We knew we had a huge hive on top of our roof because we could see the yellow jackets swarming around our skylight. We called several exterminators but many of them declined to take the job because of the location of the hive on our roof. We were delighted that Jay from Bugnation offered to take the job. He came out the next day to spray an chemical agent on the hive. The following morning, he returned and removed the hive from our roof. I would strongly recommend Bugnation to get rid of pests especially the bugs like yellow jacket. We recently found a yellow jacket nest in our 3 floor townhome. On a weekend, I noticed increasingly loud sounds emanating from my bedroom wall and could correlate it with a point at which wasps were constantly entering/exiting the house siding. The intensity of the noise increased significantly such that I was concerned that waiting too long (even a day or two) for an appointment could result in a bigger problem. Bugnation was able to come out on the same day and very quickly/easily treat the area. They also answered all my questions and walked around the house (at my request) simply to make sure that was the only problem area. The price was very reasonable and they did not try to upsell me, as other companies did when I called to inquire.
