They picked me up on time and brought me straight to my destination. Very friendly driver, would use again!

This team showed up on time (a few minutes early even) and tried to make the experience as pleasant as possible. What we hoped to be a 3 hour job turned into 8 hours but the team of 3 hustled along and helped us move our entire home and backyard into our new home. I will for sure recommend them to any of my friends and family in the future. read more

Nextgen was able to book me within a week. We had 3 movers and they disassembled and reassembled our furniture and bedroom sets. They seemed very knowledgeable of the process, and were very respectful throughout the move. Hard workers and no complaints while working. Let us know if they saw pre existing damage to our items. Very good communication during the move. Very satisfied with our choice of choosing them! read more

I sent this company a damage claim in writing per the contracts directions via Fedex w/signature required. After three+ weeks of attempted delivery, Fedex reported that suite 525 doesn't exist and returned my claim. I had given Fedex this companies phone number to arrange alternate delivery. Again, how can you claim damages via writing only if they don't provide a valid mailing address, nor respond to queries from Fedex? Buyer Beware! The moving contract specifies you have up to nine months to make a claim. This posted address doesn't exist. 3440 Wilshire Blvd Ste 525 Los Angeles, CA 90010 read more

Nextgen was very responsive and the movers were great and the price was very reasonable. They got delayed in another job so the move was quite delayed - otherwise I would give them 5stars. read more

This is the guy you need to help you move your entire home. Walter and his guy will impress you how efficiently to get the job done. Strong and quick! And you will be surprised to find out Walter was a musician. Highly recommended! read more

Nextgen Moving was the best moving experience I've ever had and I have moved A LOT. Kate, the office manager, was my main point of contact through Yelp and she made sure all of my questions were answered and made clear what would happen on the day of my move. I booked them at the beginning of the month for an end of month local move in LA and communication was clear from start to finish. My wife and I were moving a one bedroom apartment so we hired 3 movers for the job. These guys were fast! They arrived on-time and their foreman, Walter, wasted no time making a plan of attack. They were very efficient and the team seemed to run like a well-oiled machine. I'd highly recommend hiring 3 movers if you can instead of 2. One person stays in the apartment disassembling and wrapping furniture, one person moves things that are ready to load, and the third person is in the truck organizing and keeping an eye on your stuff. Really, I cannot recommend them enough. NOTHING WAS DAMAGED. They even moved my 55" flat screen TV without a problem. The bonus? They are a Ukrainian company and a portion of their proceeds is donated to the fighters in Ukraine. read more

Movers came over on time and were respectful and very professional. They took good care of all of my things and worked hard.

They got the job done especially for the price! For the amount of things we had, furniture, etc, it was really helpful and glad my roommate picked them! read more

So far the best movers I hired!!! They arrived earlier than show up time. After I showed them my place and the stuff needs to be moved, they went on and started moving my house hold goods. They wrapped everything so it won't get damage, dis-assembled and assembled my furniture as well. They are very professional!! Every time I tried to move things myself, they'll ask me "oh we can move it" and mover are very respectful as well. Highly recommend hiring Next Gen moving!!! read more

Nextgen was awesome. I booked a few days ahead. They showed up on time and got right to work. It was a somewhat complicated move going from a house to a condo. There were stairs and elevators involved. These guys made it work. We went a bit over on time, but that was due to me underestimating how much stuff I had and accidentally locking myself out of the building once. They were great. No complaints, and they just worked through any issues. There were no surprise charges. I'd hire them again anytime and would recommend them to anyone. read more

Nextgen responded quickly to move inquiry. Nextgen helped our family load our Uhaul truck. Their price was reasonable. Dimas and Ivan loaded the truck and did a fantastic job. They had a lot of patience and they fit everything in the truck perfectly. Everything arrived to our new location in one piece. Would hire them again and recommend to friends. read more

Have used this crew twice now and they have been outstanding. They show up on time, work incredibly fast and at the same time wrap and care for your things like it's their own. You get a link showing where the truck is and they communicate tremendously well through the process. No surprise fees, it's clear and transparent. Additionally, they have been just really nice people who do everything with kindness and a smile. Highly highly recommend. read more

The NextGen moving team was so amazing during our move. They were on time, efficient, friendly, and so careful with all of our belongings. They got the job done quicker than we thought! We even stopped at another storage site after moving out of the apartment. Moving is stressful so having a wonderful company is such a relief. Can't recommend them enough! read more

It was my first time using a moving company. It was a local move. I'm glad that I found Nextgen. Their price was the best. No hidden fee. Ivan came out to help with the move. They were efficient and careful at the same time. There were some difficulties getting the refrigerator and washer and dryer into the new place. They went above and beyond to get them installed. read more

I am so relieved! Moving is never fun, but Walter and Hamzat made this move the easiest yet! They were prompt, communicative, friendly and SO FAST! Nextgen Moving - Moving truck - Movers Near Me - Irvine, California

