Very responsive and understanding. We found that the critters in the storage area were not rats, but were Douglas squirrels so the traps were removed. Dale understood that these are an indigenous species and are protected. read more

Friendly, efficient, and thorough! We have been with Kada for several years and appreciate their attention to detail, friendly technicians, and thoroughness. Being the new Facilities Manager this past year and working with Kada Pest has been awesome. Great follow up and I'm glad they check in with me when they arrive. Glad they let me know after the service how the activity of rodents, spiders, and ants are doing. Great service. read more

Dale and his team at Kada are simply the best. We've had them on a quarterly service for years and if there's any pest trouble in between, they are just a call away and always come as soon as possible. They are always incredibly delightful when they show up and take the time to explain the services and based on their knowledge, if there is anything we should look out for based on trends they've seen in the area. We have preventative pest measures in the crawl space facilitated by Kada and our kitchen remodel workers (who have seen probably thousands of crawl spaces) said they were impressed on the cleanliness of the crawl space. They said it was not like the others! Thank you Kada! Any homeowner should have a pest exterminator on hand - if you don't and you have an unexpected issue, you're just a number for a big company who will "get to you when they can" - we are lucky to have Kada who truly cares about their customers. read more

Received great service from Kyle this morning. He did a thorough investigation of our rodent problem and provided a clearly designed and reasonably priced mitigation plan. We are anticipating a quick end to any weird sounds in the attic. We had no idea how easy it was for rodents to slip between the slightest gap between boards. Thanks for the great information and service! read more

Great job as usual! Thorough in their inspection and correction of the problems. Thank you!

Kada Pest Management is a locally-owned and family-operated business. Dale and Karen have always been great to work with. They are honest, caring and responsive. No sales pitches or up-sells; just honest assessments. I have used their services since my first house. When we moved to our second house, we had major rodent and spider issues. They did an amazing job getting rid of the pests as well as the exclusion work. Dale and John Ryan came to our house promptly during the summer when I had a huge nest of yellow jackets in our attic vents. John Ryan is the technician that has been doing our bi-monthly service. He is kind, attentive and does an amazing job. I would recommend Kada to anyone looking for a past management services. read more

Kada Pest Management is the only pest control service we trust. Their quarterly service keeps us covered. Jason, our tech is knowledgable, a great communicator and he recently has taken care of the following for us: aggressive bees, concrete ants, and rodent removal and exclusion. Thank you Dale and Karen! read more

Fantastic Customer Service! After moving into our new home in West Seattle we discovered tons of creepy crawly ginormous spiders, as well as wasps and other lovely bugs inside and all around outside. We called Dale with Kada Pest Management and he was able to work around my chaotic schedule, and got out here as soon as possible. He was so knowledgable, friendly, detail orientated, and really walked me through the whole process. We now feel more comfortable with our two little ones playing outside and not worrying about anymore unwelcome visitors inside our house! I highly recommend Kada Pest Management! read more

Been a loyal customer for many years. They are trusted vendor I would not do without. Excellent communication. Great people. Very professional. Get to know them personally. Kudos to John Ryan who has been doing our quarterly treatments for past couple of years. He is our go to when ants start coming inside after long periods of heavy rain. We enjoy working with Ryan and team! read more

1) Showed up 10 min. early. Awesome. 2) Super professional & courteous - jumped right to the problem I was having (ants) and proceeded to scope out the house (and underneath) to see how far the damage had gone. 3) Did the treatment, gave me a fair assessment on scheduled service (which was not a 'sell') and some advice on how to repair the damage & prevent further issues. My experience seemed consistent with other reviews, I'd use them again without hesitation. Hope I don't have to... read more

This company is one of the best I've ever worked with. Dale came out same day to investigate a mouse problem. He spent over an hour at our house, showing me all the problem areas, and explained everything in great detail. He then set some traps and came back a week later to remove them and set up a more permanent solution. A month later we had some bees nests pop up on a portion of the roof top high to reach, so he came out, without an additional charge, and took care of them. Not only does Dale do incredible work, he's also an amazingly kind guy and as honest as they come. I will be having him back out 3-4 times a year for pest management and I will HIGHLY recommend him to everyone I know. THE BEST!!! read more

Great service and great people. Been with them for over a year. Its always nice when your dealing with family owned businesses that care about their customers. No more rats and mice in the house! Thanks Dale! read more

