I was a repeat customer, for a problem that turns out they may not have eradicated the first time. I think these guys are good and do good work... IF they're able to solve it in that first visit. In two separate paid visits now, the "follow-up" appointments to check their work that THEY INITIATE get canceled. This last time, they rescheduled SIX TIMES, all last minute, after the time they were supposed to have shown up, or without any warning at all other than a "reschedule text" later. Do NOT pay your invoice after that first visit until you actually KNOW the problem has been solved, because the "free" follow-up appointments have been canceled last minute way too many times. And this was with written acknowledgement that the job had not been completed. I will share their "understanding" and empathetic "we're standing you up again" template here. Considering they started repeating excuses, I'm surprised they didn't accidentally send me the template itself: "Good morning, [customer]. We sincerely apologize for the [short notice, confusion, inconvenience]. Unfortunately, the technician assigned to your service has informed us that he is [sick, injured, forgot ladder, custom]. We appreciate your understanding, as this situation is beyond our control. Would you be available to reschedule your appointment on [Mon-Fri] (##/##) between ##:## and ##:## [am/pm]. Please let us know if this works for you, or kindly share your availability. Thank you for your patience and understanding." Honoring their appointments is NOT outside of their control. It's baffling a service provider would write this -- I will help translate: "We make one attempt at a job and then invoice you, stand you up multiple times for our advertised and self-initiated follow-up appointments, and then straightfaced gaslight you over text. Thank you for your understanding. We count on you being flexible, infinitely tolerant, reasonable and professional when workmanship issues arise, so that we don't have to be."

Upon arrival of technician, they discovered where the rats were coming from, but said he wont patch up the holes. Technician said we would have to hire another company for patchwork. So now we have to hire another company to patch the holes 2) a complete survey was not done. Technician didnt even go up stairs or in the attic. 3) the texts received from the company was offering a $130 off coupon if we hired them. Obviously some communication issues with the person texting and whom I called, because I already hired them. 4) so paid $500 for laying down a few traps. Not worth it. Would not recommend to any of my neighbors.

Jeremy came back, assessed the situation, and came back with a clear plan of actions. He even got a dead decaying rat out of my car hood for me. He immediately found rat access points. They're not easy to find alone, and also requires going into dirty wet or nasty spaces. I mean Jeremy crawled under my deck, crawl space, checked out the attic. It's not an easy or clean job! Then spent a few weeks setting traps, blocking access points with hardware wire and concrete or flashing, and came by often to check traps, pick up dead rodents, and check activity. I went from rat problem to no rats in a few weeks. After confirming no activity, we sanitized my crawl space and redid parts of my insulation and vapor barrier - which had rat poo all over it. He also helped me block rat access to my shed. Jeremy was awesome, respectful, timely, responsible, and had an awesome can do attitude. Had a great experience and I'm happy to be rat free! Attic had been ignored for years. It was one of those places nobody really thinks about until…read moresomething feels off in the house. Lately the upstairs rooms always felt dusty and the temperature kept changing a lot, cold at night and warm during the day. Someone suggested checking the attic and once it was opened it was pretty obvious the insulation was very old and the space needed a real cleaning. Team came out and took their time looking around first. They explained what they were seeing and why the old insulation was not really doing its job anymore. There was a lot of buildup, old insulation, dust, and just years of stuff sitting in the attic. Once they started removing everything it was kind of surprising how much came out. Whole attic was cleaned out properly before anything new went in. They also pointed out a few small openings where air was getting in and sealed those while they were up there. After that the new insulation was installed and the difference started to show pretty quickly. Upstairs already feels more comfortable and the house keeps the temperature much better. Air feels cleaner too, which was something that was noticed almost right away. One thing that stood out was how careful they were during the process. They covered areas they were walking through and cleaned everything before leaving so there was no mess left behind. Attic cleaning and insulation is probably one of those things people forget about until it becomes a problem. Looking back it probably should have been done earlier, but really glad it finally got taken care of. House feels better overall and it just gives peace of mind knowing the attic is clean and properly insulated now. Really good experience from start to finish.

On the Day of work.... They showed up on time. The first priority was to protect my house by building a plastic tunnel from crawl space to the front door. The whole crawl space was completely cleaned and cleared by lunch time, and all of the insulation was neatly packaged in garbage bags and piled in my front yard. During lunch Ron took these to the transfer station. The afternoon was spent installing new high quality insulation, wrapping pipes and ductwork, and laying down and sealing the new visquine, at 4:30 they were done. She felt my fear of rodents so that is a plus. They sent in the Punisher , Alex. I made that name up by the way but his name was Alex and he didn't come to play around. Got right down to business and showed me what I need to do to get my house back in shape from rodents. He pointed out the holes from my crawl space which I would never ever go in. He saw a new hole created underneath my crawlspace from another animal which he sealed up for me. Alex also flashed lights at the wall to see any light bleed through it . If there were any that's where the rodents would be entering in. Now Alex set up massive amount of traps under my crawlspace and outside the house. TLDR It was a rat colony but it's all gone. I placed 6 ring camera all over my place and there has been zero activity. 14 rats were taken out and even the mother rat. That was huge! I couldn't get the mother rat with my own traps . It was destroyed in the crawl space. I even have videos of it getting out my sticky traps. Alex annihilated the rats so bad I found a few dead behind my siding wall which lead to a new hole discovery. You can tell it's behind the wall by the smell. Like something is dead but you don't know where. I volunteer to buy myself an endoscope and I saw piles of dead rats behind my wall. It was massive. Alex not only showed me the holes where the rats were coming in ( 8 holes) but also educated me that bird feeders is the reason why my area has rat issues. I don't own any bird feeders but the neighbor 3 house down just spill entire bag of bird seeds all over the floor. My god. I will be using Pest solutions in the future. Heck once every 3 months I will call them to come do a routine check. After seeing my neighbor bird seeds all over the damn floor, I have to get pest control .

The rep arrived on date scheduled and after going in the crawl space informed there are mouses. Given an option to leave traps in crawl space and they would secure any openings into the home. I was informed they can't get into the walls as the house underneath was covered leaving no access to the walls. They charged me $500 to leave the traps and would return at a later date to retrieve the traps. They failed to set up follow up in a timely manner as I had to call back several times inquiring about the follow up. Yes, I agreed to the charges but felt the price seemed high for the work they did. Still scratching noises behind the walls.
