgeat $16 -Devil's Heart: tequila, lime and red wine $14