This is a review of the customer service only. I was trying to have a pest issue resolved and left a message. Karen got back to me in 15 minutes. She was really nice to let me know they were too busy at the time for a new customer, due to the busy time of the year, but they wanted to make sure I wasn't waiting on them to have the situation resolved. She also gave a recommendation of someone who could potentially handle the issue. She was really nice and seemed to care about my issue. If their customer service is a representation of their work they would be great to work with. I will try to work with them in the future. read more

Kada has been wonderful in assisting us with an ant and spider problem in our home. Each person we have spoken with is kind, attentive and quick to respond. In addition, the staff members who have performed the services at our home are prompt and friendly. Highly recommend this company! read more

I took a chance given the high Yelp ratings - Kada Pest Management is definitely worth the stars! I have a sugar ant problem that was driving me bonkers and have a party to host in 2 days. Rebecca in the office was able to schedule me same day as my call, and Dale (owner) came out to take care of the problem. He was in and out of my house in approximately one hour, did the interior injections and sprayed all around the perimeter of the house, and so far so good, no more ants. Dale was patient in explaining what different solutions were available to take care of my ant problem, he was knowledgeable with ants, and offered to come back (no charge) to spray again if they came back. He did not make me feel stupid for asking questions. Plus, he was extremely reasonable in what he charged given the scope of work he preformed. I would recommend him readily to anyone who has pest problems, ants or otherwise. read more

I've been meaning to write a review for a while; we've been using Kada for over a year now and we are so happy with them. After several DIY attempts to rid our home of kitchen ants, we finally called in the pros. We are so glad we called Kada! Dale always explains everything he's doing to us, they are easy to schedule with, and most importantly - it works! No more house ants in between visits. Lastly, we own a family business ourselves so we appreciate another good, honest family business when we come across one. Kada is just that. Give them a call, you won't be sorry! read more

Love this Mukilteo business. We found a hornet's nest in our side yard. They came the same day we called and removed the nest. Very thankful for their prompt and kind service! read more

Kada has been nothing but a great experience for our family. We live near a rockery that is harboring some unwanted rats and we hired them for that purpose. First, the service has been great. Second, with a service agreement they handle many other types of pests which is included in the cost. Finally, whenever an appointment is scheduled, I receive a call and they accommodate my schedule really well. If you're looking for pest control, run by a local family, and you want an excellent experience I recommend you give them a call! read more

I was excited to find a service that would be safe for my dogs. The first time they came out they were very accommodating. I never asked them to come back out, in fact I forgot that I had a pest service until they showed up again to spray - no appointment, just showed up. I had company and didn't have time to discuss so I told him to go ahead. I paid the bill. I have spiders really bad and called for them to come back out, a service that was promised to me when I signed up. The woman I spoke to was so rude. She was clear that the spiders are bad this year and I needed to be reasonable with my expectations and basically to not bother them unless I wanted to pay more money. How much more reasonable can I be to never call them?? This was my first time asking them to come back out. They came out to spray and the very next day I had spiders so it obviously did not work. I didn't contact them right away because the woman was so incredibly rude but I figured - she's just one person and maybe she had a bad day. I contacted them again and it didn't get any better. After more back and forth than I care to do I just told them to keep the money and cancel my service. It was clear that was their goal. I would not do business again with these people. read more

I had wasps boring holes into the walls of my house and could hear them eating their way in. It was very creepy and unsettling. Dale came and promptly identified where the wasps were coming in from and without upsetting the nest, sprayed the area and repaired the hole. He was safety conscience as well making sure I was inside the house in case the wasps started coming out. We never had issues with them again. He also noticed we had some tiny ants living in the cracks of our garage and gave us some nifty traps to take care of the issue. He was very knowledgable and professional and will definitely use him again if we ever have another pesky problem! read more

Timely, Thorough, Educated, Knowledgeable; as well as Professional, Fair, Detailed, Friendly, AND with Great Integrity! Can't say enough about this company! With a rodent issue under my house as well as going into my basement, I was truly frantic for someone I could trust to help me out. I am so thankful to have found Dale. He made it over the same day, which was huge as I was very stressed about this situation. He was very kind to me. Dale explained the process and told me about the products he uses. He also did a thorough inspection all around my home, finding where the rats were finding their way into the crawl space and also where they were likely to try (called soft spots!). He inspected the basement and attic as well. He was extremely knowledgeable about the pest portion of his business, and well educated with the codes regarding home construction issues (such as how to install the vapor barrier and how many inches down my foundation should be into the ground), among many other things. He was also personable and easy to trust. Honest and hard working, Dale does things the right way. He is thorough and uses the right materials. A true professional. As a single mom of a vulnerable adult child, it's important for me to trust the people who come into my home, not just that they will do great work, but that they are also good people. We will maintain our professional relationship with Dale, Karen and Caleb permanently, as long as they'll have us! Caleb is a sweet little boy and is quite helpful to his Dad. They are a great team. Prices were very reasonable. I would have been willing to pay more for all we are getting from this business, so they are well worth it! I'm thankful it was affordable for me since I am a single mom with some money struggles. I trust and know what needs to be done, is done correctly. I feel safe in Kada Pest Management's hands. My dogs are also safe with the products they use, which is vital. I highly recommend this family-owned business. read more