We hired movers for two hours to move FOUR pieces of furniture. Everything was confirmed over the phone. When the movers got here they refused to do 2 hours and doubled the price. We continued to tell them that we only needed help moving a mattress, couch, and dresser for a 20 foot truck... the rest we could put in our car. They refused and said, "we will not do any move under three hours" even though we were cleared by management for 2 hours the day before. I am so fed up and will never recommend this company to anyone. read more

Dimas and Oleg were amazing! Fast, efficient and professional. It was easy to schedule, they didn't even request a deposit. They communicated to confirm appointment and again when they were on the way, which I like because some places won't stop blowing up your phone). We really appreciate their help and patience (especially with our little dog who kept walking in front of them). They're also great at fitting large furniture through narrow doorways. Thank you guys! I hate moving but with their help, it was much easier. read more

We needed to move our daughter's furniture to Long Beach, CA. Nextgen Moving arrived early and worked hard to move her furniture quickly and safely. Our expectations for a moving company were exceeded by Nextgen Moving. We highly recommend them for your next move! read more

So we just moved from SoCal to North Carolina one month ahead of what I originally planned. I had to move everything in a 3 bedroom townhouse that our family of four have lived in for 12 years all the way across the country. I did not have any expensive furniture, but I have an upright piano that was worth more than all of my furniture combined. I realized the a move like this is like running a raid in Destiny--it's very procedural and everyone has to do their job at the right time. Unlike a video game, if things go wrong here, there's no trying again. After a combination of asking friends who have done the same kind of move and digging around the internet, I had a ballpark figure about how much money I was going to have to pay for a move like this. When I started asking around here on Yelp, out of 4 companies, 2 of them didn't care to talk to me. One of them was responsive and honest, but their price was wayyy out of my budget. Nextgen was the only one that responded at a timely manner and gave me a no-bullshit quote. Kate (the office person) responded to all of my questions over Yelp prior to the move, and she always got back to me with in an hour or two. She assured me that it'll be fine when the day comes. She also said my stuff would arrive in 4 days. I was like, how do you go 3600+ miles in 4 days?! Well, we'll see. Moving Day: Kirill and his crew came with a minivan and the 26-foot truck. They did a walkthrough and figured out all the things being moved. They carefully wrapped all the furniture even when my furniture was not "nice furniture," and they took special care of that upright piano. They disassembled furniture when necessary. Somehow they managed to pack everything into the truck. They spoke Russian to each other, and I did not say this out loud, but you bet the music to Tetris was going through my head as they worked. 7 hours later, everything was in the truck with no room to spare. I paid half of the fee to Kate over Venmo and Paypal. Kirill put a lock on the truck, and Ahmed was handed the keys to the truck. With that, my house was on the road. 4 days later in North Carolina, I get a call from Ahmed saying that my stuff was here. Good lord, Kate was right. Did these people teleport?! Ahmed showed up at my house with all of my stuff and a local moving company. 4 hours later, everything was in my new house, and I was surrounded by a mountain of boxes. Amazingly, nothing broke, not even the glass front cabinets, which tells you how skilled Kirill and his LA crew was at wrapping my stuff. The local moving company was also quite careful with my stuff. There were a couple of minor dings and scratches on the front door, but that's to be expected. At the end of the day, I paid Kate the other half of the fee, and there was no bullshit extra fees that I did not know about. In fact, when I thought the whole move was done, Ahmed was the one who remembered that my TV was still next to his driver's seat! I actually forgot about my own TV! Thanks Ahmed!! All this is to say that if I have any other friends planning a long distance escape from LA, I will definitely recommend Nextgen to them. They are more expensive than doing the whole thing yourself with a Uhaul, but they are worth every dollar. read more

Arrived 45 mins late because the got a flat tire. That should have been my first clue. I had everything packed and wrapped and it took 7 hours for them to move my belongings into a storage. Once my belongings were packed in the truck it took an extra 45 mins because the drivers had to stop and get gas and drinks. My storage was less than 5 miles away from the home I was moving from. Once at the storage, my belongings were thrown into my storage no organization effort was put it. They then proceeded to unwrap the belongings I wrapped in order to make it fit in my storage. Prior to moving my belongings in the storage I asked the storage company what size they recommended based on what I was moving and how many rooms and I got the storage suggested. Do not hire this company save your money you will be very disappointed. read more

Nextgen Moving was responsive with quotes and easy scheduling for an end of the month move. I had Leon and his team of 2 others help me with a move. They were friendly, efficient, and fast! I had a few paintings and picture frames still hanging on the walls and Leon was even kind enough to offer to take it down and pack it up for the move. I moved from a 2 story apartment to another 2 story apartment and had no complaints from the movers unlike a prior moving company that I used. My boyfriend is moving in a few weeks and is looking for movers and I will definitely refer Nextgen / Leon and his team. Thank you for making this move so pleasant! read more

Nextgen team--especially Walter with his boundless energy and enthusiasm--made our move pretty much stress free. They were friendly and worked quickly. Just had Nextgen move a piano for us. They were on time, super communicative, and very reasonably priced. They wrapped the piano and took extra care with it. They had to take two doors off and move a speaker to get the piano into the room needed; not only did they do that, but they put everything back just the way it was before. Bottom line: I would highly recommend Nextgen for all your moving needs. read more
