Squirrels were getting into our attic. He found trails in the insulation, and he identified four points of entry. He wrote up a proposal, and I thought the price was fair. I was impressed by his knowledge of the issue, and the quality of the work. I have some experience with other pest control companies in the past. Both were bigger companies, with owners then hiring guys to do the work. I like the model of this one better. I think we're working simpy with one, knowledgeable guy. He works in an unmarked truck. He's the guy -- he's the talent, and he knows his stuff.

Jeremy came back, assessed the situation, and came back with a clear plan of actions. He even got a dead decaying rat out of my car hood for me. He immediately found rat access points. They're not easy to find alone, and also requires going into dirty wet or nasty spaces. I mean Jeremy crawled under my deck, crawl space, checked out the attic. It's not an easy or clean job! Then spent a few weeks setting traps, blocking access points with hardware wire and concrete or flashing, and came by often to check traps, pick up dead rodents, and check activity. I went from rat problem to no rats in a few weeks. After confirming no activity, we sanitized my crawl space and redid parts of my insulation and vapor barrier - which had rat poo all over it. He also helped me block rat access to my shed. Jeremy was awesome, respectful, timely, responsible, and had an awesome can do attitude. Had a great experience and I'm happy to be rat free! Highly recommend.

They come over, point at an obvious point of entry, and ask you to sign away thousands of dollars for continued, un-guaranteed support that never fully resolves the problem. The upfront exclusion work (usually an extra $600 or so) is a joke. Enter Wildlife Wizards. The second Leif shows up, he's walking all over my roof, crawling deep into my crawlspace in the most thorough exclusion inspection I've ever seen. There was a lot that had to be done, and Leif was willing to work with my budget to get it sorted! Unlike every other pest control company, their work actually resolved my problem and I would 1000% trust him with any ongoing/monthly support work. And then we had two days of work. Both project managers, Eric and Greg were wonderful people. They did their best. I really appreciate it to work. And, overall, the team did a good job based on what I can tell from outside. They worked clean, they were respectful, they showed up on time. The only problem, and that's the reason that I only give 3 star, but not 5 star, is there is this one person in office, Lori. She's really hard to work with. She has an attitude. I had some question about this invoice. Some numbers initial didn't make sense to me. But the way she handles things with attitude, she gives me this tone while speaking - she is too much frustrated and frustrating customers too. If i am paying $8,000, i will ask question. I think that's the only thing that was down. I will consider it's Super Attic solutions -, maybe in the future, assuming that they're going to fix the folks in office and their attitude.

Before booking, I confirmed this service multiple times--first with Ava during scheduling and again directly with the technician, Sam Dozer, before he even came to our home. Despite all of that, Sam showed up and then flat-out told us the company does not do this type of work at all. So let me be clear: * The website advertises the service * The scheduling rep confirmed it * The technician confirmed it * Then the technician arrived and said they don't do it This was a complete waste of time, incredibly unprofessional, and left us still dealing with a dead animal rotting inside our wall. When I showed him their own website proving the service is advertised, there was no accountability--just a shrug and denial. If a company cannot accurately represent the services they offer or communicate internally, they should not be in business. This is not a small misunderstanding--this is false advertising and terrible customer service. I will be attaching a screenshot of their website that clearly confirms what they claim to offer. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere.

Normally, I'd be pretty skeptical at that combination, but all of the positive reviews on Yelp convinced me to accept their offer. A few days later, as I write this I'm basking in the warmth of my new heater. The installation was smooth, painless, and well done. Despite some unexpected challenges in the home's design to figure out and overcome, they charged exactly their estimate; there were none of the kind of headaches or scams that one often expects dealing with contractors. The thing that really stood out though was that Jay was straightforward and honest in his assessment. I work on a lot of houses, so all the figures he gave for estimates were pretty much in line with what I would expect. Not too high, like he was selling me on a repair I didn't need. But also not underselling the cost of what needed to get done. To me, there's nothing more valuable then getting accurate information. Don't try and overinflate or udnerflate what costs will be. Just say it like it is and let me decide how to proceed. I will absolutely be using 4 Seasons for future Home Inspection work and I highly recommend them to anyone who needs a home assessed.
