My friends and I visited Nucci's this evening to see what all the hubbub was about. Gotta say, we had a great time! We were able to secure a reservation at 7:45 and the owner greeted us and took us to our table. The ambience was great, we were able to watch the sun set, and our server, the owner's son, was impeccable, physically and otherwise. We had unlimited bread, and the butter was a work of art, it looked like it belonged on a wedding cake. Speaking of weddings, the Italian wedding soup was the best I had ever had. My friends and I agreed that the food was superb, and they even let us take home our leftovers, which were large considering the generous portions. The prices varied depending on the luxury of the item; there was a wide range of cuisine for a wide range of pocketbooks and checking account balances. I liked that they had pasta your way explicitly on the menu. The music was great, it wasn't crowded whatsoever, and our food came in a timely manner. The only negative was that the ladies' restroom was out of soap, which was promptly remedied by the eager-to-please owner. I don't doubt that people may have had negative experiences, as happens at any restaurant, but we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and are glad we made the trip! P.S. Don't try the oregano; it's actually red pepper. P.P.S. There is a large wine bottle on display; I don't believe it is for consumption. read more

We visited for the first time last night. We ordered chicken parm, filet mignon, garlic mashed potatoes, salads and Arancini and artichoke French. Delicious !! Chad was our server. Excellent service Husband had IPA beer and i had strawberry daiquiris. Also very cold and tasty. Dishes cleaned up timely and leftovers wrapped up very well. Portion size was big enough that we had leftovers. Never felt rushed nor did we wait for any service. The owner and his staff were very friendly and offered warm welcomes and goodbyes. I am one of those people that will be annoyed at the simplest thing that can ruin an experience and we would never go back. Too many good restaurants out there to settle for when you can get excellent variety and quality of food/service at a favorite restaurant. I will say the that we will definitely, without a doubt go back to Nucci's and try more off their menu. We could only order/eat so much last night. We are looking forward to our next visit. We both highly recommend trying Nucci's. You won't be disappointed and I'm a tough person to please. We love in north Greece and the drive was easy and again well worth it. wow ppl on this sight are cruel. I've been in the food industry for over 40 years I do not believe the customers always Right either. Unless you have been in the food business or a server,busser ,hostess,dish washer bartender,cook or chef you have no right to be so cruel,I've done all of these things in this business you have to learn so many things unless you have ever been in this business then you have NO Right to be Nasty Cruel to business owners. I work at Nucci's and when I've gotta come out and defend the owner his wife or one of his family members because the customer has a Huge Potty Mouth then I have a problem with the customer most ppl couldn't do my job Trust most ppl have no ppl Skills. To set the record straight We do not microbe any of our food everything is homemade right down to the salad dressings. So to those loud mouths that are not speaking just yelling you have no clue. I've tried Italian restaurants all over the city, from Papa John's to Roncone's to Dominic's to Proietti's to Bazil's. And this place ranks consistently in my top two favorites. I've been here 6 times since they opened in December. Every single time, the food has been consistently amazing. The only dish I haven't loved is the Chicken French - certainly edible, I just like my sauce with a stronger lemon and wine flavor. But everything else been top notch - calamari, veal parmesan, seafood platter, prime rib, etc. I know they had one ventilation issue but that was corrected. As for the review that claimed they got cold food etc., I can't possibly believe that. The servers go out of their way to accommodate you and are some of the best wait staff I've ever seen. I have very high standards and this is one of the few places I recommend without any caveats etc. I haven't been disappointed yet! read more

I don't normally do reviews but when I saw their rating I was very surprised and have to add my 2 cents in. I do not understand the bad reviews. My family and I went for dinner at Nucci's last night and the food was delicious, service was excellent and the staff extremely friendly and attentive. I ordered the haddock which was seasoned and cook perfectly, other family members ordered steaks which were also perfect, and two others ordered pasta dishes which were also fresh, warm and delicious. We ordered cookies to go and they threw in extras. I haven't had service like this in a long while. Looking at some comments they mention issues because the restaurant was short staffed due to covid which was and still is case for some businesses, people needed to be more patient through these trying times. I would say Nucci's are up and running perfectly and I will be going back. read more

My husband and I went to dinner at Nucci's in Webster. What a wonderful experience. We were greeted and seated immediately with smiles from all. The atmosphere was so soothing and relaxing. The food was absolutely amazing. I had the Sicilian calamari-best calamari I have had by far and order that out a lot. The seafood bisque was loaded with lobster, scallops, and clams, also the best I have ever had. My husband had the baked penne with a side of meatballs. He was also very pleased with his meal. Our waiter Steve was probably one of the best we have had while dining out. He was so professional, yet very engaging and took care of all of our needs before we even had to ask. My wife and I travel roughly an hour to get to Nucci's. We have a couple of Italian style restaurants close by, but we really like the food here. The staff is/was very welcoming upon on arrival, and the food was great. A nice salad or soup will accompany our choice of dinner and plenty of fresh bread and butter to fill you up even before your entree is delivered. The restaurant is very clean. The food has always been excellent and the owner is appreciative of his customers. As always people like what they like, and that's why I travel a hour to get this food! read more

I ordered a take out meal for my mother for mother's dayl. She is in a nursing home. I asked that it be ready at 4:30 and it was. The food was amazing- we had the traditional calamari, grilled scallops (which I asked to have prepared either broiled or sauteed, which was not a problem) and the cream of asparagus soup. This place is the epitome of awful! The food was terrible. The service was mediocre. The owner was a slob and had no care for his poor excuse for hospitality. We came with a party of 4, all but one of us had cold food. If you look online, you will see pictures of them serving moldy food and servers bad mouthing patrons. Rat traps outside their kitchen, and garbage everywhere. Not sure why we went there to eat, but we won't be coming back. read more

Hmmmm well, I enjoy dining and supporting smaller family restaurants but this establishment deserves no support whatsoever. The older shorter man who sat us could not have been more miserable and uninviting, as If we were bothering him. I wanted to get up and leave after that initial impression. Server Steve was super friendly, knowledgeable, enthusiastic. One of the best servers I've encountered in a very long time. Ordered the Osso Buoco and was a very large portion. If you go on a busy night like Fridays be patient. You may have to wait a bit, but I guarantee the food will be worth it. Remember the food is made to order. Nothing is frozen!