Truly amazing service. Dale with Kada Pest Management is an expert, and super-nice. We had a flea and spider problem and initially I wasn't sure what to do because I have a cat with sensitive skin. Now I'm very comfortable with having my house treated. Dale is very knowledgeable and uses natural products - no impact on me or the cat. I recently discovered signs that an animal was living in my garage and called Kada on a Sunday night, The next day, Dale was at my house and took care of the problem with ease. I was so relieved! Kada is a family-owned company - and they've made me feel like a part of the family. Kada is truly the best! read more

Dale stopped by my home today in Mukilteo and was the consummate professional. He was quickly able to identify the problem we were having (wasps on our balcony and ants inside our home) and treated both areas quickly. Dale is knowledgeable and trust him implicitly with our pest control issues. He understood my concerns because of my young child in the home and didn't try to gauge me. He even gave me a discount on the quote because the treatment that was required wasn't as complex as was possibly necessary. If we ever have any other pest issues, Dale and Kada Pest Management is our go to company. You can't go wrong with them! Thanks Dale! read more

Fantastic! Great communicators and very friendly and knowledgeable. From the quick answers to my many emailed questions, to Dale... a great company that are completely honest and reliable. Updated July 2015 We purchased a home in Sept 2014 and Kada generously offered to continue our quarterly services without the standard new-home assessment since we'd only used his services for 1 month. We have been very pleased with Kada for almost a year now. The quarterly service is GREAT bc it also covers any additional calls / visits that arise. Do asking him back Out 2 times cost nothing additional and his service was still superb. Kada Treats its customers like good family. It is a rare quality business in an age of ridiculous businesses. Trust him! read more

Seattle apparently has a rat problem and one of them got into our house. Other home-owners say they've had rats in their house so it's common in Seattle. Kada came over THREE times to make sure the rat got out and checked the home for entry points. They are not afraid of rats! I definitely don't want to touch them, so I am glad they are not afraid to do the dirty work. The pricing was fair and service was good. If you have rodents or other creatures in your home, call Kada. read more

They got me in within a week. Came and took care of a bunch of spiders and ants. Was a little sticker shocked but it was better priced than competitors and on going service is provided at a good price. It was definitely worth the money tho. I contacted Orkin and Kada at the same time. Orkin took 24 hours to get back to me snd then with just an email! Kada scheduled quickly and the technician, Dennis, was right on time. He was polite and very helpful. Such a great experience that I signed up for a service. Thank you. read more

I don't have many experiences with rodents or pests, but recently my attic had a rustling noise and as it turned out we had rats. I called KADA and within 2 days Dale (the owner) was at my house, had laid traps and diagnosed the problem as well as the entrance points. I am huge with customer service and business integrity and being a business owner my self I am very particular in who I choose to do business with. I was so impressed I hired him to maintain my business too! Dale was extremely knowledgable, friendly, Thorough and HONEST. I know friends who have spent thousands of dollars because their pest company told them the sky was falling and sold them every unnecessary service they offered. That was not the case with KADA, Dale showed me everything he could do and even showed me how to save money and fix some entrance points myself - name one business that has that much integrity!? I can't say it enough, if you find yourself in the unfortunate situation of having to deal with pests, call these guys because they are legit! read more

It is so rare these days to find a company that is just truly honest and fair and actually enjoys doing a good job. Dale is a true bug expert - he's actually an entymologist. Can you imagine my luck finding this guy? He takes real joy in sleuthing out the source of the problem and what will actually fix it. I'd done a fair amount of research online before calling for pest management and really wanted someone who would get to the heart of the matter. He brought so much more to the project than I ever could have figured out myself (without getting an Entymology degree). I'm also really happy to be working with a husband and wife team - total professionals. Don't ever change KADA! You are a godsend. read more
