I recently moved a 1 bedroom 3 miles down the road. I was super nervous about hiring any of the moving companies. I worried about fake reviews, my stuff being stolen, the movers being careless and damaging my stuff or my new unit. I requested a quote on Yelp and went with the company who had the least negative reviews regarding damage. They responded to me right away and quoted me $109 an hour. I did a lot of Yelp research before deciding to go with them. I would've moved all of my stuff myself if I had someone to help me. Instead, I boxed up all my stuff and took most of it to my new house in my own car. I left the big furniture for these guys including two massive ikea glass cabinets, two dressers, toddler crib, king sized mattress/bed frame, patio furniture, gas grill, and a few other things. I disassembled the bed frame and everything myself. I did as much work as I could before they got there in case I happened to get movers who were running the clock. I FaceTimed with one of the employees the day before and he told me no longer than 5 hours max, which I thought was reasonable. When the two employees showed up, they assessed and got right to work. They both spoke mainly Russian and were extremely hard/fast/efficient workers. I never saw them resting for more then 2-3 minutes at a time. I was very pleased with how fast and efficient they operated. The move was completed successfully and nothing was damaged at all. They managed to get everything done in 2 hours! There was a 3 hour minimum so the total bill was $327. I ended up giving them $600 total so they could have a nice tip. They didn't waste my time and they didn't damage anything. A job very well done. I will not research next time I need to move, I will just call these guys up again. read more

I needed an upright piano picked up and moved to my house which was 4 miles from the original location. Their quote was very competitive with other movers. The team was on time, packed it nice. Had some difficulty moving it out of the first location as it was really heavy but they made it work. Moved the piano into my house no problem. Overall it took an hour to complete. I've moved many times and hired movers before but this team was the friendliest of them all! I left my keys with Andrew because I had to step out at multiple points while they were working because I felt like I could trust him. I had multiple people helping throughout and ALL of their personalities were very down to earth and they got to work right away. Despite helping me with lots of heavy furniture and reassembling my extensive gym equipment late into the night, they continued to greet me with non stop smiles and kind gestures which was extremely impressive. They were extremely patient with me and overlooked my mistake of switching the drop off/pickup locations (thankfully, the locations were only a mile apart). Man oh man, where do I begin?! (this was also my reaction when packing and unpacking. Lol!) Long story short...My boyfriend and I had to move from Orange County, CA to West LA, CA. They even had to lower a piece of furniture over the balcony because it wouldn't fit down the stairs or in the elevator. Kate, the office manager, was my main point of contact through Yelp and she made sure all of my questions were answered and made clear what would happen on the day of my move. I booked them at the beginning of the month for an end of month local move in LA and communication was clear from start to finish. My wife and I were moving a one bedroom apartment so we hired 3 movers for the job. These guys were fast! They arrived on-time and their foreman, Walter, wasted no time making a plan of attack. They were very efficient and the team seemed to run like a well-oiled machine. I'd highly recommend hiring 3 movers if you can instead of 2. One person stays in the apartment disassembling and wrapping furniture, one person moves things that are ready to load, and the third person is in the truck organizing and keeping an eye on your stuff. Really, I cannot recommend them enough. NOTHING WAS DAMAGED. They even moved my 55" flat screen TV without a problem. The bonus? They are a Ukrainian company and a portion of their proceeds is donated to the fighters in Ukraine. read more
