I really appreciate their complimentary services outside of the quarterly ones if it's a particularly bad season for pests. Their technicians are great, and they try to send the same person every time, which I appreciate. My current tech, Kevin, really goes above and beyond. He noticed an area near my front door where rodents were potentially hiding, so he put down some wiring to protect the area without me asking. He also gives me at-home spider traps I can use and even disposes of them during his visits since it rather grosses me out to do so :) Also, during my most recent appointment, I was totally frazzled due to meetings happening at work, and I told Kevin to go ahead and spray my garage area, and that I'd close the garage door later when I could. What I discovered later is that Kevin actually closed the door himself without me asking, which just shows that he actually thinks about the customer and what's best for them. That defines good service. Finally, their customer service folks are also great. Whenever I've had to reschedule or have questions, they are always easy to get a hold of, prompt, and friendly. Parker Eco is the kind of company where you don't have to think too hard about using their services because they're really good at what they do. That lack of mental overhead makes it easy to recommend them!

Both were bigger companies, with owners then hiring guys to do the work. I like the model of this one better. I think we're working simpy with one, knowledgeable guy. He works in an unmarked truck. He's the guy -- he's the talent, and he knows his stuff.

After that, we are billed $100 each month only after the monthly service is completed. The technicians came for the first two months, and the raccoons disappeared. However, they completely missed the June service and also failed to show up in July. As a result, the raccoons are back in our yard. The entire purpose of paying such a significant startup fee and committing to a yearly contract is the consistency of monthly preventative maintenance. When I called customer service, they minimized my concerns instead of addressing the missed appointments or offering a meaningful solution. The product itself proved effective, which is why I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1. Unfortunately, the high startup cost, failure to honor the agreed-upon service schedule, and poor customer service make it difficult to recommend this company.

Thankfully, I got my own inspection with a different company before deciding to purchase home. My inspector, who did get on roof, discovered extensive damage to roof to include water leaking into attic in several places. This inspector noted that roof needs replacement immediately. This damage was never listed on Titan report. Also, furnace was not Ok. It had not been inspected for 2 years and needed to be replaced. In addition, Titan report never mentioned water under house and some repairs needed there. While Titan used pictures and report looked good, I would have bought a house that needed thousands of dollars in repairs had I relied on their report.

Shortly after that I received a text message response asking for my full name, address, and email so that they could enter my information into the computer. That struck me as odd, but given the situation I was facing, I gave them the requested information. After that they told me that the earliest they could talk to me was Monday at either 9:00 AM or 4:00 PM. It was unfortunate to have to wait two days just to talk to someone, but I assumed they must have been very busy. We scheduled an appointment for 9:00 AM Monday morning over text. However, when 9:00 AM came around I didn't hear from anyone. I tried calling the number that had texted me, but it went to voicemail. I tried calling the main number I had called on Saturday, and it also went to voicemail. After nearly an hour of waiting, I texted the number explaining that I had to go into a meeting at 10:00 AM and asked if we could reschedule for the 4:00 PM time slot. At 9:57 AM, the person responded saying they were "just getting ready to call", but that we could talk at 4:00 PM instead. Now imagine my surprise when the person from Pest Fighter tried calling me at 3:37 PM. Then again at 3:40 PM. And then texts me at 3:44 PM asking why I was not answering. I responded to the text immediately, explaining that I was in a meeting until 4:00 PM. I asked them to call me at 4:00 PM, like we had agreed on previously. After that message I never received another text from them. When I called shortly after 4:00 PM, my calls went to voicemail. To this day, I have never received a response from anyone at Pest Fighter. No texts, no calls, nothing. I debated posting this review. Maybe Pest Fighters provides good service if you can actually talk to someone, but I wouldn't know. After playing an unprofessional game of phone tag, I contacted another service who was not only able to talk to me, but who was also able to make it out to my house at the time they said they would.

We don't actively have any major invasive pest problems so we use this company for exterior preventive protection. The come by on a monthly or quarterly basis depending on the contract and check on the bait stations and spray the exterior grounds next to the buildings. We like their report that is available after each visit which itemizes details of each bait station serviced and recommendations for preventative steps we can take to minimize unwanted pests (mainly rodents in this area). This company says they've been around since 1921 so that's pretty good.
