I ordered a cup of the Creamy Tomato Basil Soup, the Fried Green Tomato BLT, and a Mocktail. The soup was so delicious, I wanted more, but then I could not eat the sandwich. I love FGT & BLT. What a nice Mocktail: Pom & Happenstance Blueberry Syrup, Org eat, Pomegranate juice. Divine. The second time at dinner. The day Steak special with a rich creamy sauce of caramelized onions Bacon bits. Mashed Potatoes and Asparagus. A glass of Red Blends Dessert was an Apple Crisp Pie. Wonderful dinner. Great place. It looked good and close to where my customers work place was. It turned out to be a good choice. I called for a lunch reservation but turned out it wasn't needed. There were a few tables filled but there was plenty of room. The tables were nice as we got a high top that reminded me of a bowling lane it was kinda cool. The chairs were mismatched on purpose and I loved it. They had a sitting area with a big soft looking couch. The menu was a good size and I liked a bunch of options. I went with the rice bowl with portobello. It was delicious. It had picked vegetables, rice, pico and some sort of wasabi drizzle. I would have eaten another. We got an app that was pita, veggies and pita. The hummus was good and the pesto was very good the only down side is it could have had more pita as there was a lot of pesto hummus and roasted red pepper dip left. Staff was quick and chef was on top of her game I would suggest for anyone that is in the area. Stop in give it a try. I will come back and try some other meals. The burgers that came out looked amazing as they went by

My favorite dish was the New England Chowder Style Fish Soup. It was so fresh and flavorful. The cod tasted so good with the potatoes, carrots, onions and parsley. All of our dishes were prepared by a very friendly lady who immigrated from the DR. Everything tasted incredible and we left feeling very satiated. Definitely can't wait to come back! Would recommend making reservations beforehand since there's only space for ~16 ppl.

It was creamy and well portioned even for two of us sharing. We then opted for the littleneck clams, which was served with chorizo. The broth/soup was perfect to dip some house rolls! We then ended with our favorite thing on the menu - the shrimp sliders, well seasoned and served with a side or chips For dessert we had the lovely, rich budino. A cup of coffee on the side hit the spot! What I truly love about this place is the transparency - the cook is right in front of you! You can see them working meticulously to put together our shrimp sliders or the octopus salad if that's your fancy I love how cozy it is yet bright and vibrant. Highly recommend this spot!

The place has a warm, down-to-earth vibe that makes you feel right at home, like a true local favorite should. We specifically went back for the prime rib after reading someone mention how they prepared it just the way they liked -- we both ordered it seared and it was honestly the best prime rib I've ever had. Perfectly cooked, full of flavor, and mouth watering. The prices were very reasonable, the portions were just right, and nothing felt overdone or pretentious. Also, don't skip the fried cheese curds -- they were amazing. If you're anywhere near the area, The Decoy is absolutely worth a stop (or two).

From the building and decor, to the drinks and decor, NOLA is everywhere on the menu and in the restaurant. We started with a State Street Hurricane (dark and light rum, passionfruit, and lime) and a Spicy Margarita, which were both great. We had a half dozen of both of their oyster selections (Malpeque from PEI and Spindrift from MA), which they serve with freshly shaved horseradish (a nice touch). Then we shared a Caesar salad, their fish fry, and their special of the night - pan-seared arctic char (with a creamy tomato sauce with capers, cheesy grits, and garlicy spinach). Everything was great. As usual, our eyes were bigger than our stomachs, and we couldn't eat everything we ordered. But the food was so good we ate most of our leftovers the next day for breakfast. The service was very good, and the vibes are great - it's comfortable, casual, and fun. We had a fun meal and some great food. I'd happily return.
