Skip all other other pest control companies! Call Issaquah Pest Control!…read more We used Issaquah Pest Control Company for years but then they stopped servicing Snohomish County. We transferred to another service and were very, very disappointed. We recently fired our previous company and switched all of our service back to Issaquah Pest Control. What a breath of fresh air! We requested a full Inspection of our property and Treshon was out this morning for a full hour and a half! He was so nice, professional and thorough. I felt 100% confident that he actually cared about securing our home from pests. We plan to stick with Issaquah Pest Control for as long as they continue to service Snohomish County!

The person who showed up was not with sound pest but was with Fikes. He spent all of 5 mins walking through my house and sprayed an aerosol can that costs I believe $29.99. He did not spray in under or around anything. This was also not the description of service that was provided to me through yelp. I called to complain immediately after. I have also called to talk to a Manager multiple times. They always state they will call me back and never do. It might have been a great company before it was sold but do not let the historical positive reviews fool you this is not under the same management as before. Go somewhere else for service.

I've been a paying customer for 2 years, and instead of protecting my home, this company lied to…read moreme, endangered my family's health, and left me with $7,000 in damage. In July, their technician said there was "no evidence" of rodents in my attic. That was a blatant lie. Another company showed me the truth: massive piles of droppings, multiple nests, urine-soaked insulation, and mold. On 8/26/25, they scheduled an appointment between 11 am-1 pm. No one showed, no one called. When I called, I was told they "don't give ETAs." The technician never came. Meanwhile, rats got into my kitchen. My children have been breathing contaminated air for months. Their repeated health issues suddenly make a lot more sense now. Because of their failure, I now have to pay thousands of dollars out of pocket to rip out and replace insulation, clean up mold, and eradicate nests -- something that should have been caught long ago. This company took my money for years, never fixed the problem, never warned me about entry points, and clearly never cared. They strung me along while my house became infested. If you value your home, your money, or your family's health -- do not ever trust this company. They are incompetent, dishonest, and dangerous.

For $500, I received: -An 20 min initial visit from a technician that involved setting the $5 black clamp traps that can be found on Amazon with peanut butter bait, all within a 2 ft radius of the entry hatch for an entire attic -A follow up as the technician didn't have enough traps initially -Another follow up where a 18"x12" wire mesh was installed that covered roughly half of the hole What I didn't receive was: -Traps set in any useful location, all 6 traps were set within arms reach of the hatch of the attic because it is not their policy to go into the attic....to eradicate rodents in the whole attic. -Any inspection of the attic for additional entry points, nests, rodent carcasses, damage, etc. because it is against their policy to go in the attic -Traps that would exclude the squirrels from the attic such as one way door traps or any other techniques other than the cheap clamp traps -Traps outside to get them while on the roof going to the entry location as this was not their policy either -A sufficient exclusion treatment of the 1 entry point, I had to redo it myself to fully close the hole -A technician equipped with a ladder to access the roof -Any follow up to my email detailing the issues before leaving a review All of this resulted in exactly 0 squirrels caught on my property. Will never choose them again. Kudos to the technician on his attitude and timeliness. But he was not experienced nor equipped with techniques, equipment, or policies to do the job.

After a search on Yelp, I found Kelly's Pest Control and one other company with great ratings. I sent messages to both companies on Saturday and Kelly replied first thing Monday morning. Mike is a very nice man and is one of the reasons, that if needed, I will call Kelly's Pest Control again. I think he was at my home for about 30 minutes. After calling Attic crew, they delivered a standout experience and have seemingly solved our issue. Specifically, Juan Grattan led our project and I highly recommend him. On the initial consultation he came out and did the most thorough inspection I had seen. Looking into every possible space for many hours and delivered us a quote that was itemized so we knew exactly what we were paying for. We payed for the rodent proofing with a warrenty and this was a great value. They were true to their word. It was a process of continually finding new entrypoints, closing them off, and identifying changes. They came out numerous times to inspect and make improvements over the course of 2 months and finally got it under control. Each time they came out, they did not charge anything additional. Juan made sure to keep a very high bar for the work being done and earned my trust.

I wish i can put 0* here. I have rodent issue in my backyard and i found out this company on google…read morereview, wish i would have checked yelp before hand. The initial assigned person promised how their bait and strategy is advanced and even have a entire village built to test the poison bait, DO NOT TRUST any of that. I paid $100/month not including several hundreds of dollars in the initial service, all they did is come and replace bait station, when asked to do more to put it under control, the only thing they did is to put snap trap inside the station, nothing more after that. they killed probably 6(visible ones) or so rodents through half year of service, i did that myself within a week with snap trap and poison. Then winter came, the rodent activity got worse, got like 8 rat holes and a collapsed stone tiles. And i told them i saw a rat peaking outside the hole the other day, and the onsite dude told me it could be anything, and if i don't take a picture of it, they wouldn't trust what i said. i mean i subscribed them for the exact service and there are holes all over a corner of my fence, do i look like i subscribed and paid $100/month for fun? Most of all, this is no way to talk to a customer, it takes years to build a trust, and only 1 second to destroy. I was willing to give them 1-2 month to give them one more try, but the dude just told me i should cancel it which i did. and the dude ended up taking away all my bait stations, including ones i owned myself, i thought i paid hundred of dollars in the initial service to get those bait station and baits and $100 per month for those. This is a company that you pay money to them for a service, and they spend more time telling you what you need to do than do it them.
